Čini vam se da ste već isprobali sve što je potrebno za kvalitetan san. Uredili ste spavaću sobu tako da bude što umirujuća i da temperatura tijekom spavanja ne bude previsoka.

Nabavili ste najkvalitetniji madrac, koji je vjerojatno bio i prilično skup. Prije spavanja jedete namirnice koje bi vam trebale pomoći da lakše zaspite, pijete biljne čajeve, izbjegavate elektroničke uređaje i sl.

Ali postoji mogućnost da unatoč svim gore navedenim mjerama – a možda i mnogim drugim – kada dođe vrijeme za spavanje, jednostavno ne možete zaspati!

Iako svake večeri pokušavate ići spavati otprilike u isto vrijeme kako biste tijelo naviknuli na određeni ritam, san ne dolazi niotkuda – ili je potrebno jako puno vremena da stvarno zaspite. Koji je razlog? Iznad svega: može li rješenje vašeg problema ležati u jednostavnom triku koji će vam oduzeti samo pet minuta?

Pregledavanje događaja

Vrlo čest razlog zašto mnogi ljudi ne mogu spavati noću je pregledavanje svih događaja od prethodnog dana. Možda je još češći problem to što mnogi ljudi razmišljaju o tome što ih sve čeka idućeg ili idućih dana.

Baš kad pomislite da biste konačno mogli utonuti u san, sjetite se obveze koja vam je smetnula s uma. Naravno, to vas razbudi, jer se počnete brinuti hoćete li se toga sjetiti ujutro.

Naravno, takvih misli može biti puno – i sve produljuju vrijeme od trenutka kad legnete u krevet do trenutka kada konačno uspijete zaspati. Možda se pitate koje može biti rješenje?

Sve što stvarno trebate učiniti je odvojiti oko pet minuta navečer prije spavanja da zapišete sve svoje obveze za sljedeći dan.

Tako ćete opustiti svoj um, što će vam pomoći da brže zaspite i da vaš san bude dublji ili kvalitetniji. Mislite li da je metoda prejednostavna da bi bila učinkovita? Možda će vas u to uvjeriti činjenica da je to i znanstveno potvrđeno.

Naime, istraživači sa Sveučilišta Baylor testirali su utjecaj pisanja zadataka prije spavanja na približno 60 osoba. Morali su provesti noć u posebnom laboratoriju kako bi istraživači mogli pratiti pokrete očiju i aktivnost mozga.

Detaljan popis

A što su točno istraživači otkrili u sklopu spomenutog eksperimenta? U prosjeku, sastavljanje popisa obveza za sljedeći dan znači da ćemo zaspati oko devet minuta brže.

Možda ne zvuči puno, ali razlika može biti sve samo ne zanemariva kada se zbroji. Ako zapišemo što trebamo učiniti, zapravo govorimo mozgu da će zadatak biti obavljen, kako bi se mogao smiriti.

Istraživači su također otkrili da ćemo najvjerojatnije zaspati čak i brže ako je popis što precizniji. Zato zapišite čak i naizgled male stvari, poput potrebe za iznošenjem smeća ili produljenja roka posudbe knjige koju ste posudili u knjižnici.

Čini vam se da ste već isprobali sve što je potrebno za kvalitetan san. Uredili ste spavaću sobu tako da bude što umirujuća i da temperatura tijekom spavanja ne bude previsoka.

Nabavili ste najkvalitetniji madrac, koji je vjerojatno bio i prilično skup. Prije spavanja jedete namirnice koje bi vam trebale pomoći da lakše zaspite, pijete biljne čajeve, izbjegavate elektroničke uređaje i sl.

Ali postoji mogućnost da unatoč svim gore navedenim mjerama – a možda i mnogim drugim – kada dođe vrijeme za spavanje, jednostavno ne možete zaspati!

Iako svake večeri pokušavate ići spavati otprilike u isto vrijeme kako biste tijelo naviknuli na određeni ritam, san ne dolazi niotkuda – ili je potrebno jako puno vremena da stvarno zaspite. Vrlo čest razlog zašto mnogi ljudi ne mogu spavati noću je pregledavanje svih događaja od prethodnog dana. Možda je još češći problem to što mnogi ljudi razmišljaju o tome što ih sve čeka idućeg ili idućih dana.

Baš kad pomislite da biste konačno mogli utonuti u san, sjetite se obveze koja vam je smetnula s uma. Naravno, to vas razbudi, jer se počnete brinuti hoćete li se toga sjetiti ujutro.

Naravno, takvih misli može biti puno – i sve produljuju vrijeme od trenutka kad legnete u krevet do trenutka kada konačno uspijete zaspati. Možda se pitate koje može biti rješenje?

Sve što stvarno trebate učiniti je odvojiti oko pet minuta navečer prije spavanja da zapišete sve svoje obveze za sljedeći dan.

Tako ćete opustiti svoj um, što će vam pomoći da brže zaspite i da vaš san bude dublji ili kvalitetniji. Mislite li da je metoda prejednostavna da bi bila učinkovita? Možda će vas u to uvjeriti činjenica da je to i znanstveno potvrđeno.

Naime, istraživači sa Sveučilišta Baylor testirali su utjecaj pisanja zadataka prije spavanja na približno 60 osoba. Morali su provesti noć u posebnom laboratoriju kako bi istraživači mogli pratiti pokrete očiju i aktivnost mozga.

Detaljan popis

A što su točno istraživači otkrili u sklopu spomenutog eksperimenta? U prosjeku, sastavljanje popisa obveza za sljedeći dan znači da ćemo zaspati oko devet minuta brže.

Možda ne zvuči puno, ali razlika može biti sve samo ne zanemariva kada se zbroji. Ako zapišemo što trebamo učiniti, zapravo govorimo mozgu da će zadatak biti obavljen, kako bi se mogao smiriti.

Istraživači su također otkrili da ćemo najvjerojatnije zaspati čak i brže ako je popis što precizniji. Zato zapišite čak i naizgled male stvari, poput potrebe za iznošenjem smeća ili produljenja roka posudbe knjige koju ste posudili u knjižnici.

Više briga na papiru, manje briga u glavi – i uskoro ćete moći najslađe zaspati...

Čini vam se da ste već isprobali sve što je potrebno za kvalitetan san. Uredili ste spavaću sobu tako da bude što umirujuća i da temperatura tijekom spavanja ne bude previsoka.

Nabavili ste najkvalitetniji madrac, koji je vjerojatno bio i prilično skup. Prije spavanja jedete namirnice koje bi vam trebale pomoći da lakše zaspite, pijete biljne čajeve, izbjegavate elektroničke uređaje i sl.

Ali postoji mogućnost da unatoč svim gore navedenim mjerama – a možda i mnogim drugim – kada dođe vrijeme za spavanje, jednostavno ne možete zaspati!
