Naša sugrađanka Biserka radi u užurbanom trokutu između Ulice Domovinskog rata, Bihaćke ulice i Mažuranićeva šetališta. S drugog dijela grada svako jutro juri na posao najmanje sat vremena prije početka radnog vremena. Ne zato jer se boji da će zakasniti, nego zato jer joj treba više od pola sata za pronaći mjesto na kojem može ostaviti auto.

– Da se previše ne nerviram, davnih sam dana uzela pretplatu na ulično parkiralište. Obično bih našla mjesto na malenom parkingu u Tolstojevoj, no to više nije moguće – žali nam se Biserka.
– Prodano je valjda previše tih mjesečnih karti. U nastojanju da, valjda, naprave što više mjesta, označena su parkirna mjesta tako usko, kao da smo svi James Bond, kao da svi otvaramo vrata od auta prema gore i izlazimo na krov.
Mislim da se naše dozvole za parkiranje moraju proširiti na cijeli kvart, naravno i da se pri tome vodi računa o ljudima koji stanuju tu. Da se vodi računa o nama koji tu radimo, o smjenama, ujutro, popodne, netko jednostavno mora voditi konta o tome – ljuta je Biserka, sugerirajući kako bi se trebalo stati sa prodajom karata.

Tvrtka "Split parking" pod svojim upravljanjem ima deset ulica pod naplatom u prvoj zoni, njih 13 u drugoj zoni, 12 u trećoj i jednu u četvrtoj gradskoj zoni. Na svakoj od njih moguće je kupiti mjesečnu pretplatu.

– Cijena mjesečne stanarske pretplate, za one koji imaju prebivalište u ulici gdje je parkiralište, iznosi za prvu zonu 23,23 eura, za drugu 13,94 eura te za treću zonu 11,95 eura. Cijena mjesečnih pretplata za pravne osobe iznosi 106,18 eura za prvu zonu, 46,45 eura za drugu zonu te 21,24 eura za treću zonu.
Postoji mogućnost i mjesečne pretplate za jednu izabranu lokaciju za fizičku osobu, a ona iznosi 13,26 eura. Cijene mjesečnih pretplata nisu se mijenjale ni u novom cjeniku – objasnila nam je Rina Propadalo, voditeljica odnosa s javnošću "Split parkinga".

– Svjesni smo da je na uličnom parkiralištu u Tolstojevoj veća potražnja s obzirom na frekventnost lokacije i da je riječ o centru grada, ali pritom treba naglasiti kako mjesečna pretplata ne znači i rezervirano parkirno mjesto, već povoljniju cijenu parkinga.
Treba uzeti u obzir i sva vozila koja se parkiraju koristeći pritom satni princip plaćanja, na koji svi imaju pravo. "Split parking", prema Zakonu o komunalnom gospodarstvu, dužan je svima koji mjesečnu pretplatu zatraže, ako ispunjavaju uvjete, istu i omogućiti pod jednakim uvjetima za sve. Samim time, nismo u mogućnosti ograničiti broj mjesečnih pretplata za pojedino parkiralište – razjasnila nam je situaciju.

– Da se previše ne nerviram, davnih sam dana uzela pretplatu na ulično parkiralište. Obično bih našla mjesto na malenom parkingu u Tolstojevoj, no to više nije moguće – žali nam se Biserka.
– Prodano je valjda previše tih mjesečnih karti. U nastojanju da, valjda, naprave što više mjesta, označena su parkirna mjesta tako usko, kao da smo svi James Bond, kao da svi otvaramo vrata od auta prema gore i izlazimo na krov.
Mislim da se naše dozvole za parkiranje moraju proširiti na cijeli kvart, naravno i da se pri tome vodi računa o ljudima koji stanuju tu. Da se vodi računa o nama koji tu radimo, o smjenama, ujutro, popodne, netko jednostavno mora voditi konta o tome – ljuta je Biserka, sugerirajući kako bi se trebalo stati sa prodajom karata.

Tvrtka "Split parking" pod svojim upravljanjem ima deset ulica pod naplatom u prvoj zoni, njih 13 u drugoj zoni, 12 u trećoj i jednu u četvrtoj gradskoj zoni. Na svakoj od njih moguće je kupiti mjesečnu pretplatu.

– Cijena mjesečne stanarske pretplate, za one koji imaju prebivalište u ulici gdje je parkiralište, iznosi za prvu zonu 23,23 eura, za drugu 13,94 eura te za treću zonu 11,95 eura. Cijena mjesečnih pretplata za pravne osobe iznosi 106,18 eura za prvu zonu, 46,45 eura za drugu zonu te 21,24 eura za treću zonu.
Postoji mogućnost i mjesečne pretplate za jednu izabranu lokaciju za fizičku osobu, a ona iznosi 13,26 eura. Cijene mjesečnih pretplata nisu se mijenjale ni u novom cjeniku – objasnila nam je Rina Propadalo, voditeljica odnosa s javnošću "Split parkinga".

– Svjesni smo da je na uličnom parkiralištu u Tolstojevoj veća potražnja s obzirom na frekventnost lokacije i da je riječ o centru grada, ali pritom treba naglasiti kako mjesečna pretplata ne znači i rezervirano parkirno mjesto, već povoljniju cijenu parkinga.
Treba uzeti u obzir i sva vozila koja se parkiraju koristeći pritom satni princip plaćanja, na koji svi imaju pravo. "Split parking", prema Zakonu o komunalnom gospodarstvu, dužan je svima koji mjesečnu pretplatu zatraže, ako ispunjavaju uvjete, istu i omogućiti pod jednakim uvjetima za sve. Samim time, nismo u mogućnosti ograničiti broj mjesečnih pretplata za pojedino parkiralište – razjasnila nam je situaciju.
