Marija Mustapić i Korana Bučić u svom poslovnom portfelju imaju dva splitska restorana "Zinfandel" i "Brasserie on Seven", dva hostela i Charlie"s bar, u sezoni 100 zaposlenika, a na čak 70 posto rukovodećih funkcija žene. Dominantne su, svenazočne, toliko da i same vlasnice vole kazati kako imaju žensku, ali ne i ženskastu tvrtku.

Jer oprostit ćete nam, ali imati ovakvo poslovno carstvo koje je kamen temeljac dobilo u razdoblju kada su Marija i Korana imale po 23 godine, nije mala stvar. Ima li prigodnije priče za Dan žena od dvije nekadašnje "pustolovke", bekpekerice koje su iz Australije, kao djeca naših iseljenika gdje su se ​rodile i živjele, došle u posjet Splitu.

S njima smo razgovarali 2014. godine, tada su imale 50 zaposlenika. U 2024. godini u sezoni broj zaposlenika im na pet jedinica skače duplo. Kuriozitet je što su na sve čelne funkcije, ne namjerno već igrom slučaja, postavile žene. Mlade, starije, snažne, odlučne, čvrste, sposobne, s puno ideja. Na mjestu šefice kuhinje u "Zinfandelu" je Antonela Goreta, koja je već 10 godina zaposlenica firme. U "Brasserie on Seven" to je Antonia Barbarić.

Na čelu financija i marketinga su Žana Bočina i Petra Bonacin Matković. Žene su i na ostalim funkcijama. Slušamo i ne vjerujemo, kod njih nema staklenog svoda, nema razlike u plaćama muškaraca i žena za isti posao, sanjamo li, je li ovo fantazija?

– Nije fantazija, to je naša realnost, poklopilo se da kod nas žene prednjače na rukovodećim pozicijama. Po ukupnom broju zaposlenika tu smo do 50 posto. U ovom našem muškom svijetu svjedočimo pojavama tipa staklenog svoda, neravnopravnosti spolova, manjih plaća za žene u odnosu na muškarce i to na istim poslovima. Toga kod nas nema. Žene kod nas napreduju, rastu kako rastemo i mi i poduzeće, mogu se obrazovati, stjecati nova znanja... Plaće se ne dijele po spolu, već isključivo po klasifikaciji rada. A ono što je bitno u ovoj priči je da upravo zato što smo i same poslovne žene i zaposlene osobe, mi smo i mame i supruge, dijelimo slične situacije, brige, strahove, veselja. I zato jedne druge najbolje razumijemo kada nam iskrsne neka nepredviđena okolnost. Uz fleksibilno radno vrijeme, i laku mogućnost dogovora, brzo i lako se nađe rješenje – kažu nam Marija i Korana.

Problem može biti bolesno dijete, odlazak po njega u vrtić, ili školu, neka uobičajena ženska tegoba, more tih malih sitnica koje otežavaju život. Ali uz dogovor ovdje lako nađu rješenje. Ovako nam vele, ženski poslovni svijet je za razliku od muškog manje kompetitivan. Lakše se žene dogovore, lojalnije su, imaju više mašte i kreativnosti. Što je u ovom poslu kojim se bave jako važno. Pa tako šefica jednog restorana uvijek pomogne šefici drugog kod priprave jelovnika. A šefica drugog uskoči prvoj, ako treba dati ruke.

– U uobičajenom poslovnom svijetu muškarcima je lakše, brže napreduju, imaju veću plaću za iste poslove... Ne, kod nas tako neće ići. Kod nas je sustav posložen drugačije. I lijepo je vidjeti ovakvo podržavanje, razgovor, druženje, razmjenu ideja. Šteta da toga nema više, bilo bi svakako osvježenje na našoj poslovnoj sceni. Volimo pomagati i ženama koje se nalaze u nezavidnoj poziciji. U sklopu mjeseca u kojem se obilježava Dan žena ušli smo s udrugom "Domine" u humanitarni projekt. Od prodaje jednog našeg deserta, donirat ćemo im sva prikupljena sredstva. Bit će usmjerena ženama žrtvama nasilja. Žena ženi nije vuk nego prijateljica, zapamtite to. Žene su emocija, one to pamte. One vraćaju dobrim kada im se dade prilika – naglašavaju naše sugovornice.

Korana i Marija su nevjerojatnu poslovnu priču započele 2005. kada su turističkim dolaskom u Split zamijetile praznu nišu. Uočile su nedostatak hostela za mlade ljude. Uzimaju u najam kuću na Pjaci, pretvaraju je u prvi hostel. U pet minuta od otvaranja pred vratima se stvorio red. Slijedi brzo i drugi hostel. Otvaraju bar. Pa restorane. U "Zinfandelu" ostvaruju suradnju s domaćim vinarima. "Brasserie" na Rivi je mjesto u kojem se već s jutrom uživa u branchu, do tada ga u gradu nije bilo. Od jednog malog, hrabrog poslovnog koraka nastala je ozbiljna tvrtka koja uspješno posluje svih ovih godina. Na tom putu postale su i supruge, mame. U poslu su im se pridružili i muževi. Kako je posao rastao, širilo se i ljudstvo. Pitamo Mariju je li ovo očekivala, kakvi su im daljnji planovi?

– Ne. Tko bi to očekivao. Bile smo tada tako mlade i tako ludo hrabre. Putovale smo po svijetu. U Australiji je to uobičajeno, uzmeš jedno vrijeme kada putuješ, upoznaš svijet, prije nego što se uozbiljiš, uhvatiš život u ruke. I eto, došle smo u Split, tu je bila moja obitelj, Koranini su iz Dubrovnika. Živjele smo u stanu kod moje bake. I malo-pomalo postigle smo sve. Naše četiri ruke, dvije glave, ideje koje smo ispreplele, onda i snaga našeg tima koji se samo širio. Pitate me hoće li biti širenja, neeee, ne više. To je taj level. Nema više. Možemo samo nastaviti unaprjeđivati ponudu, još više uz ovu našu fenomenalnu ekipu – zaključila je Marija.

Marija Mustapić i Korana Bučić u svom poslovnom portfelju imaju dva splitska restorana "Zinfandel" i "Brasserie on Seven", dva hostela i Charlie"s bar, u sezoni 100 zaposlenika, a na čak 70 posto rukovodećih funkcija žene. Dominantne su, svenazočne, toliko da i same vlasnice vole kazati kako imaju žensku, ali ne i ženskastu tvrtku.

Jer oprostit ćete nam, ali imati ovakvo poslovno carstvo koje je kamen temeljac dobilo u razdoblju kada su Marija i Korana imale po 23 godine, nije mala stvar. Ima li prigodnije priče za Dan žena od dvije nekadašnje "pustolovke", bekpekerice koje su iz Australije, kao djeca naših iseljenika gdje su se ​rodile i živjele, došle u posjet Splitu.

S njima smo razgovarali 2014. godine, tada su imale 50 zaposlenika. U 2024. godini u sezoni broj zaposlenika im na pet jedinica skače duplo. Kuriozitet je što su na sve čelne funkcije, ne namjerno već igrom slučaja, postavile žene. Mlade, starije, snažne, odlučne, čvrste, sposobne, s puno ideja. Na mjestu šefice kuhinje u "Zinfandelu" je Antonela Goreta, koja je već 10 godina zaposlenica firme. U "Brasserie on Seven" to je Antonia Barbarić.

Na čelu financija i marketinga su Žana Bočina i Petra Bonacin Matković. Žene su i na ostalim funkcijama. Slušamo i ne vjerujemo, kod njih nema staklenog svoda, nema razlike u plaćama muškaraca i žena za isti posao, sanjamo li, je li ovo fantazija?

– Nije fantazija, to je naša realnost, poklopilo se da kod nas žene prednjače na rukovodećim pozicijama. Po ukupnom broju zaposlenika tu smo do 50 posto. U ovom našem muškom svijetu svjedočimo pojavama tipa staklenog svoda, neravnopravnosti spolova, manjih plaća za žene u odnosu na muškarce i to na istim poslovima. Toga kod nas nema. Žene kod nas napreduju, rastu kako rastemo i mi i poduzeće, mogu se obrazovati, stjecati nova znanja... Plaće se ne dijele po spolu, već isključivo po klasifikaciji rada. A ono što je bitno u ovoj priči je da upravo zato što smo i same poslovne žene i zaposlene osobe, mi smo i mame i supruge, dijelimo slične situacije, brige, strahove, veselja. I zato jedne druge najbolje razumijemo kada nam iskrsne neka nepredviđena okolnost. Uz fleksibilno radno vrijeme, i laku mogućnost dogovora, brzo i lako se nađe rješenje – kažu nam Marija i Korana.

Problem može biti bolesno dijete, odlazak po njega u vrtić, ili školu, neka uobičajena ženska tegoba, more tih malih sitnica koje otežavaju život. Ali uz dogovor ovdje lako nađu rješenje. Ovako nam vele, ženski poslovni svijet je za razliku od muškog manje kompetitivan. Lakše se žene dogovore, lojalnije su, imaju više mašte i kreativnosti. Što je u ovom poslu kojim se bave jako važno. Pa tako šefica jednog restorana uvijek pomogne šefici drugog kod priprave jelovnika. A šefica drugog uskoči prvoj, ako treba dati ruke.

– U uobičajenom poslovnom svijetu muškarcima je lakše, brže napreduju, imaju veću plaću za iste poslove... Ne, kod nas tako neće ići. Kod nas je sustav posložen drugačije. I lijepo je vidjeti ovakvo podržavanje, razgovor, druženje, razmjenu ideja. Šteta da toga nema više, bilo bi svakako osvježenje na našoj poslovnoj sceni. Volimo pomagati i ženama koje se nalaze u nezavidnoj poziciji. U sklopu mjeseca u kojem se obilježava Dan žena ušli smo s udrugom "Domine" u humanitarni projekt. Od prodaje jednog našeg deserta, donirat ćemo im sva prikupljena sredstva. Bit će usmjerena ženama žrtvama nasilja. Žena ženi nije vuk nego prijateljica, zapamtite to. Žene su emocija, one to pamte. One vraćaju dobrim kada im se dade prilika – naglašavaju naše sugovornice.

Korana i Marija su nevjerojatnu poslovnu priču započele 2005. kada su turističkim dolaskom u Split zamijetile praznu nišu. Uočile su nedostatak hostela za mlade ljude. Uzimaju u najam kuću na Pjaci, pretvaraju je u prvi hostel. U pet minuta od otvaranja pred vratima se stvorio red. Slijedi brzo i drugi hostel. Otvaraju bar. Pa restorane. U "Zinfandelu" ostvaruju suradnju s domaćim vinarima. "Brasserie" na Rivi je mjesto u kojem se već s jutrom uživa u branchu, do tada ga u gradu nije bilo. Od jednog malog, hrabrog poslovnog koraka nastala je ozbiljna tvrtka koja uspješno posluje svih ovih godina. Na tom putu postale su i supruge, mame. U poslu su im se pridružili i muževi. Kako je posao rastao, širilo se i ljudstvo. Pitamo Mariju je li ovo očekivala, kakvi su im daljnji planovi?

– Ne. Tko bi to očekivao. Bile smo tada tako mlade i tako ludo hrabre. Putovale smo po svijetu. U Australiji je to uobičajeno, uzmeš jedno vrijeme kada putuješ, upoznaš svijet, prije nego što se uozbiljiš, uhvatiš život u ruke. I eto, došle smo u Split, tu je bila moja obitelj, Koranini su iz Dubrovnika. Živjele smo u stanu kod moje bake. I malo-pomalo postigle smo sve. Naše četiri ruke, dvije glave, ideje koje smo ispreplele, onda i snaga našeg tima koji se samo širio. Pitate me hoće li biti širenja, neeee, ne više. To je taj level. Nema više. Možemo samo nastaviti unaprjeđivati ponudu, još više uz ovu našu fenomenalnu ekipu – zaključila je Marija.

Marija Mustapić i Korana Bučić u svom poslovnom portfelju imaju dva splitska restorana "Zinfandel" i "Brasserie on Seven", dva hostela i Charlie"s bar, u sezoni 100 zaposlenika, a na čak 70 posto rukovodećih funkcija žene. Dominantne su, svenazočne, toliko da i same vlasnice vole kazati kako imaju žensku, ali ne i ženskastu tvrtku.

Jer oprostit ćete nam, ali imati ovakvo poslovno carstvo koje je kamen temeljac dobilo u razdoblju kada su Marija i Korana imale po 23 godine, nije mala stvar. Ima li prigodnije priče za Dan žena od dvije nekadašnje "pustolovke", bekpekerice koje su iz Australije, kao djeca naših iseljenika gdje su se ​rodile i živjele, došle u posjet Splitu.
