Glasnogovornica KBC-a Split Kristina Bitanga nam je, uz napomenu da to radi s dopuštenjem obitelji preminulog Kanađanina, poslala preliminarne rezultate obdukcije John Timsa koji je prošli tjedan preminuo u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja-

- Urađena je obdukcija za preminulog državljana Kanade, koja je pokazala dva glavna nalaza: kroničnu hipertrofičnu bolest srca uz aterosklerotski izmijenjene krvne žile srca i desnostranu upalu pluća. Navedeni nalazi su preliminarno izvješće, a konačan nalaz napravit će se uključujući nalaze patohistoloških preparata i ostalih pretraga. Na temelju svih relevantnih činjenica Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor KBC-a Split izradit će svoje stručno izvješće - bio je stav Ravnateljstva KBC-a Split.

Kako pak neslužbeno doznajemo, obdukcijom je utvrđeno i kako je nesretni Kanađanin bolovao od povišenog tlaka koji je poznat i kao "silent killer" (tihi ubojica), kao i od ateroskleroze.

Inače, ateroskleroza je vodeći uzrok obolijevanja i smrtnosti kod kardiovaskularnih bolesti. Nema klasične simptome, razvija se godinama, a najčešće se dijagnosticira kada osoba već ima visoki rizik od srčanog ili moždanog udara ili ga je već doživjela. Riječ je o bolesti koja kroz simptome drugih kardiovaskularnih bolesti upućuje poziv na djelovanje. Ti simptomi se mogu razlikovati između spolova.

Ateroskleroza je bolest koja uzrokuje smanjenu prohodnost i elastičnost krvnih žila. Karakterizira ju neravnomjerno stvaranje plaka u stijenci arterija uslijed čega dolazi do otežanog dotoka krvi do svih organa i dijelova tijela. Neki od razloga su stres u svakodnevnom životu i nezdrave navike. Često se prvi znakovi javljaju nakon 40. godine života.

No, da bi se obdukcija koja je makroskopski nalaz i potvrdila potrebno je pričekati rezultate patohistološkog nalaza, koji se radi pod mikroskopom, koji kudikamo bolje "vidi" nego ljudsko oko tijekom obdukcije. Nakon patohistološkog nalaza moći ćemo govoriti o detaljnim razlozima smrti, preminulog pacijenta.

Glasnogovornica KBC-a Split Kristina Bitanga nam je, uz napomenu da to radi s dopuštenjem obitelji preminulog Kanađanina, poslala preliminarne rezultate obdukcije John Timsa koji je prošli tjedan preminuo u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja-

- Urađena je obdukcija za preminulog državljana Kanade, koja je pokazala dva glavna nalaza: kroničnu hipertrofičnu bolest srca uz aterosklerotski izmijenjene krvne žile srca i desnostranu upalu pluća. Navedeni nalazi su preliminarno izvješće, a konačan nalaz napravit će se uključujući nalaze patohistoloških preparata i ostalih pretraga. Na temelju svih relevantnih činjenica Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor KBC-a Split izradit će svoje stručno izvješće - bio je stav Ravnateljstva KBC-a Split.

Kako pak neslužbeno doznajemo, obdukcijom je utvrđeno i kako je nesretni Kanađanin bolovao od povišenog tlaka koji je poznat i kao "silent killer" (tihi ubojica), kao i od ateroskleroze.

Inače, ateroskleroza je vodeći uzrok obolijevanja i smrtnosti kod kardiovaskularnih bolesti. Nema klasične simptome, razvija se godinama, a najčešće se dijagnosticira kada osoba već ima visoki rizik od srčanog ili moždanog udara ili ga je već doživjela. Riječ je o bolesti koja kroz simptome drugih kardiovaskularnih bolesti upućuje poziv na djelovanje. Ti simptomi se mogu razlikovati između spolova.

Ateroskleroza je bolest koja uzrokuje smanjenu prohodnost i elastičnost krvnih žila. Karakterizira ju neravnomjerno stvaranje plaka u stijenci arterija uslijed čega dolazi do otežanog dotoka krvi do svih organa i dijelova tijela. Neki od razloga su stres u svakodnevnom životu i nezdrave navike. Često se prvi znakovi javljaju nakon 40. godine života.

Glasnogovornica KBC-a Split Kristina Bitanga nam je, uz napomenu da to radi s dopuštenjem obitelji preminulog Kanađanina, poslala preliminarne rezultate obdukcije John Timsa koji je prošli tjedan preminuo u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja-

- Urađena je obdukcija za preminulog državljana Kanade, koja je pokazala dva glavna nalaza: kroničnu hipertrofičnu bolest srca uz aterosklerotski izmijenjene krvne žile srca i desnostranu upalu pluća. Navedeni nalazi su preliminarno izvješće, a konačan nalaz napravit će se uključujući nalaze patohistoloških preparata i ostalih pretraga. Na temelju svih relevantnih činjenica Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor KBC-a Split izradit će svoje stručno izvješće - bio je stav Ravnateljstva KBC-a Split.

Kako pak neslužbeno doznajemo, obdukcijom je utvrđeno i kako je nesretni Kanađanin bolovao od povišenog tlaka koji je poznat i kao "silent killer" (tihi ubojica), kao i od ateroskleroze.

Inače, ateroskleroza je vodeći uzrok obolijevanja i smrtnosti kod kardiovaskularnih bolesti. Nema klasične simptome, razvija se godinama, a najčešće se dijagnosticira kada osoba već ima visoki rizik od srčanog ili moždanog udara ili ga je već doživjela. Riječ je o bolesti koja kroz simptome drugih kardiovaskularnih bolesti upućuje poziv na djelovanje. Ti simptomi se mogu razlikovati između spolova.

Ateroskleroza je bolest koja uzrokuje smanjenu prohodnost i elastičnost krvnih žila. Karakterizira ju neravnomjerno stvaranje plaka u stijenci arterija uslijed čega dolazi do otežanog dotoka krvi do svih organa i dijelova tijela. Neki od razloga su stres u svakodnevnom životu i nezdrave navike. Često se prvi znakovi javljaju nakon 40. godine života.
