Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak na današnjoj konferenciji za medije u Banovini izvijestio je o stanju na splitskom pazaru.

Istaknuo je da je velika većina ljudi koji trguju na pazaru zadovoljna. 

- Mi smo odlučili, kao što smo i govorili u kampanji da ćemo pazar urediti i da će i dalje ostati mjesto života i mediteranskog duha, ali da će biti bolji. Taj plan realiziramo u različitim fazama da se na pazaru ne bi prestalo trgovati.

Prva faza uređenja je ova faza u kojoj smo sada. Zbog činjenice da se promijenila tvrtka koja upravlja pazarom, prije je to bila privatna, a sada upravlja gradska tvrtka, moraju se potpisati novi ugovori za najam i štandova i poslovnih prostora. Ovo je jedan trenutak kada ćemo uvesti prvu fazu uređenja pazara. Ta prva faza se svodi na to da ćemo neke dijelove pazara urediti, ali i očistiti Hrvojevu ulicu od štandova – kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak.

Dodao je da nakon toga slijedi raspisivanje arhitektonsko-urbanističkog natječaja za uređenje cijelog pazara. 

- Ono što smo do sada napravili je ono što smo i govorili. Smanjili smo cijene zakupcima koji prodaju na bancima i ti ljudi su jako zadovoljni. Jučer je završena licitacija za poslovne prostore, a rezultat je da su svi zakupci ostali u svojim prostorima. Vrlo velika većina njih po početnim cijenama u licitaciji, a za jedan mali dio se cijena povećala. Svi su oni time zadovoljni.Napravili smo točno ono što smo govorili, usprkos HDZ-u koji je huškao sve te ljude, plašio ih da će ostati bez mjesta, da više neće trgovati, da će doći veliki trgovački lanci, da će doći tko zna tko i uzeti njihove prostore. To se nije dogodilo – rekao je Puljak. 

Objasnio je da je sljedeća faza uređenje Hrvojeve ulice u kojoj od 1. siječnja neće biti moguće poslovanje. 

- Svi ti štandovi i svi oni koji žele nastaviti poslovanje na pazaru će imati svoje mjesto. To smo ponovili nekoliko puta i ponavljamo i danas. Meni je jasno da se ljudi plaše i jasno mi je da ljudi koji su do sad trgovali na tim mjestima, zakupci, imaju nepovjerenje, ali za to nema razloga. To smo dokazali licitacijom za poslovne prostore i cijelim procesom koji je jučer završio.

Svaki put kad se u Hrvatskoj i Splitu želi uvesti reda, uvijek se pojavi HDZ i nahuška ljude, radi nered i sve što misle da mogu napraviti da bi spriječili uvođenje reda. Ovo što smo vidjeli ovih dana je huškanje ljudi i isto se danas događa, zato što HDZ nikako ne može prihvatiti da će se u Splitu uvest red i da neće biti povlaštenih građana već će svi imati istu šansu – poručio je splitski gradonačelnik.

Dodao je da će se svi novci koje javna tvrtka uprihodi od pazara ponovno uložiti u uređenje pazara, ali i ostalih tržnica.

Novinare je zanimalo i kako komentara prosvjed koji se nekoliko sati prije same konferencije dogodio ispred zgrade Banovine.

- Vrlo mala manjina ljudi prosvjeduje, to su kako sam razumio uglavnom zakupci iz Hrvojeve ulice. Nema razloga za to. Meni je jasan strah ljudi i donekle ih razumijem, ali im poručujem da dođu s nama razgovarati i da poslušaju što im kažemo - odgovorio je Puljak. 

Istaknuo je da je uvođenje reda težak proces.

- Istočna obala je isto jedan proces uvođenja reda, u kojem isto kao što je i ovdje slučaj, postoje ljudi i opcije, koji uvijek to pokušavaju opstruirati. Uvođenje reda je težak proces i to se ne sviđa svima. Oni koji najviše to opstruiraju su oni koji su naučili živjeti od grada Splita, a ne za grad Split - kazao je Puljak.

Sutra je na rasporedu sjednica Gradskog vijeća, a glavna točka je proračun. 

- Proračun smo vrlo jasno napravili i s iskrenim namjerama razvoja grada. Nema razloga da se ne usvoji - rekao je Puljak.

Novinare je zanimalo i što znači Odluka o privremenom financiranju koja je pripremljena i hoće li ona utjecati na uređenje pazara. 

- Pripremili smo odluku o privremenom financiranju kao jednu od mogućnosti. Zaista vjerujem da će proračun proći i nema razloga da to vijećnici ne prihvate. Što se uređenja pazara tiče, s tim idemo dalje. Najveći dio uređenje je u ingerenciji "Parkovi i nasada", a oni ne ovise direktno o proračunu - objasnio je Puljak.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak na današnjoj konferenciji za medije u Banovini izvijestio je o stanju na splitskom pazaru.

Istaknuo je da je velika većina ljudi koji trguju na pazaru zadovoljna. 

- Mi smo odlučili, kao što smo i govorili u kampanji da ćemo pazar urediti i da će i dalje ostati mjesto života i mediteranskog duha, ali da će biti bolji. Taj plan realiziramo u različitim fazama da se na pazaru ne bi prestalo trgovati.

Prva faza uređenja je ova faza u kojoj smo sada. Zbog činjenice da se promijenila tvrtka koja upravlja pazarom, prije je to bila privatna, a sada upravlja gradska tvrtka, moraju se potpisati novi ugovori za najam i štandova i poslovnih prostora. Ovo je jedan trenutak kada ćemo uvesti prvu fazu uređenja pazara. Ta prva faza se svodi na to da ćemo neke dijelove pazara urediti, ali i očistiti Hrvojevu ulicu od štandova – kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak.

Dodao je da nakon toga slijedi raspisivanje arhitektonsko-urbanističkog natječaja za uređenje cijelog pazara. 

- Ono što smo do sada napravili je ono što smo i govorili. Smanjili smo cijene zakupcima koji prodaju na bancima i ti ljudi su jako zadovoljni. Jučer je završena licitacija za poslovne prostore, a rezultat je da su svi zakupci ostali u svojim prostorima. Vrlo velika većina njih po početnim cijenama u licitaciji, a za jedan mali dio se cijena povećala. Svi su oni time zadovoljni.Napravili smo točno ono što smo govorili, usprkos HDZ-u koji je huškao sve te ljude, plašio ih da će ostati bez mjesta, da više neće trgovati, da će doći veliki trgovački lanci, da će doći tko zna tko i uzeti njihove prostore. To se nije dogodilo – rekao je Puljak. 

Objasnio je da je sljedeća faza uređenje Hrvojeve ulice u kojoj od 1. siječnja neće biti moguće poslovanje. 

- Svi ti štandovi i svi oni koji žele nastaviti poslovanje na pazaru će imati svoje mjesto. To smo ponovili nekoliko puta i ponavljamo i danas. Meni je jasno da se ljudi plaše i jasno mi je da ljudi koji su do sad trgovali na tim mjestima, zakupci, imaju nepovjerenje, ali za to nema razloga. To smo dokazali licitacijom za poslovne prostore i cijelim procesom koji je jučer završio.

Svaki put kad se u Hrvatskoj i Splitu želi uvesti reda, uvijek se pojavi HDZ i nahuška ljude, radi nered i sve što misle da mogu napraviti da bi spriječili uvođenje reda. Ovo što smo vidjeli ovih dana je huškanje ljudi i isto se danas događa, zato što HDZ nikako ne može prihvatiti da će se u Splitu uvest red i da neće biti povlaštenih građana već će svi imati istu šansu – poručio je splitski gradonačelnik.

Dodao je da će se svi novci koje javna tvrtka uprihodi od pazara ponovno uložiti u uređenje pazara, ali i ostalih tržnica.

Novinare je zanimalo i kako komentara prosvjed koji se nekoliko sati prije same konferencije dogodio ispred zgrade Banovine.

- Vrlo mala manjina ljudi prosvjeduje, to su kako sam razumio uglavnom zakupci iz Hrvojeve ulice. Nema razloga za to. Meni je jasan strah ljudi i donekle ih razumijem, ali im poručujem da dođu s nama razgovarati i da poslušaju što im kažemo - odgovorio je Puljak. 

Istaknuo je da je uvođenje reda težak proces.

- Istočna obala je isto jedan proces uvođenja reda, u kojem isto kao što je i ovdje slučaj, postoje ljudi i opcije, koji uvijek to pokušavaju opstruirati. Uvođenje reda je težak proces i to se ne sviđa svima. Oni koji najviše to opstruiraju su oni koji su naučili živjeti od grada Splita, a ne za grad Split - kazao je Puljak.

Sutra je na rasporedu sjednica Gradskog vijeća, a glavna točka je proračun. 

- Proračun smo vrlo jasno napravili i s iskrenim namjerama razvoja grada. Nema razloga da se ne usvoji - rekao je Puljak.

Novinare je zanimalo i što znači Odluka o privremenom financiranju koja je pripremljena i hoće li ona utjecati na uređenje pazara. 

- Pripremili smo odluku o privremenom financiranju kao jednu od mogućnosti. Zaista vjerujem da će proračun proći i nema razloga da to vijećnici ne prihvate. Što se uređenja pazara tiče, s tim idemo dalje. Najveći dio uređenje je u ingerenciji "Parkovi i nasada", a oni ne ovise direktno o proračunu - objasnio je Puljak.
