Dio puta u Lori kojeg je sada od "Keruma" u stečaju kupila Fani Kerum iznosi 323 od 353 kvadrata, dok je preostalih 30 kvadrata puta upisano kao općenarodna imovina.
Fani Kerum je na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi za taj dio puta ponudila 13.692 eura, što je bila i jedina ponuda, odnosno početna cijena.

No, taj iznos kao kupac ne mora platiti jer je prethodno od nećaka Igora Sapunara, odnosno njegove tvrtke “Coast”, preuzela hipoteku upisanu na tom putu, a koju je tu hipoteku prethodno kupio od banke. Zbog toga ju je Trgovački sud u Splitu oslobodio plaćanja kupovnine.

Dio puta u Lori kojeg je sada od "Keruma" u stečaju kupila Fani Kerum iznosi 323 od 353 kvadrata, dok je preostalih 30 kvadrata puta upisano kao općenarodna imovina.
Fani Kerum je na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi za taj dio puta ponudila 13.692 eura, što je bila i jedina ponuda, odnosno početna cijena.

No, taj iznos kao kupac ne mora platiti jer je prethodno od nećaka Igora Sapunara, odnosno njegove tvrtke “Coast”, preuzela hipoteku upisanu na tom putu, a koju je tu hipoteku prethodno kupio od banke. Zbog toga ju je Trgovački sud u Splitu oslobodio plaćanja kupovnine.
