Ječam. Spasit će vas nakon prejedanja jer je pun sastojaka koji čiste organizam, ali također pružaju osjećaj sitosti. Obilje vlakana koje ječam sadrži možu smanjiti razinu kolesterola, šećera u krvi i inzulina, a prema nekim istraživanjima ova žitarica usporava pražnjenje želuca što pomaže u kontroli apetita, ali također pomaže održavanju stabilne razine šećera u krvi pa nakon što ste njega jeli par sati možete biti sigurni od naglih napadaja gladi.

Pored ječma za ovo će vam jelo trebati i gljive, još jedna niskokalorična namirnica puna vrijednih sastojaka koji jamče sitost, ali i gurmanski užitak, osobito ako odaberete sortu s malo jačom aromom, primjerice smeđe šampinjone umjesto bijelih ili pak bukovače, vrganje, lisičarke i trubače. Jasno, možete ih i kombinirati.

Ječam s gljivama
Sastojci:
500 g gljiva
150 g ječma
300-400 ml vode
100 ml bijelog vina
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 žlica maslaca
2 režnja češnjaka
1 luk
1 mrkva
svježi peršin, vlasac ili timijan
parmezan
sol, papar
Priprema:
Potopite ječam u vruću vodu pa ga pustite da odstoji dok pripremite ostale sastojke. Gljive očetkajte i narežite na ploškice, češnjak sitno nasjeckajte, a luk narežite na kockice. Začinsko bilje nasjeckajte, a mrkvu naribajte.
Otopite maslac s maslinovim uljem, dodajte mu luk pa ga pirjajte dok ne postane staklast. Dodajte češnjak, pirjajte dok ne zamiriše pa dodajte gljive, posolite ih i popaprite pa ih pirjajte dok ne puste vodu.
Kad je voda gotovo isparila, dodajte mrkvu i ocijeđeni ječam, promiješajte, zalijte vinom pa miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari. Dolijte vode koliko treba da se prekrije ječam i kuhajte oko 25 minuta, odnosno dok ječam nije gotov. Pri kraju dodajte začinsko bilje, pospite parmezanom i poslužite.

Ječam. Spasit će vas nakon prejedanja jer je pun sastojaka koji čiste organizam, ali također pružaju osjećaj sitosti. Obilje vlakana koje ječam sadrži možu smanjiti razinu kolesterola, šećera u krvi i inzulina, a prema nekim istraživanjima ova žitarica usporava pražnjenje želuca što pomaže u kontroli apetita, ali također pomaže održavanju stabilne razine šećera u krvi pa nakon što ste njega jeli par sati možete biti sigurni od naglih napadaja gladi.

Pored ječma za ovo će vam jelo trebati i gljive, još jedna niskokalorična namirnica puna vrijednih sastojaka koji jamče sitost, ali i gurmanski užitak, osobito ako odaberete sortu s malo jačom aromom, primjerice smeđe šampinjone umjesto bijelih ili pak bukovače, vrganje, lisičarke i trubače. Jasno, možete ih i kombinirati.

Ječam s gljivama
Sastojci:
500 g gljiva
150 g ječma
300-400 ml vode
100 ml bijelog vina
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 žlica maslaca
2 režnja češnjaka
1 luk
1 mrkva
svježi peršin, vlasac ili timijan
parmezan
sol, papar
Priprema:
Potopite ječam u vruću vodu pa ga pustite da odstoji dok pripremite ostale sastojke. Gljive očetkajte i narežite na ploškice, češnjak sitno nasjeckajte, a luk narežite na kockice. Začinsko bilje nasjeckajte, a mrkvu naribajte.
Otopite maslac s maslinovim uljem, dodajte mu luk pa ga pirjajte dok ne postane staklast. Dodajte češnjak, pirjajte dok ne zamiriše pa dodajte gljive, posolite ih i popaprite pa ih pirjajte dok ne puste vodu.
Kad je voda gotovo isparila, dodajte mrkvu i ocijeđeni ječam, promiješajte, zalijte vinom pa miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari. Dolijte vode koliko treba da se prekrije ječam i kuhajte oko 25 minuta, odnosno dok ječam nije gotov. Pri kraju dodajte začinsko bilje, pospite parmezanom i poslužite.
