Prolazili su dan za danom prolazi, mjesec za mjesecom i došlo se do pune godine otkako je počela rekonstrukcija i dogradnja sustava odvodnje iz gospodarske zona "Ravča" do Vrgorca.

Radovi se odviju preko državne prometnice Zagvozd - Turija - Vrgorac, mnogima i danas poznate kao Napolenova cesta, a već smo u nekoliko navrata pisali kako su probijeni svi rokovi završetka projekta, čija je vrijednost narasla za više od milijun eura. Izvorno ulaganje bilo je planirano na nešto manje od 4,3 milijuna eura, a prema neslužbenim informacijama dosegnulo je oko 5,3 milijuna eura, ponajprije zbog sanacije potpornih zidova koji su se urušili tijekom radova.

Usporedbe radi, vremenski je gotovo jednako trajala rekonstrukcija državne ceste Makarska-Vrgorac, na dionici od Gornjih Igrana do Ravče, u dužini od 15 kilometara kroz ljuti biokovski krš, dok je vrijednost projekta bila 6 milijuna eura. I sada, kada su se stanovnici zapadnog dijela Vrgorske krajine, ali i brojni vozači napokon ponadali da će radovi biti gotovi u veljači, kako je u listopadu bilo najavljeno iz "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), stigla je nova vijest koja je šokirala mnoge - posao neće biti gotov ni u veljači.

Ključna pitanja poslali smo HC-u, tvrtki koja u projektu sudjeluje zajedno s "Hrvatskim vodama", HEP-om, Gradom Vrgorcem i Županijom splitsko-dalmatinskom. Iz državne infrastrukturne tvrtke odgovorili su kako je krajnji rok za završetak svih radova trebao biti 16.veljače i "lopticu prebacili" na "Komunalno" iz Vrgorca koje je nositelj projekta.

- "Hrvatske ceste" ne mogu izvoditi radove na sanaciji sjevernog kolnika dok se za to ne ostvare uvjeti na južnom kolniku. Naime, radovi sanacije na kojima smo mi naručitelj dolaze tek nakon ispunjenja svih ostalih uvjeta i završetka radova ostalih naručitelja. Trenutno se odvijaju radovi tvrtke "Komunalno" i HEP-a, završetkom tih radova bit će ostvareni uvjeti za završetak radova u ingerenciji "Hrvatskih cesta" - navodi se u dopisu HC-ova Ureda za odnose s javnošću.

Kontaktirali smo i Alena Govorka, direktora vrgorske komunalne tvrtke, kako bismo doznali gdje je sada zapelo, jer je dio prometnice od Majića do skretanja za Kokoriće presvučen novim slojem asfaltom, ali od tog raskrižja do zapadnog ulaza u Tinov grad očito su se pojavili neki problemi, čime 7,5 kilometara prometnice nije asfaltirano u punom profilu te pušteno u promet kako je bilo najavljeno.

- Prvenstveni razlog produljenja ugovorenog roka je nužnost ugovranja, projektiranja i izvedbe dodtatnih radova koji se odnose na sanaciju kolnika i potpornih zidova na državnoj cesti. Naime, tijekom izvođenja radova polaganja cjevovoda i elektronergetskih kabela u trasu, došlo se do spoznaje da postojeći potporni zidovi, kao ni sama kolnička konstrukcija nisu u adekvatnom stanju. Zbog toga ih je bilo potrebno sanirati kako bi sama cesta nakon radova bila sigurna za korištenje - kazao nam je Govorko.

Prema neslužbenim informacijama, radovi još neće biti gotovi za dva mjeseca, HEP je pri kraju sa svojim dijelom, a onda na scenu trebaju stupiti djelatnici "Komunalnog" s polaganjem cijevi i izradom priključaka. Međutim, prilikom priprema terena za asfaltiranje, dolazi do urušavanja zidova, a HC još nije dao zeleno svjetlo "Elektrocentru Petek" i njegovim kooperantima za sklapanje aneksa ugovora vezanog uz dodatne troškove na toj dionici.

Projekt se uglavnom radi zbog preseljenja Mesne industrije "Braća Pivac" iz Vrgorca u pogone u gospodarskoj zoni "Ravča", što je predviđeno za svibanj. Hoće li svi spomenuti radovi uključujući završetak rekonstrukcije prometnice do tada biti gotovi, nitko sa sigurnošću u ovom trenutku ne zna.

S druge strane, stanovnici Domobranske ulice na ulazu u Vrgorac svakodnevno velike gužve jer je cijeli promet preusmjeren kroz njihovu ulicu, a na alternativnom pravcu od Ravče do Koteza, ispod vijaduka "Crip", dogodilo se nekoliko teških prometnih nesreća. Zbog spore dinamike radova i dodatnih troškova, praktički svi pate.

Prolazili su dan za danom prolazi, mjesec za mjesecom i došlo se do pune godine otkako je počela rekonstrukcija i dogradnja sustava odvodnje iz gospodarske zona "Ravča" do Vrgorca.

Radovi se odviju preko državne prometnice Zagvozd - Turija - Vrgorac, mnogima i danas poznate kao Napolenova cesta, a već smo u nekoliko navrata pisali kako su probijeni svi rokovi završetka projekta, čija je vrijednost narasla za više od milijun eura. Izvorno ulaganje bilo je planirano na nešto manje od 4,3 milijuna eura, a prema neslužbenim informacijama dosegnulo je oko 5,3 milijuna eura, ponajprije zbog sanacije potpornih zidova koji su se urušili tijekom radova.

Usporedbe radi, vremenski je gotovo jednako trajala rekonstrukcija državne ceste Makarska-Vrgorac, na dionici od Gornjih Igrana do Ravče, u dužini od 15 kilometara kroz ljuti biokovski krš, dok je vrijednost projekta bila 6 milijuna eura. I sada, kada su se stanovnici zapadnog dijela Vrgorske krajine, ali i brojni vozači napokon ponadali da će radovi biti gotovi u veljači, kako je u listopadu bilo najavljeno iz "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), stigla je nova vijest koja je šokirala mnoge - posao neće biti gotov ni u veljači.

Ključna pitanja poslali smo HC-u, tvrtki koja u projektu sudjeluje zajedno s "Hrvatskim vodama", HEP-om, Gradom Vrgorcem i Županijom splitsko-dalmatinskom. Iz državne infrastrukturne tvrtke odgovorili su kako je krajnji rok za završetak svih radova trebao biti 16.veljače i "lopticu prebacili" na "Komunalno" iz Vrgorca koje je nositelj projekta.

- "Hrvatske ceste" ne mogu izvoditi radove na sanaciji sjevernog kolnika dok se za to ne ostvare uvjeti na južnom kolniku. Naime, radovi sanacije na kojima smo mi naručitelj dolaze tek nakon ispunjenja svih ostalih uvjeta i završetka radova ostalih naručitelja. Trenutno se odvijaju radovi tvrtke "Komunalno" i HEP-a, završetkom tih radova bit će ostvareni uvjeti za završetak radova u ingerenciji "Hrvatskih cesta" - navodi se u dopisu HC-ova Ureda za odnose s javnošću.

Kontaktirali smo i Alena Govorka, direktora vrgorske komunalne tvrtke, kako bismo doznali gdje je sada zapelo, jer je dio prometnice od Majića do skretanja za Kokoriće presvučen novim slojem asfaltom, ali od tog raskrižja do zapadnog ulaza u Tinov grad očito su se pojavili neki problemi, čime 7,5 kilometara prometnice nije asfaltirano u punom profilu te pušteno u promet kako je bilo najavljeno.

- Prvenstveni razlog produljenja ugovorenog roka je nužnost ugovranja, projektiranja i izvedbe dodtatnih radova koji se odnose na sanaciju kolnika i potpornih zidova na državnoj cesti. Naime, tijekom izvođenja radova polaganja cjevovoda i elektronergetskih kabela u trasu, došlo se do spoznaje da postojeći potporni zidovi, kao ni sama kolnička konstrukcija nisu u adekvatnom stanju. Zbog toga ih je bilo potrebno sanirati kako bi sama cesta nakon radova bila sigurna za korištenje - kazao nam je Govorko.

Prema neslužbenim informacijama, radovi još neće biti gotovi za dva mjeseca, HEP je pri kraju sa svojim dijelom, a onda na scenu trebaju stupiti djelatnici "Komunalnog" s polaganjem cijevi i izradom priključaka. Međutim, prilikom priprema terena za asfaltiranje, dolazi do urušavanja zidova, a HC još nije dao zeleno svjetlo "Elektrocentru Petek" i njegovim kooperantima za sklapanje aneksa ugovora vezanog uz dodatne troškove na toj dionici.

Projekt se uglavnom radi zbog preseljenja Mesne industrije "Braća Pivac" iz Vrgorca u pogone u gospodarskoj zoni "Ravča", što je predviđeno za svibanj. Hoće li svi spomenuti radovi uključujući završetak rekonstrukcije prometnice do tada biti gotovi, nitko sa sigurnošću u ovom trenutku ne zna.

S druge strane, stanovnici Domobranske ulice na ulazu u Vrgorac svakodnevno velike gužve jer je cijeli promet preusmjeren kroz njihovu ulicu, a na alternativnom pravcu od Ravče do Koteza, ispod vijaduka "Crip", dogodilo se nekoliko teških prometnih nesreća. Zbog spore dinamike radova i dodatnih troškova, praktički svi pate.
