[fulltext] => Vladajuća HDZ-ova većina u kaštelanskom Gradskom vijeću izglasala je prvi ovogodišnji rebalas proračuna, prema kojemu će prihodi rasti za 6,1 milijun, a rashodi za 1,7 milijuna kuna.
Do rebalansa prihoda uglavnom je došlo zbog očekivanog komunalnog doprinosa Zračne luke koja kreće s investicijom dogradnje terminala i parkirališta, izvanrednih financijskih pomoći, kao i knjiženja leasinga za nabavu čistilice, dok će se povećanjem rashodovne strane također osigurati novac za knjiženje nabave kamiona čistilice, novac za energetsku obnovu zgrade Gradske uprave, za povećani broj sezonskih radnika te novac za otpremnine.
Otpremnine, u približnom iznosu od milijun kuna, bit će isplaćene za šestero djelatnika Gradskog vrtića te jednog djelatnika Muzeja, koji su spajanjem Grada i gradskih ustanova u jedinstvenu riznicu postali tehnološki višak.
Nezavisnog vijećnika Ivana Kovača zanimala je kalkulacija uštede isplatom tih otpremnina u odnosu na ostanak tih djelatnika u radnom odnosu i preraspoređivanje na druga radna mjesta, na što je pročelnica za financije Marija Matija Đikić ustvrdila kako će Grad time uštedjeti oko dva milijuna kuna.
Prilikom usvajanja nove odluke o gardskim porezima usvojen je amandman SDP-ovca Dražena Đakovića u kojemu predlaže da se subjekti koji pokreću proizvodne djelatnosti prve tri godine oslobode plaćanja poreza na tvrtku, a prijedlog Ivana Kovača da se malim obrtnicima ukine isti porez, a srednjim i velikim poduzetnicima, kao stimulacija razvoja gospodarstva, porez na tvrtku smanji, nije prihvaćen.
Meri Škopljanac Gagić prigovorila je vodećima u Gradu kako ne provode najave predsjednika HDZ-a Tomislava Karamarka o smanjenju poreza, iako se na tome temelji HDZ-ova predizborna kampanja.
Umjesto Goranke Adam, koja je dala ostavku, peti član Povjerenstva za praćenje stanja okoliša bit će pročelnik gradskog Upravnog odjela.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Vladajuća HDZ-ova većina u kaštelanskom Gradskom vijeću izglasala je prvi ovogodišnji rebalas proračuna, prema kojemu će prihodi rasti za 6,1 milijun, a rashodi za 1,7 milijuna kuna.
Do rebalansa prihoda uglavnom je došlo zbog očekivanog komunalnog doprinosa Zračne luke koja kreće s investicijom dogradnje terminala i parkirališta, izvanrednih financijskih pomoći, kao i knjiženja leasinga za nabavu čistilice, dok će se povećanjem rashodovne strane također osigurati novac za knjiženje nabave kamiona čistilice, novac za energetsku obnovu zgrade Gradske uprave, za povećani broj sezonskih radnika te novac za otpremnine.
Otpremnine, u približnom iznosu od milijun kuna, bit će isplaćene za šestero djelatnika Gradskog vrtića te jednog djelatnika Muzeja, koji su spajanjem Grada i gradskih ustanova u jedinstvenu riznicu postali tehnološki višak.
Nezavisnog vijećnika Ivana Kovača zanimala je kalkulacija uštede isplatom tih otpremnina u odnosu na ostanak tih djelatnika u radnom odnosu i preraspoređivanje na druga radna mjesta, na što je pročelnica za financije Marija Matija Đikić ustvrdila kako će Grad time uštedjeti oko dva milijuna kuna.
Prilikom usvajanja nove odluke o gardskim porezima usvojen je amandman SDP-ovca Dražena Đakovića u kojemu predlaže da se subjekti koji pokreću proizvodne djelatnosti prve tri godine oslobode plaćanja poreza na tvrtku, a prijedlog Ivana Kovača da se malim obrtnicima ukine isti porez, a srednjim i velikim poduzetnicima, kao stimulacija razvoja gospodarstva, porez na tvrtku smanji, nije prihvaćen.
Meri Škopljanac Gagić prigovorila je vodećima u Gradu kako ne provode najave predsjednika HDZ-a Tomislava Karamarka o smanjenju poreza, iako se na tome temelji HDZ-ova predizborna kampanja.
Umjesto Goranke Adam, koja je dala ostavku, peti član Povjerenstva za praćenje stanja okoliša bit će pročelnik gradskog Upravnog odjela.
