Izrael i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati postigli su u četvrtak uz posredovanje Sjedinjenih Država povijesni dogovor koji će dovesti do pune normalizacije diplomatskih odnosa dviju zemalja.
U zajedničkoj izjavi američkog predsjednika Donalda Trumpa, izraelskog premijera Benjamina Netanyahua i prestolonasljednjika Abu Dhabija Mohammeda Al Nahyana stoji kako se nadaju da će "povijesni preokret pridonijeti uspostavi mira na Bliskome istoku".
Prema dogovoru, Izrael je suspendirao planove za pripojenje velikog područja Zapadne Obale, rekli su visoki dužnosnici Bijele kuće.
Izrael dosad nije imao doplomatske odnose sa zaljevskim zemljama. No, do neformalnih razgovora došlo je zbog zajedničke bojazni od jačanja iranskog utjecaja u regiji.
Dogovor je plod dugih pregovora između Izraela, Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata i SAD-a koji su u zadnje vrijeme ubrzani. Zaključen je u četvrtak u telefonskom razgovoru Trumpa, Netanyahua i šeika Bin Zajeda.
"GOLEM preokret danas! Povijesni mirovni sporazum između naših dvaju VELIKIH prijatelja, Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata”, objavio je Trump na Twitteru.
Tzv. Abrahamov sporazum treći je arapsko-izraelski mirovni sporazum otkako je Izrael donio deklaraciju o neovisnosti 1948. S Egiptom je potpisan 1979., a s Jordanom 1994.
Dogovor je i važan vanjskopolitički uspjeh za Trumpa uoči predsjedničkih izbora 3. studenoga.
Dužnosnici Bijele kuće kazali su da su u pregovorima sudjelovali Trumpov savjetnik Jared Kushner, izraelski veleposlanik u Izraelu David Friedman i izaslanik za Bliski istok Avi Berkowitz, kao i državni tajnik Mike Pompeo te savjetnik Bijele kuće na za nacionalnu sigurnost Robert O'Brien.
U zajedničkoj izjavi triju zemalja navodi se da su trojica čelnika "dogovorila punu normalizaciju odnosa između Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata”.
"Povijesni diplomatski preokret pridonijet će miru na Bliskom istoku i dokaz je smjele diplomacije i vizije trojice čelnika i hrabrosti Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata i Izraela da zacrtaju novi put koji će osloboditi velik potencijal u regiji”, navodi se u izjavi.
Izaslanstva Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata sastat će se u tjednima koji dolaze kako bi potpisala bilateralne sporazume o ulaganjima, turizmu, izravnim zračnim linijama, sigurnosti, telekomunikacijama i otvaranju ambasada.
U izjavi se navodi da će "zbog tog diplomatskog proboja i na zahtjev predsjednika Trumpa uz potporu Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, Izrael suspendirati proglašenje suverenosti” nad dijelovima Zapadne obale kako je predviđeno američkim mirovnim planom koji je Trump predstavio u siječnju.
"Izrael će u doglednoj budućnosti biti usredotočen na izgradnju ovog odnosa i iskorištavanje prednosti koje može donijeti ovaj novi odnos s tom zemljom, i mi također vjerujemo da on razbija led za daljnje normalizacije i mirovne sporazume i s drugim regionalnim igračima”, rekao je dužnosnik Bijele kuće.
Po dogovoru, muslimanima će se omogućiti veći pristup džamiji Al Aksi u Jeruzalemu letovima iz Abu Dhabija u Tel Aviv.
U zajedničkoj izjavi navodi se i da će Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati i Izrael proširiti i ubrzati suradnju u liječenju i razvoju cjepiva za novi koronavirus.

UN pozdravlja dogovor, Iran ga smatra sramotnim
Glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres pozdravio je u četvrtak dogovor o normalizaciji odnosa između Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, dok ga je Iran ocijenio „sramotnim”, prenose agencije.
Guterres je pozdravio „svaku inicijativu koja može pridonijeti promicanju mira i sigurnosti na Bliskom istoku”, rekao je glasnogovornik UN-a nakon što su Izrael i UAE objavili da su postigli dogovor, prenosi Reuters.
Povijesni dogovor omogućit će punu normalizaciju diplomatskih odnosa između dviju zemalja, a postignut je uz posredovanje SAD-a.
Iranska novinska agencija Tasnim, bliska Revolucionarnoj gardi, objavila je da je dogovor Izraela i UAE-a o normalizaciji odnosa „sramotan”. Iranski vjerski vođe još nisu reagirali.
Palestinski islamistički pokret Hamas koji vlada Pojasom Gaze ocijenio je da normalizacija odnosa Izraela i UAE-a „ne pomaže palestinskoj borbi” i da je „bjanco ček” za nastavak izraelske „okupacije”.
„Dogovor odbacujemo i osuđujemo. On ne pomaže palestinskoj borbi i smatramo ga nastavkom nijekanja prava palestinskog naroda”, rekao je za AFP glasnogovornik Hamasa Hazem Kasim.
„Hamas smatra da treba podržati i pomoći palestinskom narodu, a ne uspostavljati odnose s okupatorom”, dodao je.
Dogovor je „bjanko ček” za Izrael, ocjenjuje Hamas, koji ima odnose s Katarom, koji je zadnjih godina u sporu s Ujedinjenim Arapskim Emiratima. (HINA)

Izrael i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati postigli su u četvrtak uz posredovanje Sjedinjenih Država povijesni dogovor koji će dovesti do pune normalizacije diplomatskih odnosa dviju zemalja.
U zajedničkoj izjavi američkog predsjednika Donalda Trumpa, izraelskog premijera Benjamina Netanyahua i prestolonasljednjika Abu Dhabija Mohammeda Al Nahyana stoji kako se nadaju da će "povijesni preokret pridonijeti uspostavi mira na Bliskome istoku".
Prema dogovoru, Izrael je suspendirao planove za pripojenje velikog područja Zapadne Obale, rekli su visoki dužnosnici Bijele kuće.
Izrael dosad nije imao doplomatske odnose sa zaljevskim zemljama. No, do neformalnih razgovora došlo je zbog zajedničke bojazni od jačanja iranskog utjecaja u regiji.
Dogovor je plod dugih pregovora između Izraela, Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata i SAD-a koji su u zadnje vrijeme ubrzani. Zaključen je u četvrtak u telefonskom razgovoru Trumpa, Netanyahua i šeika Bin Zajeda.
"GOLEM preokret danas! Povijesni mirovni sporazum između naših dvaju VELIKIH prijatelja, Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata”, objavio je Trump na Twitteru.
Tzv. Abrahamov sporazum treći je arapsko-izraelski mirovni sporazum otkako je Izrael donio deklaraciju o neovisnosti 1948. S Egiptom je potpisan 1979., a s Jordanom 1994.
Dogovor je i važan vanjskopolitički uspjeh za Trumpa uoči predsjedničkih izbora 3. studenoga.
Dužnosnici Bijele kuće kazali su da su u pregovorima sudjelovali Trumpov savjetnik Jared Kushner, izraelski veleposlanik u Izraelu David Friedman i izaslanik za Bliski istok Avi Berkowitz, kao i državni tajnik Mike Pompeo te savjetnik Bijele kuće na za nacionalnu sigurnost Robert O'Brien.
U zajedničkoj izjavi triju zemalja navodi se da su trojica čelnika "dogovorila punu normalizaciju odnosa između Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata”.
"Povijesni diplomatski preokret pridonijet će miru na Bliskom istoku i dokaz je smjele diplomacije i vizije trojice čelnika i hrabrosti Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata i Izraela da zacrtaju novi put koji će osloboditi velik potencijal u regiji”, navodi se u izjavi.
Izaslanstva Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata sastat će se u tjednima koji dolaze kako bi potpisala bilateralne sporazume o ulaganjima, turizmu, izravnim zračnim linijama, sigurnosti, telekomunikacijama i otvaranju ambasada.
U izjavi se navodi da će "zbog tog diplomatskog proboja i na zahtjev predsjednika Trumpa uz potporu Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, Izrael suspendirati proglašenje suverenosti” nad dijelovima Zapadne obale kako je predviđeno američkim mirovnim planom koji je Trump predstavio u siječnju.
"Izrael će u doglednoj budućnosti biti usredotočen na izgradnju ovog odnosa i iskorištavanje prednosti koje može donijeti ovaj novi odnos s tom zemljom, i mi također vjerujemo da on razbija led za daljnje normalizacije i mirovne sporazume i s drugim regionalnim igračima”, rekao je dužnosnik Bijele kuće.
Po dogovoru, muslimanima će se omogućiti veći pristup džamiji Al Aksi u Jeruzalemu letovima iz Abu Dhabija u Tel Aviv.
U zajedničkoj izjavi navodi se i da će Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati i Izrael proširiti i ubrzati suradnju u liječenju i razvoju cjepiva za novi koronavirus.

UN pozdravlja dogovor, Iran ga smatra sramotnim
Glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres pozdravio je u četvrtak dogovor o normalizaciji odnosa između Izraela i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, dok ga je Iran ocijenio „sramotnim”, prenose agencije.
Guterres je pozdravio „svaku inicijativu koja može pridonijeti promicanju mira i sigurnosti na Bliskom istoku”, rekao je glasnogovornik UN-a nakon što su Izrael i UAE objavili da su postigli dogovor, prenosi Reuters.
Povijesni dogovor omogućit će punu normalizaciju diplomatskih odnosa između dviju zemalja, a postignut je uz posredovanje SAD-a.
Iranska novinska agencija Tasnim, bliska Revolucionarnoj gardi, objavila je da je dogovor Izraela i UAE-a o normalizaciji odnosa „sramotan”. Iranski vjerski vođe još nisu reagirali.
Palestinski islamistički pokret Hamas koji vlada Pojasom Gaze ocijenio je da normalizacija odnosa Izraela i UAE-a „ne pomaže palestinskoj borbi” i da je „bjanco ček” za nastavak izraelske „okupacije”.
„Dogovor odbacujemo i osuđujemo. On ne pomaže palestinskoj borbi i smatramo ga nastavkom nijekanja prava palestinskog naroda”, rekao je za AFP glasnogovornik Hamasa Hazem Kasim.
„Hamas smatra da treba podržati i pomoći palestinskom narodu, a ne uspostavljati odnose s okupatorom”, dodao je.
Dogovor je „bjanko ček” za Izrael, ocjenjuje Hamas, koji ima odnose s Katarom, koji je zadnjih godina u sporu s Ujedinjenim Arapskim Emiratima. (HINA)
