Skupina zemalja G7 i Australija su u petak rekle da su se dogovorile oko ograničenja cijene ruske nafte od 60 dolara po barelu nakon što su članice Europske unije prevladale otpor Poljske i ranije istog dana postigle politički sporazum. Unija je dogovorila tu cijenu nakon što je i Poljska, koja je pružala otpor, odlučila podržati sporazum, čime je utrla put službenom odobrenju tijekom vikenda.

G7 i Australija su u izjavi rekli da će ograničenje cijena stupiti na snagu 5. prosinca, kada stupa na snagu i europski embargo na rusku naftu, ili vrlo brzo nakon toga.

"Koalicija za ograničenja cijene bi također mogla razmotriti daljnje djelovanje kako bi se osigurala učinkovitost ograničenja cijene", stoji u izjavi.

Nisu odmah pružene pojedinosti o tome koje bi to daljnji postupci mogli biti. Svrha ograničenja cijene, što je zamisao skupine G7, jest smanjiti prihode Rusije od prodaje nafte, a istovremeno spriječiti porast globalnih cijena nakon što na snagu stupi embargo Europske unije na uvoz ruske nafte 5. prosinca.

Varšava se protivila predloženoj cijeni i razmatrala je mogućnost da se cijena zadrži ispod njene tržišne razine. Poljska se u pregovorima u EU-u zalagala za to da cijena bude što niža kako bi se Rusiji smanjili prihodi i ograničila mogućnost Moskve da financira svoj rat u Ukrajini.

Poljski veleposlanik pri EU-u Andrzej Sados je u petak rekao novinarima da je Poljska dala svoju podršku sporazumu, koji uključuju mehanizam kojim će se zadržati ograničenje cijene na najmanje pet posto ispod tržišne razine. Američki su dužnosnici rekli da je riječ o sporazumu bez presedana, koji pokazuje odlučnost koalicije u protivljenju ruskom ratu.

Glasnogovornik Češke, koja trenutno predsjeda Vijećem EU-a i nadgleda pregovore unutar Unije, je nakon poljskog pristanka rekao da je njegova zemlja započela pismeni postupak, kojim će svih 27 zemalja članica službeno odobriti sporazum.

Predsjednica Europske komisije Ursula von der Leyen je kazala da će ograničenje cijene značajno smanjiti ruske prihode.

"Ono će nam pomoći stabilizirati cijene energenata u svijetu, od čega će koristi imati gospodarstva u razvoju diljem svijeta", napisala je von der Leyen na Twitteru, dodavši da će ograničenje biti "prilagodljivo kroz vrijeme" kako bi odgovaralo razvoju tržišta.

Ograničenje će dozvoliti zemljama izvan EU-a nastavak prekomorskog uvoza ruske nafte, no transportnim i osiguravateljskim tvrtkama će zabraniti da rade s ruskom naftom diljem svijeta, osim ako se prodaje po cijeni nižoj od ograničenja.

Skupina zemalja G7 i Australija su u petak rekle da su se dogovorile oko ograničenja cijene ruske nafte od 60 dolara po barelu nakon što su članice Europske unije prevladale otpor Poljske i ranije istog dana postigle politički sporazum. Unija je dogovorila tu cijenu nakon što je i Poljska, koja je pružala otpor, odlučila podržati sporazum, čime je utrla put službenom odobrenju tijekom vikenda.

G7 i Australija su u izjavi rekli da će ograničenje cijena stupiti na snagu 5. prosinca, kada stupa na snagu i europski embargo na rusku naftu, ili vrlo brzo nakon toga.

"Koalicija za ograničenja cijene bi također mogla razmotriti daljnje djelovanje kako bi se osigurala učinkovitost ograničenja cijene", stoji u izjavi.

Nisu odmah pružene pojedinosti o tome koje bi to daljnji postupci mogli biti. Svrha ograničenja cijene, što je zamisao skupine G7, jest smanjiti prihode Rusije od prodaje nafte, a istovremeno spriječiti porast globalnih cijena nakon što na snagu stupi embargo Europske unije na uvoz ruske nafte 5. prosinca.

Varšava se protivila predloženoj cijeni i razmatrala je mogućnost da se cijena zadrži ispod njene tržišne razine. Poljska se u pregovorima u EU-u zalagala za to da cijena bude što niža kako bi se Rusiji smanjili prihodi i ograničila mogućnost Moskve da financira svoj rat u Ukrajini.

Poljski veleposlanik pri EU-u Andrzej Sados je u petak rekao novinarima da je Poljska dala svoju podršku sporazumu, koji uključuju mehanizam kojim će se zadržati ograničenje cijene na najmanje pet posto ispod tržišne razine. Američki su dužnosnici rekli da je riječ o sporazumu bez presedana, koji pokazuje odlučnost koalicije u protivljenju ruskom ratu.

Glasnogovornik Češke, koja trenutno predsjeda Vijećem EU-a i nadgleda pregovore unutar Unije, je nakon poljskog pristanka rekao da je njegova zemlja započela pismeni postupak, kojim će svih 27 zemalja članica službeno odobriti sporazum.

Predsjednica Europske komisije Ursula von der Leyen je kazala da će ograničenje cijene značajno smanjiti ruske prihode.

"Ono će nam pomoći stabilizirati cijene energenata u svijetu, od čega će koristi imati gospodarstva u razvoju diljem svijeta", napisala je von der Leyen na Twitteru, dodavši da će ograničenje biti "prilagodljivo kroz vrijeme" kako bi odgovaralo razvoju tržišta.

Ograničenje će dozvoliti zemljama izvan EU-a nastavak prekomorskog uvoza ruske nafte, no transportnim i osiguravateljskim tvrtkama će zabraniti da rade s ruskom naftom diljem svijeta, osim ako se prodaje po cijeni nižoj od ograničenja.

Možda i najjači udar Zapada na Putina dosad: postignut dogovor oko ograničenja cijene ruske nafte!

Skupina zemalja G7 i Australija su u petak rekle da su se dogovorile oko ograničenja cijene ruske nafte od 60 dolara po barelu nakon što su članice Europske unije prevladale otpor Poljske i ranije istog dana postigle politički sporazum. Unija je dogovorila tu cijenu nakon što je i Poljska, koja je pružala otpor, odlučila podržati sporazum, čime je utrla put službenom odobrenju tijekom vikenda.

G7 i Australija su u izjavi rekli da će ograničenje cijena stupiti na snagu 5. prosinca, kada stupa na snagu i europski embargo na rusku naftu, ili vrlo brzo nakon toga.

"Koalicija za ograničenja cijene bi također mogla razmotriti daljnje djelovanje kako bi se osigurala učinkovitost ograničenja cijene", stoji u izjavi.

Nisu odmah pružene pojedinosti o tome koje bi to daljnji postupci ...
