Francuska je neozbiljna zemlja. U nedjelju idu na prvi krug regionalnih izbora. A imaju samo 18 regija. Na 65 milijuna stanovnika. Gdje su oni od Hrvatske sa 20 županija i Gradom Zagrebom. Na 4 milijuna stanovnika. Kao stari Katon, ceterum censeo..., kad god mogu, ponavljat ću tezu o neodrživom unutarnjem uređenju Hrvatske. I HNB je nedavno objavio istraživanje prema kojem najmanje 30 posto gradova i općina ima manji broj stanovnika od optimalnog.

Regionalni se izbori održavaju svakih šest godina, a regije imaju ograničene ovlasti jer je Francuska i dalje snažno centralizirana država. Važnost im je davala taktika poznata pod nazivom "republikanski front", piše Jutarnji list.

Cilj je dviju nekad velikih stranaka, Socijalista i Republikanaca, lijevog i desnog centra, bio da ne dopuste da vlast u bilo kojoj regiji preuzme radikalno desni nekad Front national (FN), a danas Rassemblement national (nacionalno okupljanje, RN). Koje je vodio Jean-Marine Le Pen, a zatim preuzela njegova kći Marine i izbacila ga iz stranke. Kako su to nekad radili u Japanu, bolno, ali predivno opisano u filmu "Balada o Narayami".

Kako je francusko biračko tijelo poznato kao "antiprotivno", tako u pravilu na lokalnim i regionalnim izborima glasa protiv stranke na vlasti. Što je otvaralo prostor FN-u (kasnije RN-u) da pokupi brojne prosvjedne glasove. No, prije drugog bi kruga nastupila kampanja u kojoj bi se pozivalo cijelo ne-FN biračko tijelo da glasa za kandidata jedne od stranaka centra jer bi se povukao onaj sa slabijim rezultatom. Kako se ne bi dopustilo radikalima da dođu na vlast. I to je funkcioniralo bez većih problema, kao i na predsjedničkim izborima 2002. godine kad je tata Le Pen ušao u drugi krug i spektakularno izgubio od Jacquesa Chiraca. Konačni rezultat 82,2:17,8 posto glasova za Chiraca.

A onda se pojavio Emmanuel Macron. Prije izbora 2017. godine nastupio je s idejom razbijanja duopola lijevo - desno i odnio premoćnu pobjedu. Francuska je bila izmorena neuspješnim predsjednicima s desna, Nicolas Sarkozy i s lijeva, François Hollande. 

To je doba kad se društvene promjene, posljedica globalne financijske krize, funkcionalno preslikavaju na političku scenu, što dovodi do raspada bipolarnog političkog sustava (demokršćani: socijaldemokrati) s prirepkom liberala. Europska se politička scena fragmentira uz jačanje radikalnih opcija. U Italiji će ksenofobna Liga izrasti u neupitnu snagu. Macron je uspio pobijediti Marine Le Pen, ali je, kako se čini, onemogućio "republikanski front". Prema anketama, RN vodi u šest regija. Posebno će se motriti Alpes-Côte d'Azur, regija koja se prostire od granice s Italijom do Marseillea. Ondje su 2015. godine socijalisti i republikanci jedva zaustavili pobjedu kandidata iza kojeg je stajala Le Pen.

Sada njezin kandidat u anketama stoji sjajno i njegova je pobjeda gotovo pa sigurna. Zanimljivo je da je riječ o bivšem ministru u Sarkozyjevoj vladi. Kojem na ruku ide odluka republikanaca da izađu na izbore s La République En Marche, Macronovom strankom. Što je izazvalo turbulencije u stranačkom vrhu republikanaca i alijeniralo glasače u regiji. 

Marine Le Pen, što nije često u politici, uči iz vlastitih pogrešaka. Iz naracije je uklonila ideju izlaska iz članstva u EU, iz euroskupine, ali je nastavila igrati na kartu nacionalnog ponosa i sigurnosti. Posljednji veliki teroristički napad bio je u Nici, napad nožem pred katedralom. Što sve nema veze s ovlastima regija, ali ima s pogledom prema travnju 2022. godine, kad će biti predsjednički izbori. Prije četiri godine Macron je odnio čistu pobjedu, 66:34%, a sada mu ankete daju samo 53%. Ako Le Pen osvoji Azurnu obalu, to bi joj bio snažan zamašnjak za nacionalnu razinu.

Republikanci koriste ove izbore kako bi definirali predsjedničku kandidatkinju ili kandidata. Tko god to bio, teško da će se moći ugurati u očekivanu utrku Macrona i Le Pen.

Francuska je neozbiljna zemlja. U nedjelju idu na prvi krug regionalnih izbora. A imaju samo 18 regija. Na 65 milijuna stanovnika. Gdje su oni od Hrvatske sa 20 županija i Gradom Zagrebom. Na 4 milijuna stanovnika. Kao stari Katon, ceterum censeo..., kad god mogu, ponavljat ću tezu o neodrživom unutarnjem uređenju Hrvatske. I HNB je nedavno objavio istraživanje prema kojem najmanje 30 posto gradova i općina ima manji broj stanovnika od optimalnog.

Regionalni se izbori održavaju svakih šest godina, a regije imaju ograničene ovlasti jer je Francuska i dalje snažno centralizirana država. Važnost im je davala taktika poznata pod nazivom "republikanski front", piše Jutarnji list.

Cilj je dviju nekad velikih stranaka, Socijalista i Republikanaca, lijevog i desnog centra, bio da ne dopuste da vlast u bilo kojoj regiji preuzme radikalno desni nekad Front national (FN), a danas Rassemblement national (nacionalno okupljanje, RN). Koje je vodio Jean-Marine Le Pen, a zatim preuzela njegova kći Marine i izbacila ga iz stranke. Kako su to nekad radili u Japanu, bolno, ali predivno opisano u filmu "Balada o Narayami".

Kako je francusko biračko tijelo poznato kao "antiprotivno", tako u pravilu na lokalnim i regionalnim izborima glasa protiv stranke na vlasti. Što je otvaralo prostor FN-u (kasnije RN-u) da pokupi brojne prosvjedne glasove. No, prije drugog bi kruga nastupila kampanja u kojoj bi se pozivalo cijelo ne-FN biračko tijelo da glasa za kandidata jedne od stranaka centra jer bi se povukao onaj sa slabijim rezultatom. Kako se ne bi dopustilo radikalima da dođu na vlast. I to je funkcioniralo bez većih problema, kao i na predsjedničkim izborima 2002. godine kad je tata Le Pen ušao u drugi krug i spektakularno izgubio od Jacquesa Chiraca. Konačni rezultat 82,2:17,8 posto glasova za Chiraca.

A onda se pojavio Emmanuel Macron. Prije izbora 2017. godine nastupio je s idejom razbijanja duopola lijevo - desno i odnio premoćnu pobjedu. Francuska je bila izmorena neuspješnim predsjednicima s desna, Nicolas Sarkozy i s lijeva, François Hollande. 

To je doba kad se društvene promjene, posljedica globalne financijske krize, funkcionalno preslikavaju na političku scenu, što dovodi do raspada bipolarnog političkog sustava (demokršćani: socijaldemokrati) s prirepkom liberala. Europska se politička scena fragmentira uz jačanje radikalnih opcija. U Italiji će ksenofobna Liga izrasti u neupitnu snagu. Macron je uspio pobijediti Marine Le Pen, ali je, kako se čini, onemogućio "republikanski front". Prema anketama, RN vodi u šest regija. Posebno će se motriti Alpes-Côte d'Azur, regija koja se prostire od granice s Italijom do Marseillea. Ondje su 2015. godine socijalisti i republikanci jedva zaustavili pobjedu kandidata iza kojeg je stajala Le Pen.

Sada njezin kandidat u anketama stoji sjajno i njegova je pobjeda gotovo pa sigurna. Zanimljivo je da je riječ o bivšem ministru u Sarkozyjevoj vladi. Kojem na ruku ide odluka republikanaca da izađu na izbore s La République En Marche, Macronovom strankom. Što je izazvalo turbulencije u stranačkom vrhu republikanaca i alijeniralo glasače u regiji. 

Marine Le Pen, što nije često u politici, uči iz vlastitih pogrešaka. Iz naracije je uklonila ideju izlaska iz članstva u EU, iz euroskupine, ali je nastavila igrati na kartu nacionalnog ponosa i sigurnosti. Posljednji veliki teroristički napad bio je u Nici, napad nožem pred katedralom. Što sve nema veze s ovlastima regija, ali ima s pogledom prema travnju 2022. godine, kad će biti predsjednički izbori. Prije četiri godine Macron je odnio čistu pobjedu, 66:34%, a sada mu ankete daju samo 53%. Ako Le Pen osvoji Azurnu obalu, to bi joj bio snažan zamašnjak za nacionalnu razinu.

Republikanci koriste ove izbore kako bi definirali predsjedničku kandidatkinju ili kandidata. Tko god to bio, teško da će se moći ugurati u očekivanu utrku Macrona i Le Pen.

Francuska je neozbiljna zemlja. U nedjelju idu na prvi krug regionalnih izbora. A imaju samo 18 regija. Na 65 milijuna stanovnika. Gdje su oni od Hrvatske sa 20 županija i Gradom Zagrebom. Na 4 milijuna stanovnika. Kao stari Katon, ceterum censeo..., kad god mogu, ponavljat ću tezu o neodrživom unutarnjem uređenju Hrvatske. I HNB je nedavno objavio istraživanje prema kojem najmanje 30 posto gradova i općina ima manji broj stanovnika od optimalnog.

Regionalni se izbori održavaju svakih šest godina, a regije imaju ograničene ovlasti jer je Francuska i dalje snažno centralizirana država. Važnost im je davala taktika poznata pod nazivom "republikanski front", piše Jutarnji list.
