Od 24. veljače, kad je ruska vojska počela invaziju na Ukrajinu, rusko Ministarstvo obrane samo je jednom prijavilo svoje gubitke: po njihovim tvrdnjama, do 2. ožujka poginulo je 498 vojnika, a 1597 je ranjeno.

Ukrajina, pak, dosad govori o 13.500 mrtvih na ruskoj strani. Vjerojatno nijedna strana ne daje točne podatke.

Kako prenose bjeloruski mediji i Telegram kanali, mnogi ranjeni ruski vojnici prebačeni su u Bjelorusiju, gdje im se pruža prva medicinska pomoć, a potom ih transportiraju dalje u Rusiju. To je potvrdio čak i bjeloruski predsjednik Aleksandar Lukašenko. Nakon prvih pet dana rata, rekao je da se samo u Gomelju, Mosiru i još jednom bjeloruskom gradu liječi 160 do 170 ruskih vojnika.

Česte amputacije udova

Četiri izvora potvrdila su za Deutsche Welle da se ruski vojnici nalaze u bolnicama u ovim gradovima na jugu Bjelorusije. Pored toga, u Narovlji nedaleko od ukrajinske granice postavljena je i poljska bolnica. Prema riječima jednog od sugovornika DW-a, u Mosir dolazi mnogo ranjenih. "Često bez ruku, nogu, ušiju ili očiju". Neki vojnici dovedeni su prekasno i već s gangrenom. "Kad bi vojnici bili dovedeni na vrijeme, udovi bi mogli biti spašeni", rekli su izvori.

Prema njihovim riječima, neki od ranjenih po pet dana nisu ništa jeli, bili su dezorijentirani, nisu imali pojma gdje se nalaze i tražili su samo da nazovu roditelje. "To su pacijenti koji su rođeni 2003. godine, iz siromašnih regija Rusije. Oni su zapravo još uvijek djeca", kažu izvori u razgovoru za DW.

Još jedan izvor, koji nije direktno vezan za zdravstvenu službu, ali je dobro obaviješten o situaciji, potvrđuje da se u bolnici u Gomeljskoj oblasti "operira non-stop" - do 50 ljudi za samo jednu noć. Među njima su i normalni civilni pacijenti sa zakazanim operacijama.

Kirurzi najčešće moraju amputirati udove ruskim vojnicima. "Bolnica je prepuna", kaže izvor, moleći da se lokacija klinike ne objavljuje u javnosti.

Nekoliko izvora DW-a javljaju da se u Bjelorusiju dovoze ne samo ranjeni, već i poginuli vojnici. Ali nitko od sugovornika ne može dati precizne podatke o broju poginulih.

Bolnički liječnici moraju šutjeti

Mnogi liječnici koje je DW kontaktirao odbili su razgovarati o liječničkoj pomoći ruskoj vojsci. Prema riječima dvojice sugovornika, liječnici su morali potpisati obvezu o čuvanju tajnosti tih podataka.

Bjeloruske zaklade medicinske solidarnosti napominju da se sve bolnice vrlo strogo kontroliraju. "Zaposleni u (tajnim službama, nap. red.) KGB-u ili FSB-u rade direktno u bolnicama, sve zgrade su nadgledane. Mnogi liječnici koji bi teoretski mogli nešto reći uklonjeni su iz bolnica. Umjesto njih zaposleni su Rusi", navodi nevladina organizacija. Mnogi liječnici i bolničko osoblje se boje i ne žele ni sa kim razgovarati.

Prema podacima Bjeloruske zaklade medicinske solidarnosti, broj mrtvih vojnika vrlo je velik. Klinike u Bjelorusiji su pretrpane. "Svi ranjeni, gdje god je to moguće, vlakom se odvoze u Rusiju", rekao je glasnogovornik zaklade.

Sudjeluje li Bjelorusija u ratu?

Bjelorusko ministarstvo zdravstva nijednom nije komentiralo navode o medicinskom zbrinjavanju ruskih vojnika. Sa stajališta međunarodnog humanitarnog prava, pomoć ruskim vojnicima ranjenima u borbama ne znači sudjelovanje u ratu, objašnjava politikolog Sergej Bohdan, suradnik Instituta Friedrich Meinecke na Slobodnom sveučilištu u Berlinu. "Morate pomoći svim ranjenicima, ma kojoj vojsci pripadali. Kako u zoni borbenih djelovanja, tako i u njezinoj blizini", pojašnjava on.

Ali postoje i nijanse: Rusija ono što se događa službeno ne smatra ratom, kaže Bohdan. To znači da se u ovom slučaju ne može posezati za normama međunarodnih konvencija. Dakle, trenutno nije jasan status ranjenih ruskih vojnika koji se nalaze u Bjelorusiji.

Ali zašto se podaci o povrijeđenim vojnicima tako strogo čuvaju u tajnosti? Sergej Bohdan vjeruje da bjeloruske vlasti nemaju neke posebne interese skrivati podatke. Ovdje se, smatra on, prije radi o disciplini i birokratskoj kulturi koja se razvila u Bjelorusiji tokom godina.

Neki vid podrške Rusiji?

Bogdan kaže da Lukašenko ne želi sudjelovati u invaziji na Ukrajinu i da se brani "svim silama". "Za Bjelorusiju je važno da pokaže kako ne čini ništa ozbiljno protiv same Ukrajine, već je samo prisiljena surađivati s Rusijom. Činjenica da bjeloruske bolnice primaju ranjenike je - moglo bi se reći - blagi oblik angažmana na strani Rusije. Međutim, s humanitarne točke gledišta, to ne predstavlja sudjelovanje", kaže on, a prenosi Deutsche Welle.

Doduše, premještanje ruske vojne opreme preko bjeloruskog teritorija ka Ukrajini predstavlja oblik sudjelovanja u ratnim operacijama. No to tek treba dokazati, smatra ovaj stručnjak. To konkretno znači utvrditi je li bjeloruska vlada uopće imala izbor odlučiti hoće li dopustiti te transporte ili ne.

"Ovdje postoje ozbiljne sumnje", kaže Bogdan. On smatra da je Lukašenko jednostavno bio suočen s činjenicom da u napadu na Ukrajinu sudjeluje ruska vojska koja je došla na manevre. To bi potvrdilo činjenicu da za razliku od Ukrajine i Rusije, koje su se spremale za rat i poduzimale odgovarajuće akcije duž navodne linije fronta, Bjelorusija nije napravila ništa slično. Zbog toga se, prema riječima stručnjaka, sad i ranjeni vojnici liječe u civilnim bjeloruskim bolnicama.

Od 24. veljače, kad je ruska vojska počela invaziju na Ukrajinu, rusko Ministarstvo obrane samo je jednom prijavilo svoje gubitke: po njihovim tvrdnjama, do 2. ožujka poginulo je 498 vojnika, a 1597 je ranjeno.

Ukrajina, pak, dosad govori o 13.500 mrtvih na ruskoj strani. Vjerojatno nijedna strana ne daje točne podatke.

Kako prenose bjeloruski mediji i Telegram kanali, mnogi ranjeni ruski vojnici prebačeni su u Bjelorusiju, gdje im se pruža prva medicinska pomoć, a potom ih transportiraju dalje u Rusiju. To je potvrdio čak i bjeloruski predsjednik Aleksandar Lukašenko. Nakon prvih pet dana rata, rekao je da se samo u Gomelju, Mosiru i još jednom bjeloruskom gradu liječi 160 do 170 ruskih vojnika.

Česte amputacije udova

Četiri izvora potvrdila su za Deutsche Welle da se ruski vojnici nalaze u bolnicama u ovim gradovima na jugu Bjelorusije. Pored toga, u Narovlji nedaleko od ukrajinske granice postavljena je i poljska bolnica. Prema riječima jednog od sugovornika DW-a, u Mosir dolazi mnogo ranjenih. "Često bez ruku, nogu, ušiju ili očiju". Neki vojnici dovedeni su prekasno i već s gangrenom. "Kad bi vojnici bili dovedeni na vrijeme, udovi bi mogli biti spašeni", rekli su izvori.

Prema njihovim riječima, neki od ranjenih po pet dana nisu ništa jeli, bili su dezorijentirani, nisu imali pojma gdje se nalaze i tražili su samo da nazovu roditelje. "To su pacijenti koji su rođeni 2003. godine, iz siromašnih regija Rusije. Oni su zapravo još uvijek djeca", kažu izvori u razgovoru za DW.

Još jedan izvor, koji nije direktno vezan za zdravstvenu službu, ali je dobro obaviješten o situaciji, potvrđuje da se u bolnici u Gomeljskoj oblasti "operira non-stop" - do 50 ljudi za samo jednu noć. Među njima su i normalni civilni pacijenti sa zakazanim operacijama.

Kirurzi najčešće moraju amputirati udove ruskim vojnicima. "Bolnica je prepuna", kaže izvor, moleći da se lokacija klinike ne objavljuje u javnosti.

Nekoliko izvora DW-a javljaju da se u Bjelorusiju dovoze ne samo ranjeni, već i poginuli vojnici. Ali nitko od sugovornika ne može dati precizne podatke o broju poginulih.

Bolnički liječnici moraju šutjeti

Mnogi liječnici koje je DW kontaktirao odbili su razgovarati o liječničkoj pomoći ruskoj vojsci. Prema riječima dvojice sugovornika, liječnici su morali potpisati obvezu o čuvanju tajnosti tih podataka.

Bjeloruske zaklade medicinske solidarnosti napominju da se sve bolnice vrlo strogo kontroliraju. "Zaposleni u (tajnim službama, nap. red.) KGB-u ili FSB-u rade direktno u bolnicama, sve zgrade su nadgledane. Mnogi liječnici koji bi teoretski mogli nešto reći uklonjeni su iz bolnica. Umjesto njih zaposleni su Rusi", navodi nevladina organizacija. Mnogi liječnici i bolničko osoblje se boje i ne žele ni sa kim razgovarati.

Prema podacima Bjeloruske zaklade medicinske solidarnosti, broj mrtvih vojnika vrlo je velik. Klinike u Bjelorusiji su pretrpane. "Svi ranjeni, gdje god je to moguće, vlakom se odvoze u Rusiju", rekao je glasnogovornik zaklade.

Sudjeluje li Bjelorusija u ratu?

Bjelorusko ministarstvo zdravstva nijednom nije komentiralo navode o medicinskom zbrinjavanju ruskih vojnika. Sa stajališta međunarodnog humanitarnog prava, pomoć ruskim vojnicima ranjenima u borbama ne znači sudjelovanje u ratu, objašnjava politikolog Sergej Bohdan, suradnik Instituta Friedrich Meinecke na Slobodnom sveučilištu u Berlinu. "Morate pomoći svim ranjenicima, ma kojoj vojsci pripadali. Kako u zoni borbenih djelovanja, tako i u njezinoj blizini", pojašnjava on.

Ali postoje i nijanse: Rusija ono što se događa službeno ne smatra ratom, kaže Bohdan. To znači da se u ovom slučaju ne može posezati za normama međunarodnih konvencija. Dakle, trenutno nije jasan status ranjenih ruskih vojnika koji se nalaze u Bjelorusiji.

Ali zašto se podaci o povrijeđenim vojnicima tako strogo čuvaju u tajnosti? Sergej Bohdan vjeruje da bjeloruske vlasti nemaju neke posebne interese skrivati podatke. Ovdje se, smatra on, prije radi o disciplini i birokratskoj kulturi koja se razvila u Bjelorusiji tokom godina.

Neki vid podrške Rusiji?

Bogdan kaže da Lukašenko ne želi sudjelovati u invaziji na Ukrajinu i da se brani "svim silama". "Za Bjelorusiju je važno da pokaže kako ne čini ništa ozbiljno protiv same Ukrajine, već je samo prisiljena surađivati s Rusijom. Činjenica da bjeloruske bolnice primaju ranjenike je - moglo bi se reći - blagi oblik angažmana na strani Rusije. Međutim, s humanitarne točke gledišta, to ne predstavlja sudjelovanje", kaže on, a prenosi Deutsche Welle.

Doduše, premještanje ruske vojne opreme preko bjeloruskog teritorija ka Ukrajini predstavlja oblik sudjelovanja u ratnim operacijama. No to tek treba dokazati, smatra ovaj stručnjak. To konkretno znači utvrditi je li bjeloruska vlada uopće imala izbor odlučiti hoće li dopustiti te transporte ili ne.

"Ovdje postoje ozbiljne sumnje", kaže Bogdan. On smatra da je Lukašenko jednostavno bio suočen s činjenicom da u napadu na Ukrajinu sudjeluje ruska vojska koja je došla na manevre. To bi potvrdilo činjenicu da za razliku od Ukrajine i Rusije, koje su se spremale za rat i poduzimale odgovarajuće akcije duž navodne linije fronta, Bjelorusija nije napravila ništa slično. Zbog toga se, prema riječima stručnjaka, sad i ranjeni vojnici liječe u civilnim bjeloruskim bolnicama.
