Nakon što provedu odmor na jadranskoj ili jonskoj obali Albanije, građani bivše zajedničke države nerijetko se odluče za kupovinu stanova u poznatim ljetovalištima te zemlje.

U Shëngjinu, maloj albanskoj luci na Jadranskom moru nadomak grada Lezha, sve je više kupaca nekretnina iz Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine, ali i Sjeverne Makedonije, Hrvatske i Crne Gore, prenosi B92.

Prema riječima Esina Lekića, menadžera jedne kompanije koja se bavi izgradnjom turističkih naselja u Shëngjinu, to mjesto ima odličnu poziciju. Blizu je Tirani, ali i Skadru, aerodromu i ima dobru putnu infrastrukturu. Iz Beograda se automobilom stiže za manje od osam sati.

“Trenutno u Shëngjinu gradimo još jednu zgradu, imamo ih osam i hotel. Sve skupa, više od 16.000 kvadrata stambenog prostora. Imamo dosta kupaca iz bivše Jugoslavije. Trenutno, najviše stanova prodajemo kupcima iz Srbije, iz Niša i Beograda. Stanove je ovdje kupilo i nekoliko obitelji iz Novog Sada. Najviše se traže stanovi od 62 do 75 kvadrata. Cijena kvadrata je od 900 eura pa naviše”, kaže Lekić.

Za kupovinu nekretnine na moru u ovom simpatičnom ljetovalištu odlučio se i Adnal Murataović iz BiH. Za Kosovo online kaže da su ga privukle povoljne cijene kvadrata, koje su prošle godine bile znatno niže. Obilazio je obalu i odlučio se za Shëngjin, zbog blizine Lezha, aerodroma, ali i dobre povezanosti tog mjesta s ostalim gradovima u Albaniji.

“Kada je riječ o papirologiji, vrlo je jednostavno, sve je apsolutno bilo onako kako smo se dogovorili. Kod javnog bilježnika se potpisuje kupoprodajni ugovor, zatim se vrši plaćanje, kada se imovina plati dobije se certifikat na ime kupca. I to je to, s tim što je zanimljivo, ako ste u braku, taj stan koji se kupuje mora da se vodi na oba supružnika. Tako da svi oni koji misle kupiti stan, a da supruga to ne zna, neka znaju da je to nemoguće”, kroz smijeh priča Muratović.

Vlasnik privatne kuće koja ima svoj parking i nekoliko apartmana u Shëngjinu, Alban Sokaj, u izjavi za Kosovo online imao je samo riječi hvale za srpske turiste koji, kako je rekao, kod njega u smještaj dolaze od 2020. godine.

Albanija je postala sve interesantnija turistička destinacija ne samo za regiju, već i za prekooceanske turiste. Broj turista iz bivših republika SFRJ koji za odmor biraju Albaniju iz godine u godinu sve je veći. Podaci koje je nedavno objavio albanski Zavod za statistiku pokazuju da je u prvih sedam mjeseci ove godine tu zemlju posjetilo više od pet milijuna građana iz 152 zemlje svijeta. Pored turista koji dolaze s Kosova, najbrojniji su bili Talijani, prenosi B92.

Nakon što provedu odmor na jadranskoj ili jonskoj obali Albanije, građani bivše zajedničke države nerijetko se odluče za kupovinu stanova u poznatim ljetovalištima te zemlje.

U Shëngjinu, maloj albanskoj luci na Jadranskom moru nadomak grada Lezha, sve je više kupaca nekretnina iz Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine, ali i Sjeverne Makedonije, Hrvatske i Crne Gore, prenosi B92.

Prema riječima Esina Lekića, menadžera jedne kompanije koja se bavi izgradnjom turističkih naselja u Shëngjinu, to mjesto ima odličnu poziciju. Blizu je Tirani, ali i Skadru, aerodromu i ima dobru putnu infrastrukturu. Iz Beograda se automobilom stiže za manje od osam sati.

“Trenutno u Shëngjinu gradimo još jednu zgradu, imamo ih osam i hotel. Sve skupa, više od 16.000 kvadrata stambenog prostora. Imamo dosta kupaca iz bivše Jugoslavije. Trenutno, najviše stanova prodajemo kupcima iz Srbije, iz Niša i Beograda. Stanove je ovdje kupilo i nekoliko obitelji iz Novog Sada. Najviše se traže stanovi od 62 do 75 kvadrata. Cijena kvadrata je od 900 eura pa naviše”, kaže Lekić.

Za kupovinu nekretnine na moru u ovom simpatičnom ljetovalištu odlučio se i Adnal Murataović iz BiH. Za Kosovo online kaže da su ga privukle povoljne cijene kvadrata, koje su prošle godine bile znatno niže. Obilazio je obalu i odlučio se za Shëngjin, zbog blizine Lezha, aerodroma, ali i dobre povezanosti tog mjesta s ostalim gradovima u Albaniji.

“Kada je riječ o papirologiji, vrlo je jednostavno, sve je apsolutno bilo onako kako smo se dogovorili. Kod javnog bilježnika se potpisuje kupoprodajni ugovor, zatim se vrši plaćanje, kada se imovina plati dobije se certifikat na ime kupca. I to je to, s tim što je zanimljivo, ako ste u braku, taj stan koji se kupuje mora da se vodi na oba supružnika. Nakon što provedu odmor na jadranskoj ili jonskoj obali Albanije, građani bivše zajedničke države nerijetko se odluče za kupovinu stanova u poznatim ljetovalištima te zemlje.

U Shëngjinu, maloj albanskoj luci na Jadranskom moru nadomak grada Lezha, sve je više kupaca nekretnina iz Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine, ali i Sjeverne Makedonije, Hrvatske i Crne Gore, prenosi B92.

Prema riječima Esina Lekića, menadžera jedne kompanije koja se bavi izgradnjom turističkih naselja u Shëngjinu, to mjesto ima odličnu poziciju. Blizu je Tirani, ali i Skadru, aerodromu i ima dobru putnu infrastrukturu. Iz Beograda se automobilom stiže za manje od osam sati.

“Trenutno u Shëngjinu gradimo još jednu zgradu, imamo ih osam i hotel. Sve skupa, više od 16.000 kvadrata stambenog prostora. Imamo dosta kupaca iz bivše Jugoslavije. Trenutno, najviše stanova prodajemo kupcima iz Srbije, iz Niša i Beograda. Stanove je ovdje kupilo i nekoliko obitelji iz Novog Sada. Najviše se traže stanovi od 62 do 75 kvadrata. Cijena kvadrata je od 900 eura pa naviše”, kaže Lekić.

Za kupovinu nekretnine na moru u ovom simpatičnom ljetovalištu odlučio se i Adnal Murataović iz BiH. Za Kosovo online kaže da su ga privukle povoljne cijene kvadrata, koje su prošle godine bile znatno niže. Obilazio je obalu i odlučio se za Shëngjin, zbog blizine Lezha, aerodroma, ali i dobre povezanosti tog mjesta s ostalim gradovima u Albaniji.

“Kada je riječ o papirologiji, vrlo je jednostavno, sve je apsolutno bilo onako kako smo se dogovorili. Kod javnog bilježnika se potpisuje kupoprodajni ugovor, zatim se vrši plaćanje, kada se imovina plati dobije se certifikat na ime kupca. I to je to, s tim što je zanimljivo, ako ste u braku, taj stan koji se kupuje mora da se vodi na oba supružnika.
