- Imamo 688 novozaraženih, a preminulo je 15 osoba u posljednja 24 sata. Prije tjedan dana imali smo 502 nova slučaja, a prije dva tjedna imali smo 577 novozaraženih. U prva tri dana imamo 1103 nova slučaja, 844 smo imali prošlog tjedna. Dakle, imamo porast 30 posto. Trenutna incidencija je 115,3 na razini zemlje. U Europi smo na trećem mjestu po dvotjednoj incidenciji. Po incidenciji su od Hrvatske i dalje bolje Finska i Danska, a u Europskoj uniji najgore stoji Češka. Po smrtnosti je Hrvatska i dalje na 19. mjestu, izvijestio je Krunoslav Capak.

Dodaje i kako ćemo vrlo brzo prijeći brojku od tisuću sumnji na nuspojave od cjepiva.

- Zadnja istraživanja ukazuju da je učinkovitost cjepiva nakon prve doze vrlo visoka, i što se tiče oboljevanja i hospitalizacije. Mi ćemo produžiti period davanja druge doze, ali na kranju granicu koju je preporučila EMA. Preporučamo da se nakon cijepljenja AstraZenecom druga doza daje nakon 12 tjedana, a Pfizerom nakon 42 dana ili 6 tjedana, rekao je ravnatelj HZJZ-a.

Alemka Markotić kazala je da je u prestižnom časopisu Lancet objavljena studija o AstraZenecinom cjepivu.

- Učinkovitost je bolja što je duži period između dvije doze, bliže osmom tjednu nakon prve doze, rekla je Markotić.

Govorila je i o osobama s autoimunim bolestima.

- Međunarodni stav za autoimune bolesti je da se takvi bolesnici svakako trebaju cijepiti i da je njihov rizik zbog autoimune bolesti od covida-19 puno veći nego što bi bile nuspojave na cjepivo, rekla je Markotić.

-  U ovom trenutku za većinu zaraženih imaju podatke o tome gdje su se i kako zarazili. Na jugu Hrvatske imamo povećanje broja novozareženih zbog obiteljskih i većih okupljanja, rekao je Capak.

- Određivanje drugih sojeva traje dosta dugo. Za to su potrebni sofisticiraniji softveri i vrijeme, tako da nemamo novih informacija. Svaki dan pitamo za rezultate, kaže Capak.

Capak je upitan ima li kakvu informaciju o mogućnosti da će AstraZeneca isporučiti manje od 50 posto dogovorenog broja cjepiva u drugom kvartalu.

- Iz medija sam saznao za tu informaciju, nemamo službenu potvrdu. Imamo informaciju da će tranša koja je trebala doći ovaj tjedan, doći 28. veljače, rekao je Capak.

Koliko je izgledno popuštanje mjera, upitali su novinari ministra Davora Božinovića.

- Počeli smo razgovore oko odluke Stožera koja bi pokrila razdoblje od 1. ožujka. U ovom trenutku ne bih htio prejudicirati. Kad govorimo o incidenciji smo na visokom mjestu u EU. Nismo se dosad, a nećemo se ni u budućnosti, povoditi mjerama u drugim zemljama. Ali pogrešno je misliti da je ono najgore prošlo. Kao što vidimo, situacija se pogoršava u našem istočnom susjedstvu. Ono što iz epidemioloških izvida se da iščitati je jedna vrsta opuštanja što nije dobro, pogotovo ako se to opuštanje svodi na veća privatna okupljanja ili proslave. Kad sve to uzmemo u obzir, mi ćemo na sastancima razgovarati o tome što se eventualno može napraviti za dalje. Svima nam je isti interes - da se život normalizira. Ako će se ići u određena opuštanja, ona će biti popraćena sa striktnim epidemiološkim okvirima. Mislimo da je poanta uspjeha da svi shvate da se moramo pridržavati mjera, a što ih se bolje pridržavamo, onda nam je i lakše kontrolirati pandemiju. Poruka je: mjere ovakve ili onakve, ali svatko mora učiniti sve da bi zaštitio sebe i starije, rekao je Božinović.

Dodaje kako smo dosad izbjegavali pristup 'otvori-zatvori' i da je Stožer išao u postupna popuštanja. 

- Najgore je kad se opustite i mislite neće baš mene, neće baš danas. Virus kad je tu, sigurno neće oprostiti nikome, rekao je Božinović.

Ministar Vili Beroš kaže kako je platforma za prijavu za cijepljenje radila samo tri sata jer se radilo o testnom radu te da je interes pokazalo 4000 građana. 

- Sustav je bio stabilan, a svi ljudi koji su se prijavili bit će pohranjeni. Bit ćete pravovremeno obaviješteni kad će platforma biti puštena u rad, u idućim danima. Sada je najvažniji rad obiteljskih liječnika, koji rade popis prioriteta. Kada dođe na red cijepljenje građana, onda će platforma biti važna, izjavio je Beroš.

Božinović je upitan i zašto je drugačije sankcionirano okupljanje za Torcidin rođendan i ono na Peristilu u povodu smrti Đorđa Balaševića, na što je ministar rekao kako je u oba slučaja iskomunicirano da je policija na prvom mjestu vodila računa o javnom redu i miru.

- Naravno da veće okupljanje ljudi u većem broju u vrijeme padnemije nije dobro. To su sve epidemiološki riskantni događaji, rekao je Božinović.

Upitan što s ljudima koji su cijepljeni ili su preboljeli covid-19 i još uvijek su imuni, Capak je rekao da niti u jednoj zemlji Europske unije trenutno nema razlike među tim ljudima i drugima. Mi ćemo također glasati za to da se ta pravila promijene i da ti ljudi budu u drugoj kategoriji, rekao je Capak.

- Imamo 688 novozaraženih, a preminulo je 15 osoba u posljednja 24 sata. Prije tjedan dana imali smo 502 nova slučaja, a prije dva tjedna imali smo 577 novozaraženih. U prva tri dana imamo 1103 nova slučaja, 844 smo imali prošlog tjedna. Dakle, imamo porast 30 posto. Trenutna incidencija je 115,3 na razini zemlje. U Europi smo na trećem mjestu po dvotjednoj incidenciji. Po incidenciji su od Hrvatske i dalje bolje Finska i Danska, a u Europskoj uniji najgore stoji Češka. Po smrtnosti je Hrvatska i dalje na 19. mjestu, izvijestio je Krunoslav Capak.

Dodaje i kako ćemo vrlo brzo prijeći brojku od tisuću sumnji na nuspojave od cjepiva.

- Zadnja istraživanja ukazuju da je učinkovitost cjepiva nakon prve doze vrlo visoka, i što se tiče oboljevanja i hospitalizacije. Mi ćemo produžiti period davanja druge doze, ali na kranju granicu koju je preporučila EMA. Preporučamo da se nakon cijepljenja AstraZenecom druga doza daje nakon 12 tjedana, a Pfizerom nakon 42 dana ili 6 tjedana, rekao je ravnatelj HZJZ-a.

Alemka Markotić kazala je da je u prestižnom časopisu Lancet objavljena studija o AstraZenecinom cjepivu.

- Učinkovitost je bolja što je duži period između dvije doze, bliže osmom tjednu nakon prve doze, rekla je Markotić.

Govorila je i o osobama s autoimunim bolestima.

- Međunarodni stav za autoimune bolesti je da se takvi bolesnici svakako trebaju cijepiti i da je njihov rizik zbog autoimune bolesti od covida-19 puno veći nego što bi bile nuspojave na cjepivo, rekla je Markotić.

-  U ovom trenutku za većinu zaraženih imaju podatke o tome gdje su se i kako zarazili. Na jugu Hrvatske imamo povećanje broja novozareženih zbog obiteljskih i većih okupljanja, rekao je Capak.

- Određivanje drugih sojeva traje dosta dugo. Za to su potrebni sofisticiraniji softveri i vrijeme, tako da nemamo novih informacija. Svaki dan pitamo za rezultate, kaže Capak.

Capak je upitan ima li kakvu informaciju o mogućnosti da će AstraZeneca isporučiti manje od 50 posto dogovorenog broja cjepiva u drugom kvartalu.

- Iz medija sam saznao za tu informaciju, nemamo službenu potvrdu. Imamo informaciju da će tranša koja je trebala doći ovaj tjedan, doći 28. veljače, rekao je Capak.

Koliko je izgledno popuštanje mjera, upitali su novinari ministra Davora Božinovića.

- Počeli smo razgovore oko odluke Stožera koja bi pokrila razdoblje od 1. ožujka. U ovom trenutku ne bih htio prejudicirati. Kad govorimo o incidenciji smo na visokom mjestu u EU. Nismo se dosad, a nećemo se ni u budućnosti, povoditi mjerama u drugim zemljama. Ali pogrešno je misliti da je ono najgore prošlo. Kao što vidimo, situacija se pogoršava u našem istočnom susjedstvu. Ono što iz epidemioloških izvida se da iščitati je jedna vrsta opuštanja što nije dobro, pogotovo ako se to opuštanje svodi na veća privatna okupljanja ili proslave. Kad sve to uzmemo u obzir, mi ćemo na sastancima razgovarati o tome što se eventualno može napraviti za dalje. Svima nam je isti interes - da se život normalizira. Ako će se ići u određena opuštanja, ona će biti popraćena sa striktnim epidemiološkim okvirima. Mislimo da je poanta uspjeha da svi shvate da se moramo pridržavati mjera, a što ih se bolje pridržavamo, onda nam je i lakše kontrolirati pandemiju. Poruka je: mjere ovakve ili onakve, ali svatko mora učiniti sve da bi zaštitio sebe i starije, rekao je Božinović.

Dodaje kako smo dosad izbjegavali pristup 'otvori-zatvori' i da je Stožer išao u postupna popuštanja. 

- Najgore je kad se opustite i mislite neće baš mene, neće baš danas. Virus kad je tu, sigurno neće oprostiti nikome, rekao je Božinović.

Ministar Vili Beroš kaže kako je platforma za prijavu za cijepljenje radila samo tri sata jer se radilo o testnom radu te da je interes pokazalo 4000 građana. 

- Sustav je bio stabilan, a svi ljudi koji su se prijavili bit će pohranjeni. Bit ćete pravovremeno obaviješteni kad će platforma biti puštena u rad, u idućim danima. Sada je najvažniji rad obiteljskih liječnika, koji rade popis prioriteta. Kada dođe na red cijepljenje građana, onda će platforma biti važna, izjavio je Beroš.

Božinović je upitan i zašto je drugačije sankcionirano okupljanje za Torcidin rođendan i ono na Peristilu u povodu smrti Đorđa Balaševića, na što je ministar rekao kako je u oba slučaja iskomunicirano da je policija na prvom mjestu vodila računa o javnom redu i miru.

- Naravno da veće okupljanje ljudi u većem broju u vrijeme padnemije nije dobro. To su sve epidemiološki riskantni događaji, rekao je Božinović.

Upitan što s ljudima koji su cijepljeni ili su preboljeli covid-19 i još uvijek su imuni, Capak je rekao da niti u jednoj zemlji Europske unije trenutno nema razlike među tim ljudima i drugima. Mi ćemo također glasati za to da se ta pravila promijene i da ti ljudi budu u drugoj kategoriji, rekao je Capak.

Božinović: Pogrešno je misliti da je najgore prošlo, a ako i budemo ušli u popuštanja, ona će biti u strogim okvirima

Press konferencija Stožera počela je u 11 sati.

- Imamo 688 novozaraženih, a preminulo je 15 osoba u posljednja 24 sata. Prije tjedan dana imali smo 502 nova slučaja, a prije dva tjedna imali smo 577 novozaraženih. U prva tri dana imamo 1103 nova slučaja, 844 smo imali prošlog tjedna. Dakle, imamo porast 30 posto. Trenutna incidencija je 115,3 na razini zemlje. U Europi smo na trećem mjestu po dvotjednoj incidenciji. Po incidenciji su od Hrvatske i dalje bolje Finska i Danska, a u Europskoj uniji najgore stoji Češka. Po smrtnosti je Hrvatska i dalje na 19. mjestu, izvijestio je Krunoslav Capak.

Dodaje i kako ćemo vrlo brzo prijeći brojku od tisuću sumnji na nuspojave od cjepiva.
