Poznati hrvatski glumac Žarko Potočnjak preminuo je u 76. godini, potvrđeno je Jutarnjem listu.

Bio je veliko ime drame HNK Zagreb te suosnivač glumačke družine Histrion. Srednju je školu završio u Zagrebu, a ljeta je provodio kod djeda u Šibeniku gdje je išao na obuke iz brodogradnje. Zbog toga je 1964. godine upisao Fakultet strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu, no na trećoj godini ipak se odlučuje za Akademiju dramske umjetnosti koju završava 1972. godine.

Za vrijeme studiranja na Akademiji bio je boem i avangardist te je često nosio crne rukavice s prstenjem. Djevojke su voljele njegovo društvo, a studentski život mladoga glumca tražio je dosta žrtvovanja.

Godine 1983. oženio se glumicom Asjom Jovanović te su iste godine dobili kćer Mirnu. Razveli su se 2002. godine, a od 2012. bio je u vezi s 15 godina mlađom Višnjom Pešić.

Gluma ga zanima od malih nogu, a prvu ulogu dobio je 1966. godine u TV filmu "Prikupljanje hrabrosti". Režiser Eduard Galić tražio je nekoga s izrazito plavim očima i tako je došao do Žarka Potočnjaka.

Prve profesionalne uloge dobio je u kazalištu Komedija, a tada je dobio i nadimak "Guma" jer je bio mršav i vrlo gibak. Nakon toga je prešao u Gavellu, a kasnije je osnovao i Histrion.

Potočnjak je glumio u filmovima poput “Izbavitelj” (1976.), “Živi bili pa vidjeli” (1979.), “Večernja zvona” (1986.), “Glembajevi” (1988.), “Ljeto za sjećanje” (1990.), “Novogodišnja pljačka” (1997.), “Srce nije u modi” (2000.) i drugi. Jedna od većih uloga je uloga Alojza u filmu “Duga mračna noć” iz 2004. godine. Također se pojavio “Libertas” iz 2006. godine te “Pjevajte nešto ljubavno” iz 2007. godine.

Glumio je i u brojnim televizijskim serijama poput “Lažeš Melita”, “Bitange i princeze”, “Nad lipom 35” i “Najbolje godine” te su ga voljeli i stari i mladi.

Dobitnik je brojnih nagrada za životno djelo, kao i drugih vrijednih nagrada poput “Nagrade hrvatskog glumišta”, “Marula”, “Zlatnog osmijeha”, nagrade “Dubravko Dujšin”, “Nagrade na susretima hrvatskih kazališta” te nagrade “Dani komedije”.

Poznati hrvatski glumac Žarko Potočnjak preminuo je u 76. godini, potvrđeno je Jutarnjem listu.

Bio je veliko ime drame HNK Zagreb te suosnivač glumačke družine Histrion. Srednju je školu završio u Zagrebu, a ljeta je provodio kod djeda u Šibeniku gdje je išao na obuke iz brodogradnje. Zbog toga je 1964. godine upisao Fakultet strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu, no na trećoj godini ipak se odlučuje za Akademiju dramske umjetnosti koju završava 1972. godine.

Za vrijeme studiranja na Akademiji bio je boem i avangardist te je često nosio crne rukavice s prstenjem. Djevojke su voljele njegovo društvo, a studentski život mladoga glumca tražio je dosta žrtvovanja.

Godine 1983. oženio se glumicom Asjom Jovanović te su iste godine dobili kćer Mirnu. Razveli su se 2002. godine, a od 2012. bio je u vezi s 15 godina mlađom Višnjom Pešić.

Gluma ga zanima od malih nogu, a prvu ulogu dobio je 1966. godine u TV filmu "Prikupljanje hrabrosti". Režiser Eduard Galić tražio je nekoga s izrazito plavim očima i tako je došao do Žarka Potočnjaka.

Prve profesionalne uloge dobio je u kazalištu Komedija, a tada je dobio i nadimak "Guma" jer je bio mršav i vrlo gibak. Nakon toga je prešao u Gavellu, a kasnije je osnovao i Histrion.

Potočnjak je glumio u filmovima poput “Izbavitelj” (1976.), “Živi bili pa vidjeli” (1979.), “Večernja zvona” (1986.), “Glembajevi” (1988.), “Ljeto za sjećanje” (1990.), “Novogodišnja pljačka” (1997.), “Srce nije u modi” (2000.) i drugi. Jedna od većih uloga je uloga Alojza u filmu “Duga mračna noć” iz 2004. godine. Također se pojavio “Libertas” iz 2006. godine te “Pjevajte nešto ljubavno” iz 2007. godine.

Glumio je i u brojnim televizijskim serijama poput “Lažeš Melita”, “Bitange i princeze”, “Nad lipom 35” i “Najbolje godine” te su ga voljeli i stari i mladi.

Dobitnik je brojnih nagrada za životno djelo, kao i drugih vrijednih nagrada poput “Nagrade hrvatskog glumišta”, “Marula”, “Zlatnog osmijeha”, nagrade “Dubravko Dujšin”, “Nagrade na susretima hrvatskih kazališta” te nagrade “Dani komedije”.

U 76. godini života preminuo legendarni Žarko Potočnjak

Poznati hrvatski glumac Žarko Potočnjak preminuo je u 76. godini, potvrđeno je Jutarnjem listu.

Bio je veliko ime drame HNK Zagreb te suosnivač glumačke družine Histrion. Srednju je školu završio u Zagrebu, a ljeta je provodio kod djeda u Šibeniku gdje je išao na obuke iz brodogradnje. Zbog toga je 1964. godine upisao Fakultet strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu, no na trećoj godini ipak se odlučuje za Akademiju dramske umjetnosti koju završava 1972. godine.

Za vrijeme studiranja na Akademiji bio je boem i avangardist te je često nosio crne rukavice s prstenjem. Djevojke su voljele njegovo društvo, a studentski život mladoga glumca tražio je dosta žrtvovanja.

Godine 1983. oženio se glumicom Asjom Jovanović te su iste godine dobili kćer Mirnu. Razveli su se 2002. godine, ...
