Prvi ovogodišnji toplinski val, izazvan pritjecanjem vrlo toplog zraka po visini s juga i jugozapada, odnosno iz sjeverne Afrike, zahvatio je Hrvatsku, piše Jutarnji list. 

U utorak će diljem zemlje biti sunčano i vruće. Vjetar slab do umjeren jugozapadni i zapadni, na moru i jugoistočni. Najniža jutarnja temperatura zraka većinom od 16 do 21, na obali i otocima između 20 i 25 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Najviša dnevna temperatura od 32 do 37 stupnjeva.

Državni hidrometeorološki zavod (DHMZ) za utorak je izdao upozorenje o umjerenoj opasnosti od toplinskog vala za Zagreb, Karlovac, Knin, Gospić, Rijeku, Split i Dubrovnik, a za Osijek upozorava na veliku opasnost od toplinskog vala.

Sunčano i vruće vrijeme pravladavat će u zemlji veći dio ovoga tjedna, a vrhunac toplinskog vala očekuje se sredinom tjedna. DHMZ upozorava na vrlo veliku opasnost od toplinskog vala u Osijeku i Zagrebu.

Temperature bi ponegdje mogle narasti i do 38 Celzijevih stupnjeva, a noći će biti tropske. Minimalna temperatura noću se neće spuštati ispod 20 stupnjeva. Malo manje vrućine očekuju se krajem tjedna.

- Prema raspoloživim prognostičkim kartama, u ostatku lipnja, a vrlo vjerojatno i prvoj polovini srpnja nastavit će se natprosječno toplo vrijeme. Pritom su i dalje izgledna razdoblja izraženog odstupanja temperature zraka u odnosu na prosjek, tj. toplinski valovi. Međutim, na duljoj vremenskoj skali nemoguće je prognozirati njihovu pojavu, trajanje i intenzitet. Razdoblja vrućine povremeno će biti prekidana prodorima svježijeg zraka, ponekad praćena i grmljavinskim pljuskovima, osobito na kopnu. Prvo nas takvo osvježenje očekuje vjerojatno krajem ovog tjedna - rekla je meteorologinja Tomislava Hojsak iz DHMZ-a.

Laganija odjeća

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) izdao je naputke o ponašanju za velikih vrućina. Ističu da je potrebno piti dovoljno tekućine te napitke bez kofeina, alkohola i šećera.

Dodaju da treba izbjegavati boravak na direktnom suncu u razdoblju od 10 do 17 sati, a to se posebice odnosi na djecu, trudnice, starije osobe, srčane bolesnike te one s kroničnim bolestima.

Osobe koje rade na otvorenom kao, primjerice, građevinski radnici, trebaju se češće odmarati, sklanjati u hlad i piti čašu do čašu i pol vode svakih 30 minuta. HZJZ preporučuje tuširanje u mlakoj vodi ili zamatanje u hladne mokre ručnike.

Nastavni zavod "Dr. Andrija Štampar" objavio je preporuke po kojima se starije osobe u pravilu ne smiju izlagati suncu u razdoblju od 11 do 16 sati, a ako to čine, preporuka je da se zaštite šeširom, maramom ili kapom te nose laganiju prozračnu odjeću i obuću.

Preporuke

Potrebno je dnevno uzimati do dvije litre negazirane vode, juha, variva ili čajeva te puno sezonskog voća i povrća, a izbjegavati prženu, pohanu, slatku i jako zasoljenu hrane te začinjena jela.

"Uz pridržavanje uputa liječnika o liječenju i uzimanju lijekova, nužna je učestalija kontrola krvnog tlaka, a pojava glavobolje, mučnine, vrtoglavice i dehidracije, suhoće usta i kože znaju biti znak za uzbunu", naglašavaju stručnjaci iz "Štampara".

Oprez

Samo do 14 sati Hitna imala 77 intervencija zbog kolapsa i iscrpljenosti

Više od 30 Celzijevih stupnjeva u gotovo cijeloj Hrvatskoj dodatno je zaposlilo hitne medicinske službe. Potvrđuje nam to i dr. Mladen Hron, liječnik u zagrebačkom Nastavnom zavodu za hitnu medicinu, koji ističe da je tijekom današnjeg dana bilo gotovo 20 posto više intervencija od uobičajenog dnevnog broja.

- Uglavnom se radi o toplinskim udarima, o kolapsima ili iscrpljenosti uzrokovanima visokim temperaturama. Samo do 14 sati bilo je 77 intervencija naših djelatnika, a u 14 slučajeva radilo se upravo o zdravstvenim problemima povezanima s vrućinom - objašnjava dr. Hron i dodaje da je ponajviše riječ o starijim osobama.

Napominje da bi, dok traju ove visoke temperature, trebalo izbjegavati boravak na otvorenom od 11 do 16 sati.

Osim toga, bitno je uzimati više tekućine, do dvije litre dnevno, te izbjegavati prženu i jako začinjenu hranu, kao i previše slatkog.

Prvi ovogodišnji toplinski val, izazvan pritjecanjem vrlo toplog zraka po visini s juga i jugozapada, odnosno iz sjeverne Afrike, zahvatio je Hrvatsku, piše Jutarnji list. 

U utorak će diljem zemlje biti sunčano i vruće. Vjetar slab do umjeren jugozapadni i zapadni, na moru i jugoistočni. Najniža jutarnja temperatura zraka većinom od 16 do 21, na obali i otocima između 20 i 25 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Najviša dnevna temperatura od 32 do 37 stupnjeva.

Državni hidrometeorološki zavod (DHMZ) za utorak je izdao upozorenje o umjerenoj opasnosti od toplinskog vala za Zagreb, Karlovac, Knin, Gospić, Rijeku, Split i Dubrovnik, a za Osijek upozorava na veliku opasnost od toplinskog vala.

Sunčano i vruće vrijeme pravladavat će u zemlji veći dio ovoga tjedna, a vrhunac toplinskog vala očekuje se sredinom tjedna. DHMZ upozorava na vrlo veliku opasnost od toplinskog vala u Osijeku i Zagrebu.

Temperature bi ponegdje mogle narasti i do 38 Celzijevih stupnjeva, a noći će biti tropske. Minimalna temperatura noću se neće spuštati ispod 20 stupnjeva. Malo manje vrućine očekuju se krajem tjedna.

- Prema raspoloživim prognostičkim kartama, u ostatku lipnja, a vrlo vjerojatno i prvoj polovini srpnja nastavit će se natprosječno toplo vrijeme. Pritom su i dalje izgledna razdoblja izraženog odstupanja temperature zraka u odnosu na prosjek, tj. toplinski valovi. Međutim, na duljoj vremenskoj skali nemoguće je prognozirati njihovu pojavu, trajanje i intenzitet. Razdoblja vrućine povremeno će biti prekidana prodorima svježijeg zraka, ponekad praćena i grmljavinskim pljuskovima, osobito na kopnu. Prvo nas takvo osvježenje očekuje vjerojatno krajem ovog tjedna - rekla je meteorologinja Tomislava Hojsak iz DHMZ-a.

Laganija odjeća

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) izdao je naputke o ponašanju za velikih vrućina. Ističu da je potrebno piti dovoljno tekućine te napitke bez kofeina, alkohola i šećera.

Dodaju da treba izbjegavati boravak na direktnom suncu u razdoblju od 10 do 17 sati, a to se posebice odnosi na djecu, trudnice, starije osobe, srčane bolesnike te one s kroničnim bolestima.

Osobe koje rade na otvorenom kao, primjerice, građevinski radnici, trebaju se češće odmarati, sklanjati u hlad i piti čašu do čašu i pol vode svakih 30 minuta. HZJZ preporučuje tuširanje u mlakoj vodi ili zamatanje u hladne mokre ručnike.

Nastavni zavod "Dr. Andrija Štampar" objavio je preporuke po kojima se starije osobe u pravilu ne smiju izlagati suncu u razdoblju od 11 do 16 sati, a ako to čine, preporuka je da se zaštite šeširom, maramom ili kapom te nose laganiju prozračnu odjeću i obuću.

Preporuke

Potrebno je dnevno uzimati do dvije litre negazirane vode, juha, variva ili čajeva te puno sezonskog voća i povrća, a izbjegavati prženu, pohanu, slatku i jako zasoljenu hrane te začinjena jela.

"Uz pridržavanje uputa liječnika o liječenju i uzimanju lijekova, nužna je učestalija kontrola krvnog tlaka, a pojava glavobolje, mučnine, vrtoglavice i dehidracije, suhoće usta i kože znaju biti znak za uzbunu", naglašavaju stručnjaci iz "Štampara".

Oprez

Samo do 14 sati Hitna imala 77 intervencija zbog kolapsa i iscrpljenosti

Više od 30 Celzijevih stupnjeva u gotovo cijeloj Hrvatskoj dodatno je zaposlilo hitne medicinske službe. Potvrđuje nam to i dr. Mladen Hron, liječnik u zagrebačkom Nastavnom zavodu za hitnu medicinu, koji ističe da je tijekom današnjeg dana bilo gotovo 20 posto više intervencija od uobičajenog dnevnog broja.

- Uglavnom se radi o toplinskim udarima, o kolapsima ili iscrpljenosti uzrokovanima visokim temperaturama. Samo do 14 sati bilo je 77 intervencija naših djelatnika, a u 14 slučajeva radilo se upravo o zdravstvenim problemima povezanima s vrućinom - objašnjava dr. Hron i dodaje da je ponajviše riječ o starijim osobama.

Napominje da bi, dok traju ove visoke temperature, trebalo izbjegavati boravak na otvorenom od 11 do 16 sati.

Osim toga, bitno je uzimati više tekućine, do dvije litre dnevno, te izbjegavati prženu i jako začinjenu hranu, kao i previše slatkog.

Prvi ovogodišnji toplinski val, izazvan pritjecanjem vrlo toplog zraka po visini s juga i jugozapada, odnosno iz sjeverne Afrike, zahvatio je Hrvatsku, piše Jutarnji list. 

U utorak će diljem zemlje biti sunčano i vruće. Vjetar slab do umjeren jugozapadni i zapadni, na moru i jugoistočni. Najniža jutarnja temperatura zraka većinom od 16 do 21, na obali i otocima između 20 i 25 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Najviša dnevna temperatura od 32 do 37 stupnjeva.
