Nevenka Tuđman u utorak je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu oslobođena svih optužbi za nezakonito posredovanje, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Kći pokojnog prvog predsjednika neovisne Republike Hrvatske bila je osumnjičena da je za posredovanje u namještanju posla bivšem partneru Igoru Kneževiću dobila milijun kuna.

Iako je Knežević osuđen na dvije godine zatvora uvjetne kazne nakon priznanja da mu je Tuđman 'sredila' da u Ministarstvu znanosti određuje izvođača radova za ugradnju telefonskih centrala na fakultete, njena je presuda bila oslobađajuća.

Nevenka Tuđman u prijašnja je dva postupka često demantirala Kneževića i nazivala ga lažljivcem, tvrdeći kako je cijeli slučaj protiv nje zapravo politički proces 'detuđmanizacije'.

Podsjetimo, Sudsko vijeće pod predsjedanjem suca Vladimira Pavlekovića prošle je godine u veljači oslobodilo Nevenku Tuđman od USKOK-ovih optužbi za posredovanje.

Vijeće Županijskog suda potvrdilo je kako je Tuđman počinila blaži oblik kaznenog djela, budući da je zaista nezakonito posredovala za Kneževića, no te su radnje bile dozvoljene.

Tužiteljstvo je uložilo žalbu te je Vrhovni sud krajem prošle godine ukinuo Nevenki Tuđman oslobađajuću presudu i postupak po drugi put vratio na početak. Prije početka suđenja pred sucem Marijanom Garcem Tuđman se izjasnila kako se ne osjeća krivom.

Nevenka Tuđman u utorak je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu oslobođena svih optužbi za nezakonito posredovanje, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Kći pokojnog prvog predsjednika neovisne Republike Hrvatske bila je osumnjičena da je za posredovanje u namještanju posla bivšem partneru Igoru Kneževiću dobila milijun kuna.

Iako je Knežević osuđen na dvije godine zatvora uvjetne kazne nakon priznanja da mu je Tuđman 'sredila' da u Ministarstvu znanosti određuje izvođača radova za ugradnju telefonskih centrala na fakultete, njena je presuda bila oslobađajuća.

Nevenka Tuđman u prijašnja je dva postupka često demantirala Kneževića i nazivala ga lažljivcem, tvrdeći kako je cijeli slučaj protiv nje zapravo politički proces 'detuđmanizacije'.

Podsjetimo, Sudsko vijeće pod predsjedanjem suca Vladimira Pavlekovića prošle je godine u veljači oslobodilo Nevenku Tuđman od USKOK-ovih optužbi za posredovanje.

Vijeće Županijskog suda potvrdilo je kako je Tuđman počinila blaži oblik kaznenog djela, budući da je zaista nezakonito posredovala za Kneževića, no te su radnje bile dozvoljene.

Tužiteljstvo je uložilo žalbu te je Vrhovni sud krajem prošle godine ukinuo Nevenki Tuđman oslobađajuću presudu i postupak po drugi put vratio na početak. Prije početka suđenja pred sucem Marijanom Garcem Tuđman se izjasnila kako se ne osjeća krivom.
