Poduzetnik Renato Korać, vlasnik lanca kladionica u BiH, koji je Zdravku Mamiću posudio 44,5 milijuna kuna kojima je podmirio dug državi, upisao se kao fiducijarni vlasnik Mamićeve vile na Tuškancu i luksuznog stana na Cvjetnom trgu, piše Jutarnji list.

No, dnevnik doznaje da je riječ o uvjetnom vlasništvu na temelju sporazuma o posudbi šest milijuna eura te da poduzetnik Korać nije zainteresiran za preuzimanje nekretnina.

Krešo Vukoja, direktor u Koraćevim tvrtkama, kaže da je rok za podmirenje duga do kraja lipnja 2022.

"Gospodin Korać nije zainteresiran za preuzimanje tih nekretnina, nego je upisan dok se ne podmiri potraživanje. Rok ćemo najvjerojatnije produljiti jer nekretnine još nisu prodane, naime Mamić traži kupce. Novi rok bit će do Nove godine", otkriva Vukoja, dodajući da su se poduzetnik Korać i Mamić upoznali tek otkad on boravi u Bosni i Hercegovini te da se to dogodilo nakon jedne "crkvene mise".

Direktor Vukoja dodaje da samo kuća na Tuškancu, prema nekim procjenama, vrijedi više od duga, odnosno oko osam milijuna eura, ali da opet u konačnici sve vrijedi onoliko koliko je netko za to spreman platiti.

U zemljišnim knjigama vidljiv je takozvani uvjetni upis vlasništva na ime Koraća, koji se temelji na sporazumu radi osiguranja novčane tražbine, odnosno prijenosu vlasništva zbog osiguranja tražbine u iznosu od šest milijuna eura.

Riječ je o atraktivnoj nekretnini na Tuškancu, obiteljskoj kući Mamićevih koja se sastoji od, kako stoji u zemljišnim knjigama, zgrade, garaže i dvorišta te se prostire na 1489 četvornih metara. Isti upis proveden je i nad elitnim stanom na Cvjetnom trgu, na drugom katu zgrade koju su gradile tvrtke Tomislava Horvatinčića.

Stan se, kako je navedeno u zemljišnim knjigama, sastoji od pet prostorija, i to hodnika, kupaonice, kuhinje, dnevnog boravka/blagovaonice i sobe te terase i uređene zelene površine. Uz to idu dva garažna mjesta.

Mamiću se na teret stavljala šteta od 52 milijuna kuna. Država mu je 7,5 milijuna kuna bila oduzela na teret jamstva koje je Mamić svojedobno uplatio za ukidanje istražnog zatvora, da bi mu ga Uskok, nakon što mu je jamstvo vraćeno, također blokirao.

Mamiću je do podmirenja duga od 52 milijuna kuna nedostajalo još 44,5 milijuna. Da dug nije bio podmiren, država bi ubrzo počela provoditi ovrhe nad njegovom blokiranom imovinom.

Poduzetnik Renato Korać, vlasnik lanca kladionica u BiH, koji je Zdravku Mamiću posudio 44,5 milijuna kuna kojima je podmirio dug državi, upisao se kao fiducijarni vlasnik Mamićeve vile na Tuškancu i luksuznog stana na Cvjetnom trgu, piše Jutarnji list.

No, dnevnik doznaje da je riječ o uvjetnom vlasništvu na temelju sporazuma o posudbi šest milijuna eura te da poduzetnik Korać nije zainteresiran za preuzimanje nekretnina.

Krešo Vukoja, direktor u Koraćevim tvrtkama, kaže da je rok za podmirenje duga do kraja lipnja 2022.

"Gospodin Korać nije zainteresiran za preuzimanje tih nekretnina, nego je upisan dok se ne podmiri potraživanje. Rok ćemo najvjerojatnije produljiti jer nekretnine još nisu prodane, naime Mamić traži kupce. Novi rok bit će do Nove godine", otkriva Vukoja, dodajući da su se poduzetnik Korać i Mamić upoznali tek otkad on boravi u Bosni i Hercegovini te da se to dogodilo nakon jedne "crkvene mise".

Direktor Vukoja dodaje da samo kuća na Tuškancu, prema nekim procjenama, vrijedi više od duga, odnosno oko osam milijuna eura, ali da opet u konačnici sve vrijedi onoliko koliko je netko za to spreman platiti.

U zemljišnim knjigama vidljiv je takozvani uvjetni upis vlasništva na ime Koraća, koji se temelji na sporazumu radi osiguranja novčane tražbine, odnosno prijenosu vlasništva zbog osiguranja tražbine u iznosu od šest milijuna eura.

Riječ je o atraktivnoj nekretnini na Tuškancu, obiteljskoj kući Mamićevih koja se sastoji od, kako stoji u zemljišnim knjigama, zgrade, garaže i dvorišta te se prostire na 1489 četvornih metara. Isti upis proveden je i nad elitnim stanom na Cvjetnom trgu, na drugom katu zgrade koju su gradile tvrtke Tomislava Horvatinčića.

Stan se, kako je navedeno u zemljišnim knjigama, sastoji od pet prostorija, i to hodnika, kupaonice, kuhinje, dnevnog boravka/blagovaonice i sobe te terase i uređene zelene površine. Uz to idu dva garažna mjesta.

Mamiću se na teret stavljala šteta od 52 milijuna kuna. Država mu je 7,5 milijuna kuna bila oduzela na teret jamstva koje je Mamić svojedobno uplatio za ukidanje istražnog zatvora, da bi mu ga Uskok, nakon što mu je jamstvo vraćeno, također blokirao.

Mamiću je do podmirenja duga od 52 milijuna kuna nedostajalo još 44,5 milijuna. Da dug nije bio podmiren, država bi ubrzo počela provoditi ovrhe nad njegovom blokiranom imovinom.

Poduzetnik Renato Korać, vlasnik lanca kladionica u BiH, koji je Zdravku Mamiću posudio 44,5 milijuna kuna kojima je podmirio dug državi, upisao se kao fiducijarni vlasnik Mamićeve vile na Tuškancu i luksuznog stana na Cvjetnom trgu, piše Jutarnji list.

No, dnevnik doznaje da je riječ o uvjetnom vlasništvu na temelju sporazuma o posudbi šest milijuna eura te da poduzetnik Korać nije zainteresiran za preuzimanje nekretnina.

Krešo Vukoja, direktor u Koraćevim tvrtkama, kaže da je rok za podmirenje duga do kraja lipnja 2022.
