Monsinjor Mate Uzinić, nadbiskup Riječke nadbiskupije kazao je kako bi kao katolički svećenik radije preminuo uz cjepivo nego da zbog toga što se nije cijepio nekome prouzroči bolest i smrt.

Rekao je to u emisiji HRT-a Otvoreno u kojoj je tema bila podjela građana oko epidemioloških mjera, cijepljenja, covid potvrda i skepsa dijela građana prema znanstvenim dostignućima. 

- Ja bih, kao katolički svećenik, puno radije da umrem zbog toga što sam se cijepio negoli da ja, zbog toga što se nisam cijepio, bilo kome uzrokujem bolest i smrt. To je kršćanski stav, to je stav na koji nas poziva Isus Krist, radije na sebe preuzima zlo, negoli zlo čini. Radije na sebe preuzima muku i smrt, negoli čini da bi drugi umirali ili da bi im bilo loše. On svu našu bijedu preuzima na sebe. Žao mi je što se vjerske osjećaje ljudi zloupotrebljava, što su ljudi očito iracionalni i što se vjera koristi u svemu tome koristi kao nekakav motor za nešto što ne samo da nema veze s vjerom, nego se pravoj vjeri, kršćanskoj vjeri - protivi, poručio je Uzinić.

Naveo je kako je zanimljivo da danas u Hrvatskoj imamo mnoge koji se nazivaju katolici, a njihovo vjerovanje nema veze s katoličkim naučavanjem te da je također zanimljivo da se isti ljudi koji se zalažu za život, a u drugoj situaciji inzistiraju na pravu za slobodu.

- To nije vjera, to je ideologija, ideologiziranje vjere, što onda to više nije vjera. Osvrnuo bih se na govor koji je jedan od redovnika izrekao. Poznajem ga i žao mi je što je krenuo u tom smjeru, ali u tom govoru se više prikazuje kao aktivist nego svećenik. Nemam namjeru tjerati nikoga da s oltara ljude poziva da se cijepe. To nije naše poslanje, ne smijemo si dozvoliti da govorimo ljudima da se ne cijepe i uključiti se u aktivizam jer to nije naše poslanje, kazao je.

Naglasio je kako je prestroga osuda pisma Hrvatske biskupske konferencije jer je ono zloupotrebljeno.

 - U njemu ima elemenata koji nisu toliko istaknuti, a važni su. Recimo potiče se na promišljane i na konstruktivnu suradnju. Odbijanje testiranja i cijepljenja nije ono što su biskupi i Stalno vijeće hrvatske biskupske konferencije željeli poručiti s tom porukom, poručio je.

Smatra kako ta poruka ne komentira papine izjave, nego komentira izjave Kongregacije za nauk vjere.

- Nakana je bila više govoriti, je li cjepivo prihvatljivo ili nije prihvatljivo. U samoj poruci se govori da bez obzira na koji se način došlo do cjepiva, to je cjepivo za nas ipak prihvatljivo, kazao je Uzinić.

Ravnatelja Kliničkog bolničkog centra Zagreb Antu Ćorušića zabrinjava stanje do kojeg je došlo u društvu.

- Mi smo u stanju jedne nacionalne kolektivne ugroze i to virusom koji je nepredvidiv svojim ponašanjem i žalosti me ova činjenica da smo se oko toga kao društvo podijelili. Odgovorno tvrdim ovdje pred svima, istina je samo Bog, vjernik sam i ne mogu razumjeti ovakve skupove koji se događaju u Hrvatskoj. Ljudi sebi uzimaju za pravo da nose slike Majke Božje, Isusa Krista, kao da ja nemam pravo na to, iako sam cijepljen tri puta, poručio je. Naglasio je kako smo se našli u situaciji da moramo braniti nacionalnu sigurnost i nacionalni kolektivitet od neodgovornih pojedinaca. Dodao je da se očito vidi kako je prosvjed u Zagrebu bio politički, usmjeren protiv aktualne Vlade.

Smatra kako je prosvjed bio dobro organiziran, ali i dobro plaćen.

- Politika snosi značajan dio odgovornost. Nalazimo se na jednoj prekretnici i jedino mjerama možemo sačuvati kolektivnu sigurnost, poručio je. Ćorušić je istaknuo kako cjepivo nije eksperimentalno, već da to cjepivo štiti ljudske živote, jer u KBC Zagreb trenutno na 212 postelja, osamdeset posto ljudi nije cijepljeno - naveo je.

Monsinjor Mate Uzinić, nadbiskup Riječke nadbiskupije kazao je kako bi kao katolički svećenik radije preminuo uz cjepivo nego da zbog toga što se nije cijepio nekome prouzroči bolest i smrt.

Rekao je to u emisiji HRT-a Otvoreno u kojoj je tema bila podjela građana oko epidemioloških mjera, cijepljenja, covid potvrda i skepsa dijela građana prema znanstvenim dostignućima. 

- Ja bih, kao katolički svećenik, puno radije da umrem zbog toga što sam se cijepio negoli da ja, zbog toga što se nisam cijepio, bilo kome uzrokujem bolest i smrt. To je kršćanski stav, to je stav na koji nas poziva Isus Krist, radije na sebe preuzima zlo, negoli zlo čini. Radije na sebe preuzima muku i smrt, negoli čini da bi drugi umirali ili da bi im bilo loše. On svu našu bijedu preuzima na sebe. Žao mi je što se vjerske osjećaje ljudi zloupotrebljava, što su ljudi očito iracionalni i što se vjera koristi u svemu tome koristi kao nekakav motor za nešto što ne samo da nema veze s vjerom, nego se pravoj vjeri, kršćanskoj vjeri - protivi, poručio je Uzinić.

Naveo je kako je zanimljivo da danas u Hrvatskoj imamo mnoge koji se nazivaju katolici, a njihovo vjerovanje nema veze s katoličkim naučavanjem te da je također zanimljivo da se isti ljudi koji se zalažu za život, a u drugoj situaciji inzistiraju na pravu za slobodu.

- To nije vjera, to je ideologija, ideologiziranje vjere, što onda to više nije vjera. Osvrnuo bih se na govor koji je jedan od redovnika izrekao. Poznajem ga i žao mi je što je krenuo u tom smjeru, ali u tom govoru se više prikazuje kao aktivist nego svećenik. Nemam namjeru tjerati nikoga da s oltara ljude poziva da se cijepe. To nije naše poslanje, ne smijemo si dozvoliti da govorimo ljudima da se ne cijepe i uključiti se u aktivizam jer to nije naše poslanje, kazao je.

Naglasio je kako je prestroga osuda pisma Hrvatske biskupske konferencije jer je ono zloupotrebljeno.

 - U njemu ima elemenata koji nisu toliko istaknuti, a važni su. Recimo potiče se na promišljane i na konstruktivnu suradnju. Odbijanje testiranja i cijepljenja nije ono što su biskupi i Stalno vijeće hrvatske biskupske konferencije željeli poručiti s tom porukom, poručio je.

Smatra kako ta poruka ne komentira papine izjave, nego komentira izjave Kongregacije za nauk vjere.

- Nakana je bila više govoriti, je li cjepivo prihvatljivo ili nije prihvatljivo. U samoj poruci se govori da bez obzira na koji se način došlo do cjepiva, to je cjepivo za nas ipak prihvatljivo, kazao je Uzinić.

Ravnatelja Kliničkog bolničkog centra Zagreb Antu Ćorušića zabrinjava stanje do kojeg je došlo u društvu.

- Mi smo u stanju jedne nacionalne kolektivne ugroze i to virusom koji je nepredvidiv svojim ponašanjem i žalosti me ova činjenica da smo se oko toga kao društvo podijelili. Odgovorno tvrdim ovdje pred svima, istina je samo Bog, vjernik sam i ne mogu razumjeti ovakve skupove koji se događaju u Hrvatskoj. Ljudi sebi uzimaju za pravo da nose slike Majke Božje, Isusa Krista, kao da ja nemam pravo na to, iako sam cijepljen tri puta, poručio je. Naglasio je kako smo se našli u situaciji da moramo braniti nacionalnu sigurnost i nacionalni kolektivitet od neodgovornih pojedinaca. Dodao je da se očito vidi kako je prosvjed u Zagrebu bio politički, usmjeren protiv aktualne Vlade.

Smatra kako je prosvjed bio dobro organiziran, ali i dobro plaćen.

- Politika snosi značajan dio odgovornost. Nalazimo se na jednoj prekretnici i jedino mjerama možemo sačuvati kolektivnu sigurnost, poručio je. Ćorušić je istaknuo kako cjepivo nije eksperimentalno, već da to cjepivo štiti ljudske živote, jer u KBC Zagreb trenutno na 212 postelja, osamdeset posto ljudi nije cijepljeno - naveo je.
