Na otkup 1363 kvadrata, Grad Split je, u mandatu Ivana Kureta, već isplatio 34,6 milijuna kuna

Ni nakon otvaranja novog splitskog rodilišta još uvijek nije jasno: tko je “maznuo lovu” na izgradnji pristupne ceste?

Upravo tim izrazom, “maznuo lovu”, koristio se splitski gradonačelnik Željko Kerum u emisiji emitiranoj u nedjelju navečer na jednoj lokalnoj televiziji. Privatno zemljište na ovoj lokaciji, tvrdi Kerum, već je plaćeno 37 milijuna kuna, pa treba istražiti tko je sudjelovao u transakcijama.

Reketarenje Splita

Premda je izjavio da je već poslao svu dokumentaciju oko sporne ceste Državnom odvjetništvu, ona u Odvjetništvo još nije stigla. Naime, kako doznajemo, u DORH-u ni u USKOK-u nije zaprimljena bilo kakva prijava ili zahtjev za istraživanje navedenog posla.

Neslužbeno, Odvjetništvo će već ovog tjedna od Grada Splita zatražiti svu dokumentaciju, pa samoinicijativno provjeriti sve Kerumove optužbe. Prema službenim informacijama, na otkup 1363 metra četvorna zemljišta i nešto više poslovnih prostora na trasi zamišljene prometnice, Grad Split je, u mandatu Ivana Kureta, već isplatio 34,6 milijuna kuna, od čega gotovo polovicu (13,6 milijuna kuna) Dragutinu Kuniću, suprugu bivše gradske vijećnice Nede Makjanić-Kunić (Lista Velog Mista).

Premda je velik dio objekata, pa i njezin, dijelom bio nelegalan, a dio ih nije ni bio na trasi ceste, Kuretova gradska uprava svejedno ih je isplatila. Posao je zaustavljen u vrijeme lokalnih izbora, kada je preostalo platiti još 22 milijuna kuna (po procjeni gradske uprave) do 33 milijuna, koliko su tražili vlasnici.

Naknadno se otkrilo da je u međuvremenu iz gradske blagajne otišlo još tri milijuna kuna za “ostale troškove”, od čega više od dva milijuna na račun Poduzeća za ceste - tvrtke koju je sam Kerum po preuzimanju vlasti optužio za reketarenje Grada.

Osim supruga Nede Makjanić-Kunić, gradski novac isplaćen je i na račune Marije Draganje i Čedne Jokić (po šest milijuna kuna) te još 13 vlasnika – među njima i tvrtke MAK Nede Makjanić-Kunić, koja je dobila još 370 tisuća kuna. Na listi čekanja, pak, ostalo je još šest vlasnika zemljišta i prostora.

Iako je za većinu njih upitna legalnost, s obzirom na to da su nakon 1968. godine u više navrata obnavljani i rekonstruirani, Grad Split još uvijek nije pokrenuo postupak izvlaštenja i podnio zahtjev za rušenje bespravnih objekata.

Propao je i pokušaj rješavanja problema komasacijom, zamjenom parcela, jer se ovaj instrument zakonski može primijeniti samo na neizgrađena područja.

Splitski dogradonačelnik Jure Šundov nam je tek potvrdio da će gradska uprava i dalje raditi na izgradnji novog pristupa splitskoj bolnici i rodilištu, no ”uz znatno manje trošenje novca poreznih obveznika”.

Ni nakon otvaranja novog splitskog rodilišta još uvijek nije jasno: tko je “maznuo lovu” na izgradnji pristupne ceste?

Upravo tim izrazom, “maznuo lovu”, koristio se splitski gradonačelnik Željko Kerum u emisiji emitiranoj u nedjelju navečer na jednoj lokalnoj televiziji. Privatno zemljište na ovoj lokaciji, tvrdi Kerum, već je plaćeno 37 milijuna kuna, pa treba istražiti tko je sudjelovao u transakcijama.

Reketarenje Splita

Premda je izjavio da je već poslao svu dokumentaciju oko sporne ceste Državnom odvjetništvu, ona u Odvjetništvo još nije stigla. Naime, kako doznajemo, u DORH-u ni u USKOK-u nije zaprimljena bilo kakva prijava ili zahtjev za istraživanje navedenog posla.

Neslužbeno, Odvjetništvo će već ovog tjedna od Grada Splita zatražiti svu dokumentaciju, pa samoinicijativno provjeriti sve Kerumove optužbe. Prema službenim informacijama, na otkup 1363 metra četvorna zemljišta i nešto više poslovnih prostora na trasi zamišljene prometnice, Grad Split je, u mandatu Ivana Kureta, već isplatio 34,6 milijuna kuna, od čega gotovo polovicu (13,6 milijuna kuna) Dragutinu Kuniću, suprugu bivše gradske vijećnice Nede Makjanić-Kunić (Lista Velog Mista).

Premda je velik dio objekata, pa i njezin, dijelom bio nelegalan, a dio ih nije ni bio na trasi ceste, Kuretova gradska uprava svejedno ih je isplatila. Posao je zaustavljen u vrijeme lokalnih izbora, kada je preostalo platiti još 22 milijuna kuna (po procjeni gradske uprave) do 33 milijuna, koliko su tražili vlasnici.

Naknadno se otkrilo da je u međuvremenu iz gradske blagajne otišlo još tri milijuna kuna za “ostale troškove”, od čega više od dva milijuna na račun Poduzeća za ceste - tvrtke koju je sam Kerum po preuzimanju vlasti optužio za reketarenje Grada.

Osim supruga Nede Makjanić-Kunić, gradski novac isplaćen je i na račune Marije Draganje i Čedne Jokić (po šest milijuna kuna) te još 13 vlasnika – među njima i tvrtke MAK Nede Makjanić-Kunić, koja je dobila još 370 tisuća kuna. Na listi čekanja, pak, ostalo je još šest vlasnika zemljišta i prostora.

Iako je za većinu njih upitna legalnost, s obzirom na to da su nakon 1968. godine u više navrata obnavljani i rekonstruirani, Grad Split još uvijek nije pokrenuo postupak izvlaštenja i podnio zahtjev za rušenje bespravnih objekata.

Propao je i pokušaj rješavanja problema komasacijom, zamjenom parcela, jer se ovaj instrument zakonski može primijeniti samo na neizgrađena područja.

Splitski dogradonačelnik Jure Šundov nam je tek potvrdio da će gradska uprava i dalje raditi na izgradnji novog pristupa splitskoj bolnici i rodilištu, no ”uz znatno manje trošenje novca poreznih obveznika”.
