Ministar obrane Mario Banožić poručio je u utorak da predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović svojim izjavama pokazuje kako se neprimjereno odnosi prema obrambenom sustavu i vojsci, ocijenivši to neprofesionalnim za funkciju koju obnaša.

"Predsjednik Republike svojim izjavama pokazuje kako se neprimjereno odnosi prema obrambenom sustavu i Hrvatskoj vojsci što je neprofesionalno za funkciju koju obnaša. Predsjednik mora znati kako Hrvatska vojska nije njegova igračka", priopćio je Banožić.

Ministar se time referirao na današnju Milanovićevu izjavu iz Duge Rese u kojoj se ponovno osvrnuo na prijevremeno umirovljenje zapovjednika Počasno-zaštitne bojne brigadira Elvisa Burčula, ustvrdivši kako se radi o nezreloj i osvetničkoj odluci ministra obrane, a poručio je i kako "ne može jedan ministar nekoga potjerati u mirovinu jer ga ne voli".

Banožić je pak oštro demantirao da je brigadir Burčul potjeran u mirovinu. 

"Ponavljam da je riječ o brigadiru kojem je isteklo imenovanje na dužnost zapovjednika Počasno-zaštitne bojne te mu je sukladno zakonu, po potrebi službe i u skladu s Planom izdvajanja osoblja za 2021. prestala djelatna vojna služba s pravom na starosnu mirovinu", naveo je ministar.

Vezano uz navode predsjednika da će pitanje "svoje Počasno-zaštitne bojne riješiti na drugi način vojnički, zapovjedno", Banožić naglašava da je svatko dužan poštovati zakon, pa i predsjednik Republike, te da su Zakonom o obrani jasno propisani ustrojstvo i zapovijedanje u Oružanim snagama RH, kao i nadležnosti državnih tijela u području obrane.

U skladu s Ustavom, predsjednik RH je vrhovni zapovjednik Oružanih snaga što nitko ne dovodi u pitanje, ističe ministar, ali su nadležnosti predsjednika jasno i nedvosmisleno propisane Zakonom o obrani kojega je 2013. godine Milanovićeva Vlada predložila, a Hrvatski sabor donio i koji je i danas na snazi. 

"Stoga predsjednik Republike svoje ovlasti kao vrhovni zapovjednik mora provoditi u skladu sa Zakonom o obrani. Očito u nedostatku argumenata predsjednik ne zna drugačije reagirati osim vrijeđati na osobnoj razini", zaključio je Banožić.

Ministar obrane Mario Banožić poručio je u utorak da predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović svojim izjavama pokazuje kako se neprimjereno odnosi prema obrambenom sustavu i vojsci, ocijenivši to neprofesionalnim za funkciju koju obnaša.

"Predsjednik Republike svojim izjavama pokazuje kako se neprimjereno odnosi prema obrambenom sustavu i Hrvatskoj vojsci što je neprofesionalno za funkciju koju obnaša. Predsjednik mora znati kako Hrvatska vojska nije njegova igračka", priopćio je Banožić.

Ministar se time referirao na današnju Milanovićevu izjavu iz Duge Rese u kojoj se ponovno osvrnuo na prijevremeno umirovljenje zapovjednika Počasno-zaštitne bojne brigadira Elvisa Burčula, ustvrdivši kako se radi o nezreloj i osvetničkoj odluci ministra obrane, a poručio je i kako "ne može jedan ministar nekoga potjerati u mirovinu jer ga ne voli".

Banožić je pak oštro demantirao da je brigadir Burčul potjeran u mirovinu. 

"Ponavljam da je riječ o brigadiru kojem je isteklo imenovanje na dužnost zapovjednika Počasno-zaštitne bojne te mu je sukladno zakonu, po potrebi službe i u skladu s Planom izdvajanja osoblja za 2021. prestala djelatna vojna služba s pravom na starosnu mirovinu", naveo je ministar.

Vezano uz navode predsjednika da će pitanje "svoje Počasno-zaštitne bojne riješiti na drugi način vojnički, zapovjedno", Banožić naglašava da je svatko dužan poštovati zakon, pa i predsjednik Republike, te da su Zakonom o obrani jasno propisani ustrojstvo i zapovijedanje u Oružanim snagama RH, kao i nadležnosti državnih tijela u području obrane.

U skladu s Ustavom, predsjednik RH je vrhovni zapovjednik Oružanih snaga što nitko ne dovodi u pitanje, ističe ministar, ali su nadležnosti predsjednika jasno i nedvosmisleno propisane Zakonom o obrani kojega je 2013. godine Milanovićeva Vlada predložila, a Hrvatski sabor donio i koji je i danas na snazi. 

"Stoga predsjednik Republike svoje ovlasti kao vrhovni zapovjednik mora provoditi u skladu sa Zakonom o obrani. Očito u nedostatku argumenata predsjednik ne zna drugačije reagirati osim vrijeđati na osobnoj razini", zaključio je Banožić.

Ministar obrane Mario Banožić poručio je u utorak da predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović svojim izjavama pokazuje kako se neprimjereno odnosi prema obrambenom sustavu i vojsci, ocijenivši to neprofesionalnim za funkciju koju obnaša.
