- Sad su se sjetili staviti ogradu, kad je čovjek poginuo... – kažu uznemireni stanovnici ulice Hrvatskog sabora gdje je u ponedjeljak ujutro na gradilištu ceste pronađeno beživotno tijelo 52-godišnjeg muškarca. Tijelo su pronašli radnici kad su došli na posao, ležao je u vodi na dnu uskog kanala iskopan zbog rekonstrukcije državne ceste DC 306, odnosno spoja Ulice Hrvatskog sabora i Puta Biliga, koju financiraju Hrvatske ceste, piše Zadarski.hr.

- Nismo sigurni u to tko ga je pronašao, ali smo čuli da su ga našli radnici kad su jutros došli na gradilište. Strašno je to što se dogodilo, da je tako izgubljen jedan ljudski život. Tko zna što se tu dogodilo, ali jedno je sigurno, ograde na tom dijelu nije bilo, kazao nam je susjed koji od jutra prati što se na prometnici događa. Prema njegovim riječima, gradilište nije bilo zaštićeno ogradom, nego samo označeno crvenom trakom razvučenom između prometnih stupića. U noći se traka gotovo i ne vidi pa mu nije čudno da je čovjek upao u gotovo dva metra duboki ukop ispunjen vodom od obilnih kiša.

- Ovu željeznu ogradu koju sad vidite su postavili nakon nesretnog događaja. Do deset sati jutros ovaj prostor je bio označen samo crvenom trakom, kao onom policijskom, koja je bila zakačena na prometne stupiće, međusobno udaljene 20-30 metara. Možda je čovjek htio prijeći cestu, možda se utopio u onoj vodi, tko će ga znati... - kaže naš sugovornik, inače stanovnik Bilog briga, dodajući kako građani već godinama upozoravaju gradske vlasti da na tom dijelu prometnice nedostaje pješački prijelaz.

Dojavu o pronalasku mrtvog tijela policija je dobila oko 7.30 sati. Odmah na teren izašla je ekipa koja je provela očevid. Stradali muškarac bio je zaposlenik Policijske uprave zadarske, ali nije bio policajac.

- Policija je dobila dojavu kako je u kanalu pronađeno tijelo muške osobe koja nije davala znakove života. Utvrđeno je da se radi o 52-godišnjem muškarcu čije je tijelo, po nalogu Županijskog državnog odvjetništva, prevezeno na Odjel patologije Opće bolnice Zadar gdje će biti izvršena obdukcija koja će utvrditi uzrok i vrijeme smrti. U cilju utvrđivanja svih okolnosti ovog događaja policija i dalje nastavlja s provođenjem mjera i radnji, kazala je Ivana Grbin, glasnogovornica PU zadarske.

Iz Hrvatskih cesta, investitora projekta, rekli su nam da je  gradilište bilo propisno označeno, ali naglašavaju kako su nekoliko dana prije incidenta tražili od izvođača radova postavljanje dodatne ograde na gradilištu. 

- Hrvatske ceste su izvođaču radova izdale suglasnost na projekt privremene regulacije prometa za radove na DC 306, odnosno za radove u Ulici Hrvatskog sabora. Izvođač na sebe preuzima odgovornost za postavljanje i održavanje privremene regulacije prometa kao i odgovornost za sigurnost prometa i ljudi u području radova. Gradilište je bilo propisno označeno i u skladu s projektom prometne regulacije. Međutim, Hrvatske ceste su, prije nego što se dogodio ova nesreća, preko nadzorne službe zatražile postavljanje dodatnih ograda na tom području. To očito nije napravljeno, kazao nam je David Milin, rukovoditelj Hrvatskih cesta - Poslovne jedinice Zadar, a za ostala pitanja uputio nas je na izvođača radova.

A radove na rekonstrukciji ceste izvodi zajednica ponuditelja sastavljena od tvrtke Kruševo-put, zagrebačke Ingre i Mežnar građevinske usluge iz Duge Rese, dok radove nadziru tvrtke Civil engineering Zadar i Terestrika Split.

Gradilište je prema projektu prometne regulacije bilo propisno ograđeno, kazao nam je Filip Anić, prokurist u tvrtki Kruševo-put, u ime zajednice izvođača radova. Na tom su se dijelu, prema projektu, trebali postaviti tzv. klemmfixi, odnosno prometni stupovi i traka, što je i bilo napravljeno, dodao je, ističući kako su dodatne željezne ograde bile postavljene na nekim dijelovima Ulice Hrvatskog sabora gdje se izvode radovi, ali ne i na dijelu gdje se dogodio nesretni slučaj. Nakon nesreće zaštitna je ograda postavljena uzduž cijelog kanala, iako to nije predviđeno projektom privremene regulacije prometa, napominje Anić, izražavajući žaljenje zbog tragičnog događaja i sućut obitelji preminulog.

- Sad su se sjetili staviti ogradu, kad je čovjek poginuo... – kažu uznemireni stanovnici ulice Hrvatskog sabora gdje je u ponedjeljak ujutro na gradilištu ceste pronađeno beživotno tijelo 52-godišnjeg muškarca. Tijelo su pronašli radnici kad su došli na posao, ležao je u vodi na dnu uskog kanala iskopan zbog rekonstrukcije državne ceste DC 306, odnosno spoja Ulice Hrvatskog sabora i Puta Biliga, koju financiraju Hrvatske ceste, piše Zadarski.hr.

- Nismo sigurni u to tko ga je pronašao, ali smo čuli da su ga našli radnici kad su jutros došli na gradilište. Strašno je to što se dogodilo, da je tako izgubljen jedan ljudski život. Tko zna što se tu dogodilo, ali jedno je sigurno, ograde na tom dijelu nije bilo, kazao nam je susjed koji od jutra prati što se na prometnici događa. Prema njegovim riječima, gradilište nije bilo zaštićeno ogradom, nego samo označeno crvenom trakom razvučenom između prometnih stupića. U noći se traka gotovo i ne vidi pa mu nije čudno da je čovjek upao u gotovo dva metra duboki ukop ispunjen vodom od obilnih kiša.

- Ovu željeznu ogradu koju sad vidite su postavili nakon nesretnog događaja. Do deset sati jutros ovaj prostor je bio označen samo crvenom trakom, kao onom policijskom, koja je bila zakačena na prometne stupiće, međusobno udaljene 20-30 metara. Možda je čovjek htio prijeći cestu, možda se utopio u onoj vodi, tko će ga znati... - kaže naš sugovornik, inače stanovnik Bilog briga, dodajući kako građani već godinama upozoravaju gradske vlasti da na tom dijelu prometnice nedostaje pješački prijelaz.

Dojavu o pronalasku mrtvog tijela policija je dobila oko 7.30 sati. Odmah na teren izašla je ekipa koja je provela očevid. Stradali muškarac bio je zaposlenik Policijske uprave zadarske, ali nije bio policajac.

- Policija je dobila dojavu kako je u kanalu pronađeno tijelo muške osobe koja nije davala znakove života. Utvrđeno je da se radi o 52-godišnjem muškarcu čije je tijelo, po nalogu Županijskog državnog odvjetništva, prevezeno na Odjel patologije Opće bolnice Zadar gdje će biti izvršena obdukcija koja će utvrditi uzrok i vrijeme smrti. U cilju utvrđivanja svih okolnosti ovog događaja policija i dalje nastavlja s provođenjem mjera i radnji, kazala je Ivana Grbin, glasnogovornica PU zadarske.

Iz Hrvatskih cesta, investitora projekta, rekli su nam da je  gradilište bilo propisno označeno, ali naglašavaju kako su nekoliko dana prije incidenta tražili od izvođača radova postavljanje dodatne ograde na gradilištu. 

- Hrvatske ceste su izvođaču radova izdale suglasnost na projekt privremene regulacije prometa za radove na DC 306, odnosno za radove u Ulici Hrvatskog sabora. Izvođač na sebe preuzima odgovornost za postavljanje i održavanje privremene regulacije prometa kao i odgovornost za sigurnost prometa i ljudi u području radova. Gradilište je bilo propisno označeno i u skladu s projektom prometne regulacije. Međutim, Hrvatske ceste su, prije nego što se dogodio ova nesreća, preko nadzorne službe zatražile postavljanje dodatnih ograda na tom području. To očito nije napravljeno, kazao nam je David Milin, rukovoditelj Hrvatskih cesta - Poslovne jedinice Zadar, a za ostala pitanja uputio nas je na izvođača radova.

A radove na rekonstrukciji ceste izvodi zajednica ponuditelja sastavljena od tvrtke Kruševo-put, zagrebačke Ingre i Mežnar građevinske usluge iz Duge Rese, dok radove nadziru tvrtke Civil engineering Zadar i Terestrika Split.

Gradilište je prema projektu prometne regulacije bilo propisno ograđeno, kazao nam je Filip Anić, prokurist u tvrtki Kruševo-put, u ime zajednice izvođača radova. Na tom su se dijelu, prema projektu, trebali postaviti tzv. klemmfixi, odnosno prometni stupovi i traka, što je i bilo napravljeno, dodao je, ističući kako su dodatne željezne ograde bile postavljene na nekim dijelovima Ulice Hrvatskog sabora gdje se izvode radovi, ali ne i na dijelu gdje se dogodio nesretni slučaj. Nakon nesreće zaštitna je ograda postavljena uzduž cijelog kanala, iako to nije predviđeno projektom privremene regulacije prometa, napominje Anić, izražavajući žaljenje zbog tragičnog događaja i sućut obitelji preminulog.

- Sad su se sjetili staviti ogradu, kad je čovjek poginuo... – kažu uznemireni stanovnici ulice Hrvatskog sabora gdje je u ponedjeljak ujutro na gradilištu ceste pronađeno beživotno tijelo 52-godišnjeg muškarca. Tijelo su pronašli radnici kad su došli na posao, ležao je u vodi na dnu uskog kanala iskopan zbog rekonstrukcije državne ceste DC 306, odnosno spoja Ulice Hrvatskog sabora i Puta Biliga, koju financiraju Hrvatske ceste, piše Zadarski.hr.

- Nismo sigurni u to tko ga je pronašao, ali smo čuli da su ga našli radnici kad su jutros došli na gradilište. Strašno je to što se dogodilo, da je tako izgubljen jedan ljudski život. Tko zna što se tu dogodilo, ali jedno je sigurno, ograde na tom dijelu nije bilo, kazao nam je susjed koji od jutra prati što se na prometnici doga...
