"Što to radiš? Zašto treseš aparat?", izvikivao je u kasnim večernjim satima na Šestinskom trgu u Zagrebu stari znanac policije Igor V. (44) maloljetniku (16), koji je stajao uz samoposlužni aparat s grickalicama i pićima, "boreći" se da izvadi plaćeni proizvod. Na to je uzrujanom muškarcu, za kojeg će se kasnije ispostaviti da se brine o aparatu u sklopu navedene autopraonice, srednjoškolac pristojno odgovorio da mu je zapela čokoladica koju je platio 70 centi i koja ne izlazi van, piše Jutarnji list. 

I umjesto da pomogne tinejdžeru da izbavi kupljeni slatkiš, Igor V. prišao je maloljetniku te ga lijevom rukom uhvatio oko vrata, a desnom mu prislonio revolver na glavu kod sljepoočnice te mu rekao: "Ubit ću te. Napravi mi to još jednom". Kako su tome svjedočili i maloljetnikovi prijatelji, Igor V. potom se i njima obratio s istom prijetnjom da će ih sve ubiti. Cijelu dramu potom je okončao osumnjičeni puštanjem maloljetnika iz svog suludog zahvata nakon čega ga je odgurnuo, a on se vratio u kuću u kojoj, kako je utvrdila policija, živi neprijavljeno.

O događaju od 26. prosinca prošle godine odmah je bila obaviještena policija, a potom i zagrebačko tužiteljstvo koje je nedavno protiv Igora V. zbog prijetnji smrću podignulo optužnicu te za njega traže 18 mjeseci bezuvjetnog zatvora. Osumnjičeni se ne smatra krivim te navodi da njegova supruga upravlja autopraonicom i da im je to jedini izvor prihoda.

- U blizini objekta je i taj samoposlužni aparat. Tu večer ležao sam u krevetu i vani začuo lupanje. Inače, imali smo više provala, a kad sam pogledao kroz prozor, vidio sam 15-ak osoba okupljenih oko aparata. Upitao sam ih u čemu je problem na što su rekli da se zaglavila čokoladica i da postoji broj na aparatu na koji se ne može nazvati. Izašao sam van i prišao im. Nogama su udarali po aparatu i u jednom trenutku jednu od tih osoba uhvatio sam rukom za vrat, ali nisam nikome prijetio niti sam imao oružje. A situacija je bila takva da nije došlo do eskalacije - branio se pred tužiteljima Igor V.

Na upit zašto je uopće došlo do potrebe uporabe sile, odgovor nije dao, ali je dao do znanja kako je znao da pred sobom ima maloljetnika.

- Bio sam uznemiren. Moja supruga je na tom mjestu bila napadnuta i teško ozlijeđena - pokušao je dalje Igor V. u svoju korist objasniti potez.

Maloljetnik i njegovi vršnjaci detaljno su ispričali proživljenu situaciju s pištoljem koja je uslijedila iz trivijalnog razloga i nakon koje su, totalno prestravljeni, otišli do obližnjeg parkinga.

- Taj čovjek je otišao u svoju kuću, a ja sam bio u tolikom stresu da sam zvao oca i policiju. Uplašio sam se za svoj život - ustvrdio je maloljetnik kojeg je Igor V., prema optužbi, uhvatio za vrat nakon što je bezuspješno pokušavao izvaditi čokoladicu i to mu dva puta priopćio.

Inače, Igor V. je višestruko osuđivana osoba zbog raznovrsnih kaznenih djela imovinskog karaktera, ali mu u kaznenoj evidenciji stoji i presuda zbog pokušaja nanošenja teških ozljeda.

"Što to radiš? Zašto treseš aparat?", izvikivao je u kasnim večernjim satima na Šestinskom trgu u Zagrebu stari znanac policije Igor V. (44) maloljetniku (16), koji je stajao uz samoposlužni aparat s grickalicama i pićima, "boreći" se da izvadi plaćeni proizvod. Na to je uzrujanom muškarcu, za kojeg će se kasnije ispostaviti da se brine o aparatu u sklopu navedene autopraonice, srednjoškolac pristojno odgovorio da mu je zapela čokoladica koju je platio 70 centi i koja ne izlazi van, piše Jutarnji list. 

I umjesto da pomogne tinejdžeru da izbavi kupljeni slatkiš, Igor V. prišao je maloljetniku te ga lijevom rukom uhvatio oko vrata, a desnom mu prislonio revolver na glavu kod sljepoočnice te mu rekao: "Ubit ću te. Napravi mi to još jednom". Kako su tome svjedočili i maloljetnikovi prijatelji, Igor V. potom se i njima obratio s istom prijetnjom da će ih sve ubiti. Cijelu dramu potom je okončao osumnjičeni puštanjem maloljetnika iz svog suludog zahvata nakon čega ga je odgurnuo, a on se vratio u kuću u kojoj, kako je utvrdila policija, živi neprijavljeno.

O događaju od 26. prosinca prošle godine odmah je bila obaviještena policija, a potom i zagrebačko tužiteljstvo koje je nedavno protiv Igora V. zbog prijetnji smrću podignulo optužnicu te za njega traže 18 mjeseci bezuvjetnog zatvora. Osumnjičeni se ne smatra krivim te navodi da njegova supruga upravlja autopraonicom i da im je to jedini izvor prihoda.

- U blizini objekta je i taj samoposlužni aparat. Tu večer ležao sam u krevetu i vani začuo lupanje. Inače, imali smo više provala, a kad sam pogledao kroz prozor, vidio sam 15-ak osoba okupljenih oko aparata. Upitao sam ih u čemu je problem na što su rekli da se zaglavila čokoladica i da postoji broj na aparatu na koji se ne može nazvati. Izašao sam van i prišao im. Nogama su udarali po aparatu i u jednom trenutku jednu od tih osoba uhvatio sam rukom za vrat, ali nisam nikome prijetio niti sam imao oružje. A situacija je bila takva da nije došlo do eskalacije - branio se pred tužiteljima Igor V.

Na upit zašto je uopće došlo do potrebe uporabe sile, odgovor nije dao, ali je dao do znanja kako je znao da pred sobom ima maloljetnika.

- Bio sam uznemiren. Moja supruga je na tom mjestu bila napadnuta i teško ozlijeđena - pokušao je dalje Igor V. u svoju korist objasniti potez.

Maloljetnik i njegovi vršnjaci detaljno su ispričali proživljenu situaciju s pištoljem koja je uslijedila iz trivijalnog razloga i nakon koje su, totalno prestravljeni, otišli do obližnjeg parkinga.

- Taj čovjek je otišao u svoju kuću, a ja sam bio u tolikom stresu da sam zvao oca i policiju. Uplašio sam se za svoj život - ustvrdio je maloljetnik kojeg je Igor V., prema optužbi, uhvatio za vrat nakon što je bezuspješno pokušavao izvaditi čokoladicu i to mu dva puta priopćio.

Inače, Igor V. je višestruko osuđivana osoba zbog raznovrsnih kaznenih djela imovinskog karaktera, ali mu u kaznenoj evidenciji stoji i presuda zbog pokušaja nanošenja teških ozljeda.

Nasrnuo na 16-godišnjaka, uhvatio ga ‘u kravatu‘, a onda mu stisnuo pištolj uz sljepoočnicu: ‘Zašto ga treseš?!‘

"Što to radiš? Zašto treseš aparat?", izvikivao je u kasnim večernjim satima na Šestinskom trgu u Zagrebu stari znanac policije Igor V. (44) maloljetniku (16), koji je stajao uz samoposlužni aparat s grickalicama i pićima, "boreći" se da izvadi plaćeni proizvod. Na to je uzrujanom muškarcu, za kojeg će se kasnije ispostaviti da se brine o aparatu u sklopu navedene autopraonice, srednjoškolac pristojno odgovorio da mu je zapela čokoladica koju je platio 70 centi i koja ne izlazi van, piše Jutarnji list. 

I umjesto da pomogne tinejdžeru da izbavi kupljeni slatkiš, Igor V. prišao je maloljetniku te ga lijevom rukom uhvatio oko vrata, a desnom mu prislonio revolver na glavu kod sljepoočnice te mu rekao: "Ubit ću te. Napravi mi to još jednom". Kako su tome svjedočili i maloljetnikovi prijatelji, Igor V. potom se i njima obratio s istom prijetnjom da će ih sve ubiti. Cijelu dramu potom je okončao osumnjičeni puštanjem maloljetnika iz svog suludog zahvata nakon čega ga je odgurnuo, a on se vratio u kuću u kojoj, kako je utvrdila policija, živi neprijavljeno.
