Mario je motociklom na semaforu htio naglo krenuti na stražnjem kotaču pa je pao na leđa, a motor je projurio kroz križanje.

U tom pokušaju zatekla ga je policija koja ga je htjela alkotestirati, ali 25-godišnji mladić to je odbio. Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo u travnju oko 23 sata na Horvaćanskoj cesti u Zagrebu, piše Danica, 

“Dolaskom do raskrižja sa Petrovaradinskom ulicom i Ulicom Ivana Matetića Ronjgova zaustavio se, a potom krenuo iz mjesta naglim povećanjem brzine te je došlo do podizanja prednjeg dijela motocikla, odnosno vožnje na stražnjem kotaču.

Uslijed toga je u raskrižju izgubio nadzor nad motociklom, te je uslijed podizanja motocikla na stražnji kotač pao na leđa na kolnik dok se motocikl nastavio nekontrolirano kretati u smjeru zapada, nakon čega se prevrnuo na lijevu stranu”, navodi se u presudi.

Imao kacigu

Zbog sumnje da upravlja motociklom pod utjecajem alkohola, ponuđeno mu je alkotestiranje koje je odbio, svjedočili su policajci.

Mario je priznao sve što mu se stavlja na teret, ali na sudu nije znao objasniti zbog čega je odbio puhanje u alkometar.

“Kad se upalilo zeleno svjetlo, krenuo sam i došlo je do podizanja zadnjeg kraja motocikla pa sam pao na leđa. Nisam ozlijeđen jer sam imao kacigu, a motocikl se nastavio nekontrolirano kretati, nakon čega se prevrnuo na lijevu stranu te je oštećen”, otkrio je mladić.

Kaže kako radi kao konobar, ali slomio je petu pa je trenutačno ‘izvan stroja’. Sutkinja ga je s troškovima kaznila s ukupno 1626,50 eura i tromjesečnom zabranom vožnje motocikla, zaključuje Danica.

Mario je motociklom na semaforu htio naglo krenuti na stražnjem kotaču pa je pao na leđa, a motor je projurio kroz križanje.

U tom pokušaju zatekla ga je policija koja ga je htjela alkotestirati, ali 25-godišnji mladić to je odbio. Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo u travnju oko 23 sata na Horvaćanskoj cesti u Zagrebu, piše Danica, 

“Dolaskom do raskrižja sa Petrovaradinskom ulicom i Ulicom Ivana Matetića Ronjgova zaustavio se, a potom krenuo iz mjesta naglim povećanjem brzine te je došlo do podizanja prednjeg dijela motocikla, odnosno vožnje na stražnjem kotaču.

Uslijed toga je u raskrižju izgubio nadzor nad motociklom, te je uslijed podizanja motocikla na stražnji kotač pao na leđa na kolnik dok se motocikl nastavio nekontrolirano kretati u smjeru zapada, nakon čega se prevrnuo na lijevu stranu”, navodi se u presudi.

Imao kacigu

Zbog sumnje da upravlja motociklom pod utjecajem alkohola, ponuđeno mu je alkotestiranje koje je odbio, svjedočili su policajci.

Mario je priznao sve što mu se stavlja na teret, ali na sudu nije znao objasniti zbog čega je odbio puhanje u alkometar.

“Kad se upalilo zeleno svjetlo, krenuo sam i došlo je do podizanja zadnjeg kraja motocikla pa sam pao na leđa. Nisam ozlijeđen jer sam imao kacigu, a motocikl se nastavio nekontrolirano kretati, nakon čega se prevrnuo na lijevu stranu te je oštećen”, otkrio je mladić.

Kaže kako radi kao konobar, ali slomio je petu pa je trenutačno ‘izvan stroja’. Sutkinja ga je s troškovima kaznila s ukupno 1626,50 eura i tromjesečnom zabranom vožnje motocikla, zaključuje Danica.

Htio biti frajer i voziti motor na stražnjem kotaču, odbio i alkotestiranje. Završio je prvo na leđima, a onda na sudu

Mario je motociklom na semaforu htio naglo krenuti na stražnjem kotaču pa je pao na leđa, a motor je projurio kroz križanje.

U tom pokušaju zatekla ga je policija koja ga je htjela alkotestirati, ali 25-godišnji mladić to je odbio. Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo u travnju oko 23 sata na Horvaćanskoj cesti u Zagrebu, piše Danica, 

“Dolaskom do raskrižja sa Petrovaradinskom ulicom i Ulicom Ivana Matetića Ronjgova zaustavio se, a potom krenuo iz mjesta naglim povećanjem brzine te je došlo do podizanja prednjeg dijela motocikla, odnosno vožnje na stražnjem kotaču.

Uslijed toga je u raskrižju izgubio nadzor nad motociklom, te je uslijed podizanja motocikla na stražnji kotač pao na leđa na kolnik dok se motocikl nastavio nekontrolirano kretati u smjeru zapada, nakon čega se prevrnuo na lijevu stranu”, navodi se u presudi.

Imao kacigu

Zbog sumnje da upravlja motociklom pod utjecajem alkohola, ponuđeno mu je alkotestiranje koje je odbio, svjedočili su policajci.

Mario je priznao sve što mu se stavlja na teret, ali na sudu nije znao objasniti zbog čega je odbio puhanje u alkometar.

“Kad se upalilo zeleno svjetlo, krenuo sam i došlo je do podizanja zadnjeg kraja motocikla pa sam pao na leđa. Nisam ozlijeđen jer sam imao kacigu, a motocikl se nastavio nekontrolirano kretati, nakon čega se prevrnuo na lijevu stranu te je oštećen”, otkrio je mladić.

Kaže kako radi kao konobar, ali slomio je petu pa je trenutačno ‘izvan stroja’. Sutkinja ga je s troškovima kaznila s ukupno 1626,50 eura i tromjesečnom zabranom vožnje motocikla, zaključuje Danica.
