Najpoznatiji hrvatski trener Miroslav Ćiro Blažević ponovo se zbog svojih britkih izjava našao na optuženičkoj klupi, ovoga puta riječkoga općinskoga suda jer je prema navodima privatne tužbe, uvrijedio i oklevtao Riječanina Marina Modrića.

Spor je nastao kada je Ćiro u televizijskoj emisiji „Orlando“ emitiranoj 10. studenoga 2007. godine na Kanalu Ri rekao „Hvala Bogu da nema onog umobolnika Modrić Marina, ono je umobolnik, to je jedan kojeg je policija izbacila...“ čime je Modriću, kako on to tvrdi u tužbi podnesenoj putem Odvjetničkog ureda Josipa Pulića, nanio veliku štetu, povredio ugled, čast i dostojanstvo, te na kraju zatražio da mu Ćiro isplati 200 000 kuna odštete.

Modrić je pojasnio da je bivši policijski inspektor koji je sporazumno raskinuo ugovor i da je nekadašnji ugledni sportski djelatanik, a sada suvlasnik zaštitarske agencije „Bond“.

Ćiro je u svom odgovoru na tužbu ustvrdio kako nije točno da je „ničim izazavan uvrijedio i oklevateo“ Modrića i da je sporna rečenica izvučena iz konteksta, te objasnio kako je u istoj emisiji emitiranoj godinu dana ranije Modrić prilikom jednog anketiranja građana krajnje neargumetirano, suprotno biografskim činjenicama, uvredljivo, te s prezirom govorio o Ćiri Blaževiću.

Modrić je tada izjavio da je „Ćiru gledao kako igrača i pratio ga kao trenera, te da je šarlatan i da bi s onom ekipom i njegova pokojna teta bila prva.“ Ćiro je angažirao Odvjetnički ured Kvaternik iz Rijeke i podnio tzv. prigovor radi prijeboja u kojem traži protuisplatu od 200 000 kuna zbog Modrićevih uvreda.

Na prvom ročištu održanom u ponedjeljak pred sutkinjom Milenom Ivančević i jedan i drugi pokušali su objasniti i obraniti svoje stavove i mišljenja, te opravdati izrečeno nakon čega je rasprava prekinuta i donesena odluka da će se na slijedećem ročištu pregledati snimke dviju emisija „Orlando“.

Najpoznatiji hrvatski trener Miroslav Ćiro Blažević ponovo se zbog svojih britkih izjava našao na optuženičkoj klupi, ovoga puta riječkoga općinskoga suda jer je prema navodima privatne tužbe, uvrijedio i oklevtao Riječanina Marina Modrića.

Spor je nastao kada je Ćiro u televizijskoj emisiji „Orlando“ emitiranoj 10. studenoga 2007. godine na Kanalu Ri rekao „Hvala Bogu da nema onog umobolnika Modrić Marina, ono je umobolnik, to je jedan kojeg je policija izbacila...“ čime je Modriću, kako on to tvrdi u tužbi podnesenoj putem Odvjetničkog ureda Josipa Pulića, nanio veliku štetu, povredio ugled, čast i dostojanstvo, te na kraju zatražio da mu Ćiro isplati 200 000 kuna odštete.

Modrić je pojasnio da je bivši policijski inspektor koji je sporazumno raskinuo ugovor i da je nekadašnji ugledni sportski djelatanik, a sada suvlasnik zaštitarske agencije „Bond“.

Ćiro je u svom odgovoru na tužbu ustvrdio kako nije točno da je „ničim izazavan uvrijedio i oklevateo“ Modrića i da je sporna rečenica izvučena iz konteksta, te objasnio kako je u istoj emisiji emitiranoj godinu dana ranije Modrić prilikom jednog anketiranja građana krajnje neargumetirano, suprotno biografskim činjenicama, uvredljivo, te s prezirom govorio o Ćiri Blaževiću.

Modrić je tada izjavio da je „Ćiru gledao kako igrača i pratio ga kao trenera, te da je šarlatan i da bi s onom ekipom i njegova pokojna teta bila prva.“ Ćiro je angažirao Odvjetnički ured Kvaternik iz Rijeke i podnio tzv. prigovor radi prijeboja u kojem traži protuisplatu od 200 000 kuna zbog Modrićevih uvreda.

Na prvom ročištu održanom u ponedjeljak pred sutkinjom Milenom Ivančević i jedan i drugi pokušali su objasniti i obraniti svoje stavove i mišljenja, te opravdati izrečeno nakon čega je rasprava prekinuta i donesena odluka da će se na slijedećem ročištu pregledati snimke dviju emisija „Orlando“.
