Na optuženičkoj klupi, podsjetimo, Ljuba je završila nakon što je 2008. godine nesebično pokušala pomoći svojoj najboljoj prijateljici, inače žrtvi obiteljskog nasilja pa je nju i njezinu djecu na nekoliko dana što dalje od muža nasilnika sklonila u MUP-ovo odmaralište u Dramlju. Međutim, kako na to ljetovanje imaju pravo članovi obitelji policijskih službenika te partneri pa je suoptuženi u postupku Mijo Vadžić, inače upravitelj odmarališta savjetovao Ljubi da u rubriku formulara za ljetovanje pod srodstvom upiše da joj je prijateljica sestra.

-Jesi li siguran? Nemoj da kasnije bude nekih problema - upitala je tada Ljuba svog kolegu koji joj je k'o iz topa odgovorio da ne brine ništa. Na kraju razloga za brigu ima pregršt jer je netko iz sustava prijavio Vadžića koji je u međuvremenu na vlastiti zahtjev otišao u mirovinu, nagodio se sa USKOK-om i zaradio nekoliko mjeseci uvjetne kazne. Ljuba je na kraju platila cijelokupni trošak ljetovanja iz vlastitog džepa tako da štete materijalne nema.

-Na pripremnom ročištu usvojeni su svi dokazni prijedlozi optužbe i obrane. Ovo je benigni postupak u kojem je ljudska dobrota rezultirala kaznenim progonom, a vidjet će se i kroz kazneni postupak da tu nema elemenata kaznene odgovornosti. Postupak će pokazati da empatija sa problemom bližnjega te može dovesti u probleme. Naša strategija je govoriti samo istinu - izjavio je sedmoj sili nakon pripremnog ročišta Ljubin odvjetnik Nikola Mandić.

uvjetnu osudu.

Na optuženičkoj klupi, podsjetimo, Ljuba je završila nakon što je 2008. godine nesebično pokušala pomoći svojoj najboljoj prijateljici, inače žrtvi obiteljskog nasilja pa je nju i njezinu djecu na nekoliko dana što dalje od muža nasilnika sklonila u MUP-ovo odmaralište u Dramlju. Međutim, kako na to ljetovanje imaju pravo članovi obitelji policijskih službenika te partneri pa je suoptuženi u postupku Mijo Vadžić, inače upravitelj odmarališta savjetovao Ljubi da u rubriku formulara za ljetovanje pod srodstvom upiše da joj je prijateljica sestra.

-Jesi li siguran? Nemoj da kasnije bude nekih problema - upitala je tada Ljuba svog kolegu koji joj je k'o iz topa odgovorio da ne brine ništa. Na kraju razloga za brigu ima pregršt jer je netko iz sustava prijavio Vadžića koji je u međuvremenu na vlastiti zahtjev otišao u mirovinu, nagodio se sa USKOK-om i zaradio nekoliko mjeseci uvjetne kazne. Ljuba je na kraju platila cijelokupni trošak ljetovanja iz vlastitog džepa tako da štete materijalne nema.

-Na pripremnom ročištu usvojeni su svi dokazni prijedlozi optužbe i obrane. Ovo je benigni postupak u kojem je ljudska dobrota rezultirala kaznenim progonom, a vidjet će se i kroz kazneni postupak da tu nema elemenata kaznene odgovornosti. Postupak će pokazati da empatija sa problemom bližnjega te može dovesti u probleme. Naša strategija je govoriti samo istinu - izjavio je sedmoj sili nakon pripremnog ročišta Ljubin odvjetnik Nikola Mandić.
