Grupa vjerovnika developerske kompanije ORCO, koji posjeduju trećinu njegovih obveznica, odbacuje novi plan restrukturiranja duga. Ocjenjuju, naime, da im ništa ne jamči da će ORCO imati dovoljno gotovine za financiranje duga.

Njima također smeta to što je ORCO, kako navode, podcijenio opseg obveza koje proizlaze iz izdanih obveznica. ORCO predlaže da se isplata obveznica koje dospijevaju do kraja 2013. produlji do 2020. godine.

Vlasnici obveznica sličan su plan ORCO-a odbacili i na skupštini održanoj početkom godine. ORCO se više od godinu dana nalazi u režimu sudske zaštite od vjerovnika. O poslovnim planovima i načinu rješenja ukupnog duga od 1,6 milijardi eura, od čega obveznice čine oko 450 milijuna, odlučit će do 25. lipnja Trgovački sud u Parizu.

U ponedjeljak će se, na inicijativu građevinske grupacije Millenius Investments, održati glavna skupština ORCO-a u Luxembourgu s ciljem smjene sadašnjega vodstva ORCO-a, s osnivačem i prijašnjim najvećim dioničarom Jean-Francoisom Ottom na čelu.

Grupa vjerovnika developerske kompanije ORCO, koji posjeduju trećinu njegovih obveznica, odbacuje novi plan restrukturiranja duga. Ocjenjuju, naime, da im ništa ne jamči da će ORCO imati dovoljno gotovine za financiranje duga.

Njima također smeta to što je ORCO, kako navode, podcijenio opseg obveza koje proizlaze iz izdanih obveznica. ORCO predlaže da se isplata obveznica koje dospijevaju do kraja 2013. produlji do 2020. godine.

Vlasnici obveznica sličan su plan ORCO-a odbacili i na skupštini održanoj početkom godine. ORCO se više od godinu dana nalazi u režimu sudske zaštite od vjerovnika. O poslovnim planovima i načinu rješenja ukupnog duga od 1,6 milijardi eura, od čega obveznice čine oko 450 milijuna, odlučit će do 25. lipnja Trgovački sud u Parizu.

U ponedjeljak će se, na inicijativu građevinske grupacije Millenius Investments, održati glavna skupština ORCO-a u Luxembourgu s ciljem smjene sadašnjega vodstva ORCO-a, s osnivačem i prijašnjim najvećim dioničarom Jean-Francoisom Ottom na čelu.
