U fondovskoj industriji će se vjerojatno ova doba mrtvila vezano za svježi novac, prekinuti krajem godine, kad će se i malim ulagačima vratiti povjerenje i apetiti za ulaganja. Očekujemo, da će se prije početka ljeta na tržištima pokazati pozitivni trendovi sa manjom volatilnosšću.
Naši fondovi imaju vrlo dobre dionice, sa ugodnim odnosom value/fundament, koje su u razdoblju opće rasprodaje stradale na cijenama. To je vrlo bitno, jer neće se sve u istom tempu vratiti na razine, koje smo vidjeli prije krize i masovnih padova. Razlikovat će se dionica od dionice i pokazat će se da se sve neće vraćati istim tempom a isto će se dogoditi i novih prilika. U ovoj godini očekujemo, da će svi stimulacijski paketi, a naročito kineski pozitivno utjecati na gospodarski rast.
Razvijene zemlje imaju teškoće, pošto je bankarski sektor još uvijek u grču i nije u prilikama kreditiranja privrede. U Kini, Indiji i Brazilu situacija je naročito drugačija, jer su bankarski sektori tih zemalja kad se usporede sa razvijenim zemljama još uvijek nerazvijeni.
Zbog toga imaju tu sreću, da još uvijek mogu kreditirati privredu i kućanstva. U tome, što je jedan od glavnih razloga, da je tržište kapitala u razvijenim zemljama pod pritiskom, leži jedan od najvećih potencijala tih emerging ekonomija.
Kina ima ogromne devizne rezerve, sa kojima kupuje primarno obveznice SAD-a, ali u posljednje vrijeme također i australijanske rudnike. Sa tim će Kinezi u ovo doba dobiti dostup do ključnih resursa za sva buduća i sadašnja ulaganja.
U Indiji nam se sviđa bankarski sektor, u kojem je penetracija još uvijek jako niska, a na drugoj strani sad su valuacije jako povoljnije. U Rusiji mišljenja smo, da je moguće na ovim razinama kupovati najbolje kompanije iz sfere privrednih resursa sa diskontom.
Kod Rusije generalno veći je problem to, što su najviše strani investitori povukli sve svoje investicije iz zemlje. To se dogodilo zbog pada cijene energenata, čime je sledila devalvacija rublja, koja je strane investitore još dalje odbila.
Oporavljanje cijene nafte i plina u posljednje vrijeme smo prognozirali ali treba prvo srediti pouzdanje investitora u zemlju kao takvu, a onda i da bude na strani potražnje dovoljno dugoročnih tema.

U fondovskoj industriji će se vjerojatno ova doba mrtvila vezano za svježi novac, prekinuti krajem godine, kad će se i malim ulagačima vratiti povjerenje i apetiti za ulaganja. Očekujemo, da će se prije početka ljeta na tržištima pokazati pozitivni trendovi sa manjom volatilnosšću.
Naši fondovi imaju vrlo dobre dionice, sa ugodnim odnosom value/fundament, koje su u razdoblju opće rasprodaje stradale na cijenama. To je vrlo bitno, jer neće se sve u istom tempu vratiti na razine, koje smo vidjeli prije krize i masovnih padova. Razlikovat će se dionica od dionice i pokazat će se da se sve neće vraćati istim tempom a isto će se dogoditi i novih prilika. U ovoj godini očekujemo, da će svi stimulacijski paketi, a naročito kineski pozitivno utjecati na gospodarski rast.
Razvijene zemlje imaju teškoće, pošto je bankarski sektor još uvijek u grču i nije u prilikama kreditiranja privrede. U Kini, Indiji i Brazilu situacija je naročito drugačija, jer su bankarski sektori tih zemalja kad se usporede sa razvijenim zemljama još uvijek nerazvijeni.
Zbog toga imaju tu sreću, da još uvijek mogu kreditirati privredu i kućanstva. U tome, što je jedan od glavnih razloga, da je tržište kapitala u razvijenim zemljama pod pritiskom, leži jedan od najvećih potencijala tih emerging ekonomija.
Kina ima ogromne devizne rezerve, sa kojima kupuje primarno obveznice SAD-a, ali u posljednje vrijeme također i australijanske rudnike. Sa tim će Kinezi u ovo doba dobiti dostup do ključnih resursa za sva buduća i sadašnja ulaganja.
U Indiji nam se sviđa bankarski sektor, u kojem je penetracija još uvijek jako niska, a na drugoj strani sad su valuacije jako povoljnije. U Rusiji mišljenja smo, da je moguće na ovim razinama kupovati najbolje kompanije iz sfere privrednih resursa sa diskontom.
Kod Rusije generalno veći je problem to, što su najviše strani investitori povukli sve svoje investicije iz zemlje. To se dogodilo zbog pada cijene energenata, čime je sledila devalvacija rublja, koja je strane investitore još dalje odbila.
Oporavljanje cijene nafte i plina u posljednje vrijeme smo prognozirali ali treba prvo srediti pouzdanje investitora u zemlju kao takvu, a onda i da bude na strani potražnje dovoljno dugoročnih tema.
