Ukoliko već godina neuspješno pokušavate smršavjeti, a nikako vam ne polazi za rukom, nedavna studija ustanove American Academy of Pediatrics, otkrila je tajnu koju želi znati gotovo svaka žena, piše PureWow.

Naime, prema studiji, trebate odmah prestati pričati o tome koliko imate kilograma i kako trebate smršavjeti jer ste predebeli.

'Ako su roditelji bili previše opterećeni vlastitom kilažom ili upozoravali dijete da pazi na broj koji vaga pokazuje, kod djece postoji veća šansa da će usvojiti nezdrave načine mršavljenja. Navike koje smo stekli u djetinjstvu ne nestanu samo tako kada odrastemo', navodi studija.

Ali ne trebate nužno prestati voditi razgovore o tijelu, ukoliko ne želite, ali onda se radije usredotočite da konverzacija skrene na temu zdravijih prehrambenih navika.

Ovo je samo još jedan od pokazatelja kako navike i 'traume' koje usvojimo u djetinjstvu s godinama ne nestaju tako lako.

Ukoliko već godina neuspješno pokušavate smršavjeti, a nikako vam ne polazi za rukom, nedavna studija ustanove American Academy of Pediatrics, otkrila je tajnu koju želi znati gotovo svaka žena, piše PureWow.

Naime, prema studiji, trebate odmah prestati pričati o tome koliko imate kilograma i kako trebate smršavjeti jer ste predebeli.

'Ako su roditelji bili previše opterećeni vlastitom kilažom ili upozoravali dijete da pazi na broj koji vaga pokazuje, kod djece postoji veća šansa da će usvojiti nezdrave načine mršavljenja. Navike koje smo stekli u djetinjstvu ne nestanu samo tako kada odrastemo', navodi studija.

Ali ne trebate nužno prestati voditi razgovore o tijelu, ukoliko ne želite, ali onda se radije usredotočite da konverzacija skrene na temu zdravijih prehrambenih navika.

Ovo je samo još jedan od pokazatelja kako navike i 'traume' koje usvojimo u djetinjstvu s godinama ne nestaju tako lako.
