Predsjednik UEFA-e Aleksander Čeferin sam je prvi pokrenuo cijeli proces prebacivanja završnice UEFA Lige mladih iz Nyona u Ženevu.

Poznato je kako je UEFA završnicu juniorske Lige prvaka iz Nyona prebacila u Ženevu. Tamo će mnogo veći broj navijača moći prisustvovati polufinalima, odnosno finalu. Prije svega ta je odluka donesena zbog navijača Hajduka kojih se najviše očekuje na završnici, onih iz Hrvatske, ali i gastarbajtera.

Hajdukovi navijači od pobjedničkog su penala Ante Kavelja u četvrtfinalnom okršaju s Borussijom u Dortmundu zasuli komunikacijske kanale UEFA-e i društvene mreže molbama i zahtjevima da se završnica prebaci na veći stadion. U Nyonu gdje se odigralo dosadašnjih osam završnih turnira samo bi oko četiri tisuće navijača po susretu moglo uživo gledati utakmicu. U Ženevi će ih biti višestruko više. Tridesetak tisuća navijača je kapacitet stadiona na kojem igra Servette.

Vjerojatno su nakon povratka momčadi i delegacije kluba iz Dortmunda i čelni ljudi Hajduka opipali bilo krovne europske nogometne organizacije oko lokacije održavanja završnog turnira. S istom pričom, tisuće navijača ‘bijelih‘ želi doći u Švicarsku, ako se igra u Nyonu mnogi neće moći doći do ulaznice.

No, kako doznajemo, već i prije se sve bilo zakotrljalo u tom procesu promjene mjesta odigravanja. A inicijativa je potekla od samog Čeferina. Naravno, prvi čovjek UEFA-e za jednog od najbližih suradnika ima bivšeg kapetana reprezentacije Hrvatske Zvonimira Bobana. Sasvim sigurno je UEFA chief of football Boban na tu temu Čeferinu odmah dao sve potrebne informacije, pričao mu o velikom interesu navijača Hajduka, sa svoje strane je napravio sve.

Nema spora kako je UEFA-i sigurno velika komplikacija premještati završnicu iz svog sjedišta u Nyonu u tridesetak kilometara udaljenu Ženevu samo mjesec dana ranije, ali je gledala širu sliku. Ekskluzivni intervju za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Čeferin je dao prošle godine prilikom održavanja Izvršnog odbora UEFA-e na Hvaru. Tamo je Slovenac doveo europsku nogometnu kremu, na otok koji mu je već godinama drugi dom, kao što je otvorena srca postao i ambasador Sportskih igara mladih.

Tom prigodom nam je Čeferin pričao kako je u mladosti navijao za Hajduk, čiji je i danas simpatizer. To Slovenac nikada ne skriva. Međutim, ovo nema baš veze s time, s osobnim simpatijama. Pa čak niti s time što je čovjek s ovih prostora na čelu UEFA što je samo po sebi i dalje nevjerojatno postignuće. Više s time što je na čelu europskog nogometa što bi rekli - čovik iz naroda.

Prvi čovjek europskog nogometa je samo pokazao kako je čovjek i kako jako dobro zna što znači biti navijač. Samo je pokazao kako se zaista treba skrbiti o nogometu, da se najljepša sporedna stvar na svijetu najviše igra zbog navijača. I da se zaista može, ako se hoće. A Čeferin očito zaista želi mijenjati neke stvari što je već više puta u svom dosadašnjem radu pokazao. Pa i daleko izvan (svog) terena.

Nedavno je boravio u Ugandi, posjetio je djecu iz jako siromašnih dijelova glavnog grada Kampale. Nije tamo sigurno skupljao glasove, jer da jest rekli bi mu po splitski da je promašio kontinent. Ali je od tamo ubojica Superlige lansirao moćnu poruku.

- Nogomet je možda i najmoćnija stvar na svijetu. No, nije sve u elitnim natjecanjima, to je snaga kojom možemo činiti dobro.

Predsjednik UEFA-e Aleksander Čeferin sam je prvi pokrenuo cijeli proces prebacivanja završnice UEFA Lige mladih iz Nyona u Ženevu.

Poznato je kako je UEFA završnicu juniorske Lige prvaka iz Nyona prebacila u Ženevu. Tamo će mnogo veći broj navijača moći prisustvovati polufinalima, odnosno finalu. Prije svega ta je odluka donesena zbog navijača Hajduka kojih se najviše očekuje na završnici, onih iz Hrvatske, ali i gastarbajtera.

Hajdukovi navijači od pobjedničkog su penala Ante Kavelja u četvrtfinalnom okršaju s Borussijom u Dortmundu zasuli komunikacijske kanale UEFA-e i društvene mreže molbama i zahtjevima da se završnica prebaci na veći stadion. U Nyonu gdje se odigralo dosadašnjih osam završnih turnira samo bi oko četiri tisuće navijača po susretu moglo uživo gledati utakmicu. U Ženevi će ih biti višestruko više. Tridesetak tisuća navijača je kapacitet stadiona na kojem igra Servette.

Vjerojatno su nakon povratka momčadi i delegacije kluba iz Dortmunda i čelni ljudi Hajduka opipali bilo krovne europske nogometne organizacije oko lokacije održavanja završnog turnira. S istom pričom, tisuće navijača ‘bijelih‘ želi doći u Švicarsku, ako se igra u Nyonu mnogi neće moći doći do ulaznice.

No, kako doznajemo, već i prije se sve bilo zakotrljalo u tom procesu promjene mjesta odigravanja. A inicijativa je potekla od samog Čeferina. Naravno, prvi čovjek UEFA-e za jednog od najbližih suradnika ima bivšeg kapetana reprezentacije Hrvatske Zvonimira Bobana. Sasvim sigurno je UEFA chief of football Boban na tu temu Čeferinu odmah dao sve potrebne informacije, pričao mu o velikom interesu navijača Hajduka, sa svoje strane je napravio sve.

Nema spora kako je UEFA-i sigurno velika komplikacija premještati završnicu iz svog sjedišta u Nyonu u tridesetak kilometara udaljenu Ženevu samo mjesec dana ranije, ali je gledala širu sliku. Ekskluzivni intervju za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Čeferin je dao prošle godine prilikom održavanja Izvršnog odbora UEFA-e na Hvaru. Tamo je Slovenac doveo europsku nogometnu kremu, na otok koji mu je već godinama drugi dom, kao što je otvorena srca postao i ambasador Sportskih igara mladih.

Tom prigodom nam je Čeferin pričao kako je u mladosti navijao za Hajduk, čiji je i danas simpatizer. To Slovenac nikada ne skriva. Međutim, ovo nema baš veze s time, s osobnim simpatijama. Pa čak niti s time što je čovjek s ovih prostora na čelu UEFA što je samo po sebi i dalje nevjerojatno postignuće. Više s time što je na čelu europskog nogometa što bi rekli - čovik iz naroda.

Prvi čovjek europskog nogometa je samo pokazao kako je čovjek i kako jako dobro zna što znači biti navijač. Samo je pokazao kako se zaista treba skrbiti o nogometu, da se najljepša sporedna stvar na svijetu najviše igra zbog navijača. I da se zaista može, ako se hoće. A Čeferin očito zaista želi mijenjati neke stvari što je već više puta u svom dosadašnjem radu pokazao. Pa i daleko izvan (svog) terena.

Nedavno je boravio u Ugandi, posjetio je djecu iz jako siromašnih dijelova glavnog grada Kampale. Nije tamo sigurno skupljao glasove, jer da jest rekli bi mu po splitski da je promašio kontinent. Ali je od tamo ubojica Superlige lansirao moćnu poruku.

- Nogomet je možda i najmoćnija stvar na svijetu. No, nije sve u elitnim natjecanjima, to je snaga kojom možemo činiti dobro.

Predsjednik UEFA-e Aleksander Čeferin sam je prvi pokrenuo cijeli proces prebacivanja završnice UEFA Lige mladih iz Nyona u Ženevu.

Poznato je kako je UEFA završnicu juniorske Lige prvaka iz Nyona prebacila u Ženevu. Tamo će mnogo veći broj navijača moći prisustvovati polufinalima, odnosno finalu. Prije svega ta je odluka donesena zbog navijača Hajduka kojih se najviše očekuje na završnici, onih iz Hrvatske, ali i gastarbajtera.

Hajdukovi navijači od pobjedničkog su penala Ante Kavelja u četvrtfinalnom okršaju s Borussijom u Dortmundu zasuli komunikacijske kanale UEFA-e i društvene mreže molbama i zahtjevima da se završnica prebaci na veći stadion. U Nyonu gdje se odigralo dosadašnjih osam završnih turnira samo bi oko četiri tisuće navijača po susretu moglo uživo gledati utak...
