Transfer Milana Badelja u HSV postao je predmetom istrage Fife. Njemačka udruga zastupnika nogometaša prijavila je DFB-u nepravilnosti u transferu donedavnog kapetana Dinama, a Savez je sve proslijedio Fifi.
Naime, postoji sumnja da je sportski direktor HSV-a Frank Arnesen koristio usluge još dvojice agenata kojima je platio i šesteroznamenkastu proviziju, premda oni nemaju niti licencu za posredovanje igračima niti su bili Badeljovi zastupnici. Nakon što su se pojavile prve sumnje da je transfer prenapuhan, čelništvo kluba je pokrenulo istragu u kojoj nisu pronađene nikakve nepravilnosti.

Prema pisanju Sport Bilda sportski direktor HSV-a Frank Arnesen je navodno platio pozamašnu proviziju dvojici nelicenciranih posrednika u transferu hrvatskog reprezentativca iz Dinama u hamburški klub. Reagirala je Njemačka udruga nogometnih agenata (DFVV) koja se žalila Njemačkom nogometnom savezu (DFB), a cijeli je slučaj na kraju završio kod FIFA-e.
- Naš je glavni cilj istražiti je li bilo nepravilnosti u ovom transferu - rekao je za Sky News izvršni direktor DFVV-a Gregor Reiter.
''Prema članku 32, paragrafu 2 FIFA-ina Pravilnika o nogometnim agentima, za međunarodne je transfere odgovorna FIFA i zato smo joj proslijedili slučaj'', objavio je DFB.
Podsjećamo, prije nekoliko je dana Badeljov agent Dejan Joksimović za Sport Bild izjavio kako je HSV previše platio hrvatskog veznjaka, a doveo je u pitanje i ulogu stanovitog Vlade Lemića koji se kao posrednik uključio u transfer.
- Za HSV je to bio loš posao jer je dao previše novca za odštetu, kao i za drugog agenta. Igračev ugovor s Dinamom je bio pri kraju i on se samo želio povezati s HSV-om - rekao je, između ostaloga, Joksimović.
Arnesen, pak, tvrdi da je sve bilo čisto i da je odšteta za Badelja u konačnici bila veća (oko četiri milijuna eura) zbog navodne pojave drugog zainteresiranog kluba.
- Postojala je ponuda Fenerbahҫea koji je odmah želio platiti 4.5 milijuna eura. Na kraju smo mi ugrabili igrača za jeftiniju cijenu i to je uspjeh - izjavio je Arnesen, a u njegovu je obranu stao i predsjednik HSV-a Carl Jarchow.
- Svi smo se u upravi složili s visinom odštete i smatrali smo da su uvjeti razumni.
Prema najgorem scenariju, pišu njemački mediji, HSV bi mogao ostati bez nekoliko bodova ukoliko istraga FIFA-e pokaže da je doista bilo nepravilnosti u transferu.

Transfer Milana Badelja u HSV postao je predmetom istrage Fife. Njemačka udruga zastupnika nogometaša prijavila je DFB-u nepravilnosti u transferu donedavnog kapetana Dinama, a Savez je sve proslijedio Fifi.
Naime, postoji sumnja da je sportski direktor HSV-a Frank Arnesen koristio usluge još dvojice agenata kojima je platio i šesteroznamenkastu proviziju, premda oni nemaju niti licencu za posredovanje igračima niti su bili Badeljovi zastupnici. Nakon što su se pojavile prve sumnje da je transfer prenapuhan, čelništvo kluba je pokrenulo istragu u kojoj nisu pronađene nikakve nepravilnosti.
- Zasad nemamo nikakvu informaciju iz FIFA-e - izjavio je za Morgenpost HSV-ov glasnogovornik Jörn Wolf, komentirajući vijest da Međunarodna nogometna federacija istražuje transfer Milana Badelja…
Prema pisanju Sport Bilda sportski direktor HSV-a Frank Arnesen je navodno platio pozamašnu proviziju dvojici nelicenciranih posrednika u transferu hrvatskog reprezentativca iz Dinama u hamburški klub. Reagirala je Njemačka udruga nogometnih agenata (DFVV) koja se žalila Njemačkom nogometnom savezu (DFB), a cijeli je slučaj na kraju završio kod FIFA-e.
- Naš je glavni cilj istražiti je li bilo nepravilnosti u ovom transferu - rekao je za Sky News izvršni direktor DFVV-a Gregor Reiter.
''Prema članku 32, paragrafu 2 FIFA-ina Pravilnika o nogometnim agentima, za međunarodne je transfere odgovorna FIFA i zato smo joj proslijedili slučaj'', objavio je DFB.
Podsjećamo, prije nekoliko je dana Badeljov agent Dejan Joksimović za Sport Bild izjavio kako je HSV previše platio hrvatskog veznjaka, a doveo je u pitanje i ulogu stanovitog Vlade Lemića koji se kao posrednik uključio u transfer.
- Za HSV je to bio loš posao jer je dao previše novca za odštetu, kao i za drugog agenta. Igračev ugovor s Dinamom je bio pri kraju i on se samo želio povezati s HSV-om - rekao je, između ostaloga, Joksimović.
Arnesen, pak, tvrdi da je sve bilo čisto i da je odšteta za Badelja u konačnici bila veća (oko četiri milijuna eura) zbog navodne pojave drugog zainteresiranog kluba.
- Postojala je ponuda Fenerbahҫea koji je odmah želio platiti 4.5 milijuna eura. Na kraju smo mi ugrabili igrača za jeftiniju cijenu i to je uspjeh - izjavio je Arnesen, a u njegovu je obranu stao i predsjednik HSV-a Carl Jarchow.
- Svi smo se u upravi složili s visinom odštete i smatrali smo da su uvjeti razumni.
Prema najgorem scenariju, pišu njemački mediji, HSV bi mogao ostati bez nekoliko bodova ukoliko istraga FIFA-e pokaže da je doista bilo nepravilnosti u transferu.
