Noćna mora za stanovnike Kile oko pristupnih cesta napokon je završila jer tijekom idućeg mjeseca konačno počinju veliki građevinski radovi na izgradnji novih prometnica prema POS-ovim zgradama.

Krajem travnja odabrani su izvođači radova, a potpisivanje ugovora očekuje se početkom lipnja. Radi se o četiri dionice čija će izgradnja omogućiti suvremene prometnice s kojima će stanovnici Mejaša puno sigurnije i bezbrižnije stizati do svojih domova.
Za dionicu Put Kile-sjever najpovoljniju ponudu je dala tvrtka “Građevno Zec”, dok je za preostale tri (Lovrinačka ulica - faza 1 s rekonstrukcijom raskrižja Lovrinačke i Vukovarske ulice, Put Vrborana - dionica 1 i Put Vrborana - dionica 2) odabran “Strabag”. Ukupna vrijednost zahvata s PDV-om iznosi 17,7 milijuna kuna, a radovi bi trebali biti gotovi za osam mjeseci, odnosno tijekom prve polovice sljedeće godine.

- Zadovoljni smo mi koji smo radili na tom projektu, ali naravno i građani Kile, koji jedva čekaju tu cestu jer im je od životnog značaja za funkcioniranje tog dijela grada. Možemo reći da je ovo jedan od većih infrastrukturnih projekata unutar samog grada. Taj projekt je za nas značajan jer smo uložili veliki napor kako bismo ga doveli u fazu izvođenja - kazao nam je zamjenik gradonačelnika Nino Vela.

Objašnjava da je devet i pol godina trajao imovinsko-pravni spor na tom području koje su uspješno riješili, a kada su raspisali natječaj nisu očekivali poteškoće.

- Nismo očekivali probleme koji su se dogodili, no javna nabava za izbor izvođača oduljila se zbog opetovanih žalbi, a na kraju je bila i poništena. Pokazali smo ustrajnost u provođenju zakonom propisanih postupaka. Nismo podlegli pristiscima, bili smo strpljiivi i ustrajni te se to na kraju i isplatilo. Sa zadovoljstvom možemo reći da smo u fazi pripreme i potpisivanja ugovora, a početak radova očekujemo za mjesec dana - zaključio je Vela.

Podsjetimo, Banovina je prvi put natječaj za prometnu “žilu kucavicu” ovog dijela Splita raspisala još u listopadu 2018. godine.
Tada je kao najpovoljnija izabrana ponuda tvrtke “Cestar” s iznosom nešto manjim od 16 milijuna kuna, ali se na tu odluku žalila tvrtka “Point Split” i tada je krenula pravna agonija, koja je tek sada dobila sretan završetak.

Noćna mora za stanovnike Kile oko pristupnih cesta napokon je završila jer tijekom idućeg mjeseca konačno počinju veliki građevinski radovi na izgradnji novih prometnica prema POS-ovim zgradama.

Krajem travnja odabrani su izvođači radova, a potpisivanje ugovora očekuje se početkom lipnja. Radi se o četiri dionice čija će izgradnja omogućiti suvremene prometnice s kojima će stanovnici Mejaša puno sigurnije i bezbrižnije stizati do svojih domova.
Za dionicu Put Kile-sjever najpovoljniju ponudu je dala tvrtka “Građevno Zec”, dok je za preostale tri (Lovrinačka ulica - faza 1 s rekonstrukcijom raskrižja Lovrinačke i Vukovarske ulice, Put Vrborana - dionica 1 i Put Vrborana - dionica 2) odabran “Strabag”. Ukupna vrijednost zahvata s PDV-om iznosi 17,7 milijuna kuna, a radovi bi trebali biti gotovi za osam mjeseci, odnosno tijekom prve polovice sljedeće godine.

- Zadovoljni smo mi koji smo radili na tom projektu, ali naravno i građani Kile, koji jedva čekaju tu cestu jer im je od životnog značaja za funkcioniranje tog dijela grada. Možemo reći da je ovo jedan od većih infrastrukturnih projekata unutar samog grada. Taj projekt je za nas značajan jer smo uložili veliki napor kako bismo ga doveli u fazu izvođenja - kazao nam je zamjenik gradonačelnika Nino Vela.

Objašnjava da je devet i pol godina trajao imovinsko-pravni spor na tom području koje su uspješno riješili, a kada su raspisali natječaj nisu očekivali poteškoće.

- Nismo očekivali probleme koji su se dogodili, no javna nabava za izbor izvođača oduljila se zbog opetovanih žalbi, a na kraju je bila i poništena. Pokazali smo ustrajnost u provođenju zakonom propisanih postupaka. Nismo podlegli pristiscima, bili smo strpljiivi i ustrajni te se to na kraju i isplatilo. Sa zadovoljstvom možemo reći da smo u fazi pripreme i potpisivanja ugovora, a početak radova očekujemo za mjesec dana - zaključio je Vela.

Podsjetimo, Banovina je prvi put natječaj za prometnu “žilu kucavicu” ovog dijela Splita raspisala još u listopadu 2018. godine.
Tada je kao najpovoljnija izabrana ponuda tvrtke “Cestar” s iznosom nešto manjim od 16 milijuna kuna, ali se na tu odluku žalila tvrtka “Point Split” i tada je krenula pravna agonija, koja je tek sada dobila sretan završetak.

Noćna mora za stanovnike Kile oko pristupnih cesta napokon je završila jer tijekom idućeg mjeseca konačno počinju veliki građevinski radovi na izgradnji novih prometnica prema POS-ovim zgradama.

Krajem travnja odabrani su izvođači radova, a potpisivanje ugovora očekuje se početkom lipnja. Radi se o četiri dionice čija će izgradnja omogućiti suvremene prometnice s kojima će stanovnici Mejaša puno sigurnije i bezbrižnije stizati do svojih domova.
Za dionicu Put Kile-sjever najpovoljniju ponudu je dala tvrtka “Građevno Zec”, dok je za preostale tri (Lovrinačka ulica - faza 1 s rekonstrukcijom raskrižja Lovrinačke i Vukovarske ulice, Put Vrborana - dionica 1 i Put Vrborana - dionica 2) odabran “Strabag”. Ukupna vrijednost zahvata s PDV-om iznosi 17,7 milijuna kuna, a radovi b...
