Znate li da u Hrvatskoj postoje gradovi gdje je vrtić potpuno besplatan za svu djecu, gdje nema lista čekanja za domove za starije, gdje je odvajanje otpada na 56 posto, gdje se bilježi demografski rast prema posljednjem popisu stanovništva i gdje se grade socijalni stanovi za dugotrajan najam? Ono što je za splitske prilike utopija, drugdje je realnost.

Kako su u tom uspjeli, objasnili su splitski SDP-ovci na konferenciji "Kad ljevica vodi grad", na kojoj su ugostili cijeli niz relevantnih sugovornika. Obradili su teme suvremenih politika lijevog spektra na uspješnim hrvatskim i stranim primjerima, govorili o zelenim i socijalnim politikama, urbanoj mobilnosti, participativnoj demokraciji, socijalnoj stanogradnji, građanskom odgoju, medicinski potpomognutoj oplodnji, a sve sa zajedničkim nazivnikom – moderno upravljanje uspješnim gradovima.

Inicijator konferencije bio je Davor Matijević, prvi čovjek gradskog SDP-a, koji je, predstavljajući ljude koji su u svojim gradovima uspjeli sve navedeno ostvariti, kazao:
- Nismo govorili samo o idejama ili o rješenjima koja su teoretska, govorili smo o onome što se u djelo provodi. Premda nam zvuči kao utopija u Hrvatskoj, uistinu postoje gradovi s demografskim rastom, s vrtićima gdje niti jedno dijete nije ostalo bez mjesta.
Kristina Ikić Baniček, gradonačelnica Siska, bila je jedna od govonica.
- U mojem bi gradu kao pozitivan primjer istaknula građanski odgoj uveden u kurikulum, ali i zdravu prehranu u svim našim vrtićima i osnovnim školama. Naša djeca imaju topli obrok po standardu koji su složili nutricionisti, pripravljen od namirnica koje su nabavljene u jednom od 114 lokalnih nam OPG-ova - pohvalila se gradonačelnica.
Prvi čovjek Umaga Vili Bassanese kazao je kako ne može u par sekundi sažeti sve što su napravili u proteklim desetljećima.
- Nije jednostavno niti moguće preslikati naš grad na vaš. Svaka jedinica je drugačija, raznolika, različiti su prioriteti, ne ide "copy paste", ali zato donosimo "know how" - kazao je.

Kako su u tom uspjeli, objasnili su splitski SDP-ovci na konferenciji "Kad ljevica vodi grad", na kojoj su ugostili cijeli niz relevantnih sugovornika. Obradili su teme suvremenih politika lijevog spektra na uspješnim hrvatskim i stranim primjerima, govorili o zelenim i socijalnim politikama, urbanoj mobilnosti, participativnoj demokraciji, socijalnoj stanogradnji, građanskom odgoju, medicinski potpomognutoj oplodnji, a sve sa zajedničkim nazivnikom – moderno upravljanje uspješnim gradovima.

Inicijator konferencije bio je Davor Matijević, prvi čovjek gradskog SDP-a, koji je, predstavljajući ljude koji su u svojim gradovima uspjeli sve navedeno ostvariti, kazao:
- Nismo govorili samo o idejama ili o rješenjima koja su teoretska, govorili smo o onome što se u djelo provodi. Premda nam zvuči kao utopija u Hrvatskoj, uistinu postoje gradovi s demografskim rastom, s vrtićima gdje niti jedno dijete nije ostalo bez mjesta.
Kristina Ikić Baniček, gradonačelnica Siska, bila je jedna od govonica.
- U mojem bi gradu kao pozitivan primjer istaknula građanski odgoj uveden u kurikulum, ali i zdravu prehranu u svim našim vrtićima i osnovnim školama. Naša djeca imaju topli obrok po standardu koji su složili nutricionisti, pripravljen od namirnica koje su nabavljene u jednom od 114 lokalnih nam OPG-ova - pohvalila se gradonačelnica.
Prvi čovjek Umaga Vili Bassanese kazao je kako ne može u par sekundi sažeti sve što su napravili u proteklim desetljećima.
- Nije jednostavno niti moguće preslikati naš grad na vaš. Svaka jedinica je drugačija, raznolika, različiti su prioriteti, ne ide "copy paste", ali zato donosimo "know how" - kazao je.
