Gostujući u programu Radio Splita, u razgovoru s Joškom Krželjom, savjetnica splitskog gradonačelnika za izradu registra gradske imovine Maja Đerek je rekla kako nagomilan dug gradu u iznosu od 107 tisuća kuna. Dug je nastao zbog toga što stanari gradskih kadrovskih stanova nisu plaćali najamninu. Vjerojatno nikada. Jer riječ je o tek 18 kadrovskih stanova.

- Kadrovski stanovi su oni koji se koriste za ljude koji su zaposleni u raznim institucijama potrebnim gradu Splitu, od kazališta, doktora, nekoga tko je došao da bi ovdje radio... Ti ljudi plaćaju povlaštenu najamninu, recimo nema iznosa višeg od tisuću kuna, no svejedno neki najamninu nisu plaćali po pet, šest godina - kazala je Đerek.
Potpun će spisak neplatiša biti dostupan javnosti kada se napravi revizija. Neplaćanjem će neki od njih izgubiti uvjete za korištenje prostora. Pitanje je - kako će Grad naplatiti dugovanja?
Posljednjih je dana objavljena lista dijela dužnika, pa smo doznali da nam korisnici gradskih poslovnih prostora duguju preko 60 milijuna kuna, dok su korisnici garažnih prostora uspjeli nakupiti pola milijuna kuna dugovanja.
Tome će se stati na kraj jednom kada registar gradske imovine bude kompletiran, uvjerena je savjetnica.
- Gradski stanovi se daju većinom na korištenje socijalnim kategorijama, zato je bitno da se popišu kako bi mogli znati koliko točno stanova imamo na raspolaganju, kako bi ih više ljudi u potrebi koji imaju socijalne uvjete moglo dobiti na krištenje - kazala je Đerek na Radio Splitu.

Ustvrdila je kako najveći problem počiva na gradskim zemljištima. Naime, niti jedno nije upisano u registar, niti se vodilo u knjigama, korištenje se nije naplaćivalo, a nije ni postojao cjenik po kojem bi se znalo koliko naplatiti što.
Nekontroliranje korištenja je dovelo i do toga da se bespravno gradilo "na gradskom", a onda se po Zakonu o postupanju sa nezakonitim građevinama pokušalo te objekte legalizirati.
- To se moglo riješiti da su prijašnje gradske vlasti reagirale na vrijeme - ustvrdila je savjetnica u programu Radio Splita.

Vjeruje kako se mogu zaštititi interesi Grada ubuduće, i to na način da je svima jasno kako nitko nije povlašten, kako se prema svima jednako postupa, da su jasno propisani kriteriji i pravila i da se postupa po ugovorima.
- Objava dužnika je poruka svim građanima da tko nije plaćao imovinu, koja je imovina svih nas, taj ju je koristio besplatno, ali je ovo i poruka poštenima da više neće biti povlaštenih, prema svima jednako - rekla je.
- Prvi na listi dužnika za korištenje garaže uspio je stvoriti dug od 140 tisuća kuna. To su godine neplaćanja! Što bi bilo da vi ne platite dvije rate za struju ili za kredit? - upitala je Maja Đerek.
Kazala je i kako u svojem radu nije u Splitu imala niti problema niti je doživjela ikakav "utjecaj sa strane", ima, rekla je, potpuno odriješene ruke u svojem poslu.
Osvrnula se i na zastare, jer se neki od dužnika na to pozivaju.

- Postoje poduzetnici koji otvore tvrtku, nagomilaju dug, zatvore tvrtku i otvore novu. Treba prestati s tom praksom! Puno je njih isticalo zastaru, ali zastara ne znači da je dug plaćen, nego da je netko besplatno koristio imovinu i netko mu je to tolerirao. Pošten se dug uvijek može platiti - jasna je savjetnica.
Hoće li, možda, sa mjesta savjetnice zasjesti u pročelničku fotelju?
- Natječaj za pročelnicu je otvoren do ponedjeljka. U dogovoru s obitelji ću odlučiti hoću li se prijaviti. Voljela bi ustrojiti sustav, a motivacija mi je dodatna što volim Split, želim da se stvari pomaknu, no to iziskuje žrtvu. Trebala bi se priviknuti na drugačiji način života, što ne znači da ću proći na natječaju, kazala je Maja Đerek.

- Kadrovski stanovi su oni koji se koriste za ljude koji su zaposleni u raznim institucijama potrebnim gradu Splitu, od kazališta, doktora, nekoga tko je došao da bi ovdje radio... Ti ljudi plaćaju povlaštenu najamninu, recimo nema iznosa višeg od tisuću kuna, no svejedno neki najamninu nisu plaćali po pet, šest godina - kazala je Đerek.
Potpun će spisak neplatiša biti dostupan javnosti kada se napravi revizija. Neplaćanjem će neki od njih izgubiti uvjete za korištenje prostora. Pitanje je - kako će Grad naplatiti dugovanja?
Posljednjih je dana objavljena lista dijela dužnika, pa smo doznali da nam korisnici gradskih poslovnih prostora duguju preko 60 milijuna kuna, dok su korisnici garažnih prostora uspjeli nakupiti pola milijuna kuna dugovanja.
Tome će se stati na kraj jednom kada registar gradske imovine bude kompletiran, uvjerena je savjetnica.
- Gradski stanovi se daju većinom na korištenje socijalnim kategorijama, zato je bitno da se popišu kako bi mogli znati koliko točno stanova imamo na raspolaganju, kako bi ih više ljudi u potrebi koji imaju socijalne uvjete moglo dobiti na krištenje - kazala je Đerek na Radio Splitu.

Ustvrdila je kako najveći problem počiva na gradskim zemljištima. Naime, niti jedno nije upisano u registar, niti se vodilo u knjigama, korištenje se nije naplaćivalo, a nije ni postojao cjenik po kojem bi se znalo koliko naplatiti što.
Nekontroliranje korištenja je dovelo i do toga da se bespravno gradilo "na gradskom", a onda se po Zakonu o postupanju sa nezakonitim građevinama pokušalo te objekte legalizirati.
- To se moglo riješiti da su prijašnje gradske vlasti reagirale na vrijeme - ustvrdila je savjetnica u programu Radio Splita.

Vjeruje kako se mogu zaštititi interesi Grada ubuduće, i to na način da je svima jasno kako nitko nije povlašten, kako se prema svima jednako postupa, da su jasno propisani kriteriji i pravila i da se postupa po ugovorima.
- Objava dužnika je poruka svim građanima da tko nije plaćao imovinu, koja je imovina svih nas, taj ju je koristio besplatno, ali je ovo i poruka poštenima da više neće biti povlaštenih, prema svima jednako - rekla je.
- Prvi na listi dužnika za korištenje garaže uspio je stvoriti dug od 140 tisuća kuna. To su godine neplaćanja! Što bi bilo da vi ne platite dvije rate za struju ili za kredit? - upitala je Maja Đerek.
Kazala je i kako u svojem radu nije u Splitu imala niti problema niti je doživjela ikakav "utjecaj sa strane", ima, rekla je, potpuno odriješene ruke u svojem poslu.
Osvrnula se i na zastare, jer se neki od dužnika na to pozivaju.

- Postoje poduzetnici koji otvore tvrtku, nagomilaju dug, zatvore tvrtku i otvore novu. Treba prestati s tom praksom! Puno je njih isticalo zastaru, ali zastara ne znači da je dug plaćen, nego da je netko besplatno koristio imovinu i netko mu je to tolerirao. Pošten se dug uvijek može platiti - jasna je savjetnica.
Hoće li, možda, sa mjesta savjetnice zasjesti u pročelničku fotelju?
- Natječaj za pročelnicu je otvoren do ponedjeljka. U dogovoru s obitelji ću odlučiti hoću li se prijaviti. Voljela bi ustrojiti sustav, a motivacija mi je dodatna što volim Split, želim da se stvari pomaknu, no to iziskuje žrtvu. Trebala bi se priviknuti na drugačiji način života, što ne znači da ću proći na natječaju, kazala je Maja Đerek.
