Ako danas odlučite rezervirati smještaj za vikend za 30 ljudi, bez problema ćete na booking stranicama naći brdo opcija. Last minute opcije dostupne su u mnogim splitskim hotelima unatoč tome što je sredina srpnja za koju se pretpostavlja da bi trebala biti pretrpana turistima. Sudeći po raspoloživosti hotela, čini se da to nije tako.
Hotel "Radisson Blu" ima 252 sobe raspoređene na 7 katova, no njihova popunjenost je upitna. Prema podacima sa stranice Booking.com, sutra bi u hotel mogli smjestiti 25 ljudi, a dostupne sobe su: jedna soba Premium s balkonom i pogledom na more, dvije sobe Superior s pogledom na grad i devet soba Superior s balkonom i pogledom na grad.

U Hotelu "Amphora" na Žnjanu ima čak deset raspoloživih Superior dvokrevetnih soba, dok je slično i u hotelu "Atrium" gdje su dostupne dvije dvokrevetne, dva VIP-a i devet standardnih dvokrevetnih.
Rezervacija smještaja u posljednji trenutak obično je najskuplja, no na Bookingu se nudi i "Sezonska ponuda". Umjesto da povise cijene bukiranja u posljednji trenutak, stavili su popust. To upućuje da možda situacija baš i nije idealna što se tiče popunjenosti splitskih hotela.

- Iz moje perspektive, sezona nije podbacila ali je ove godine bilo potrebno uložiti puno više napora kako bi osigurali željenu popunjenost, te je "last minute booking" izraženiji čak i s obzirom na prošlu godinu - odgovorila je Kristina Rogaljska, direktorica prodaje Radisson Blu hotelu. Naglasila je kako ne može reći je li sezona podbacila jer postoji više načina s obzirom na kut gledanja.

- Brojni su faktori koji na kraju utječu na intenzitet potražnje i kupovnu moć, prije svega osjeća se utjecaj recesije na pojedinim EU tržištima, a tu je i utjecaj inflacije te pad kupovne moći, rast cijena letova, te činjenica da se u Splitu svake godine povećava ponuda tj. broj smještajnih kapaciteta. Na odluku o putovanju također je svakako utjecalo i uklanjanje COVID restrikcija za putovanja van EU, te rat u Ukrajini, a i brojni drugi parametri - navodi.

Što se tiče njihovog hotela, tvrdi ona, "kumulativno u prvih šest mjeseci kao i u prvih 13 dana srpnja svi su pokazatelji bolji od 2022. godine, uključujući i popunjenost koja je veća za šest postotnih bodova, a prosječna ostvarena cijena veća je za 7,6 posto.
- Ostatak godine ima ulaz rezervacija identičan kao i prošle godine ili bolji, ovisno o promatranom periodu. Cijene nismo spuštali, osim u nekim "last minute" ponudama za ograničen broj usluga i tipova soba, te se ta praksa primjenjuje većinom van sezone.
Htjela bih napomenuti da se ovi pokazatelji odnose samo na naš hotel, te da se stanje u destinaciji razlikuje od objekta do objekta - naglasila je.

Ako danas odlučite rezervirati smještaj za vikend za 30 ljudi, bez problema ćete na booking stranicama naći brdo opcija. Last minute opcije dostupne su u mnogim splitskim hotelima unatoč tome što je sredina srpnja za koju se pretpostavlja da bi trebala biti pretrpana turistima. Sudeći po raspoloživosti hotela, čini se da to nije tako.
Hotel "Radisson Blu" ima 252 sobe raspoređene na 7 katova, no njihova popunjenost je upitna. Prema podacima sa stranice Booking.com, sutra bi u hotel mogli smjestiti 25 ljudi, a dostupne sobe su: jedna soba Premium s balkonom i pogledom na more, dvije sobe Superior s pogledom na grad i devet soba Superior s balkonom i pogledom na grad.

U Hotelu "Amphora" na Žnjanu ima čak deset raspoloživih Superior dvokrevetnih soba, dok je slično i u hotelu "Atrium" gdje su dostupne dvije dvokrevetne, dva VIP-a i devet standardnih dvokrevetnih.
Rezervacija smještaja u posljednji trenutak obično je najskuplja, no na Bookingu se nudi i "Sezonska ponuda". Umjesto da povise cijene bukiranja u posljednji trenutak, stavili su popust. To upućuje da možda situacija baš i nije idealna što se tiče popunjenosti splitskih hotela.

- Iz moje perspektive, sezona nije podbacila ali je ove godine bilo potrebno uložiti puno više napora kako bi osigurali željenu popunjenost, te je "last minute booking" izraženiji čak i s obzirom na prošlu godinu - odgovorila je Kristina Rogaljska, direktorica prodaje Radisson Blu hotelu. Naglasila je kako ne može reći je li sezona podbacila jer postoji više načina s obzirom na kut gledanja.

- Brojni su faktori koji na kraju utječu na intenzitet potražnje i kupovnu moć, prije svega osjeća se utjecaj recesije na pojedinim EU tržištima, a tu je i utjecaj inflacije te pad kupovne moći, rast cijena letova, te činjenica da se u Splitu svake godine povećava ponuda tj. broj smještajnih kapaciteta. Na odluku o putovanju također je svakako utjecalo i uklanjanje COVID restrikcija za putovanja van EU, te rat u Ukrajini, a i brojni drugi parametri - navodi.

Što se tiče njihovog hotela, tvrdi ona, "kumulativno u prvih šest mjeseci kao i u prvih 13 dana srpnja svi su pokazatelji bolji od 2022. godine, uključujući i popunjenost koja je veća za šest postotnih bodova, a prosječna ostvarena cijena veća je za 7,6 posto.
- Ostatak godine ima ulaz rezervacija identičan kao i prošle godine ili bolji, ovisno o promatranom periodu. Cijene nismo spuštali, osim u nekim "last minute" ponudama za ograničen broj usluga i tipova soba, te se ta praksa primjenjuje većinom van sezone.
Htjela bih napomenuti da se ovi pokazatelji odnose samo na naš hotel, te da se stanje u destinaciji razlikuje od objekta do objekta - naglasila je.
