Na današnjoj konferenciji za medije gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak i njegov zamjenik Antonio Kuzmanić komentirali su rezultate izvršenja proračuna Grada Splita za 2022. godinu i trenutačno stanje gradskih financija, koje su u plusu 100 milijuna kuna.

- Rezultat izvršenja proračuna pokazuje da smo uštedjeli, bili racionalni, vratili dugove, neke naplatili. Zbog svega toga Grad Split danas financijski dobro stoji - kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak istaknuvši kako će se ostvarenim uštedama financirati pripremljeni projekti, prvenstveno izgradnja škola, školskih dvorana, vrtića, uređenje plaže Žnjan, dovršetak izgradnje i opremanje Tehnološkog parka na Dračevcu.

Najavio je i daljnje ulaganje u komunalnu infrastrukturu, unaprjeđenje sustava gospodarenja otpadom, gradnju garaža i cjelovit projekt urbane mobilnosti, ali i u socijalne i kulturne projekte.

Stanje gradske blagajne komentirao je i zamjenik gradonačelnika Antonio Kuzmanić ističući kako je do pozitivnog rezultata trebalo puno toga napraviti. Podsjetio je kako je aktualna gradska uprava pri preuzimanju vlasti u lipnju 2021. zatekla plus od 30 milijuna kuna, ali i gotovo 70 milijuna kuna dugova, koji su do kraja 2021. vraćeni.

Uslijedili su 2022. godine i značajniji izdaci za "Promet", zbog rasta cijena energenata, ali sufinanciranje gradskog prijevoznika je na koncu rezultiralo značajnim poboljšanjem usluge javnog prijevoza. Podsjetio je i na ispunjenje naslijeđenih obaveza povećanja materijalnih prava za odgojitelje u vrtićima i zaposlenike gradske uprave.

- I pored svih tih izdataka, odgovornim upravljanjem financijama, štednjom i racionalizacijom na svim raznima, uključujući i gradske tvrtke, ali i povećanjem naplate komunalnih doprinosa i komunalnih naknada te naplatom dugova prema korisnicima gradske imovine, uspjeli smo ostvariti plus od 100 milijuna kuna koji danas imamo na računu.

Ovo je odgovorno upravljanje javnim novcem, novcem svih naših građana. Stanje koje sada imamo, stabilne financije i tendencija rasta prihoda, omogućavaju nam razvoj, osigurane financije za realizaciju projekata - poručio je zamjenik Kuzmanić.

Novinare je zanimalo kako gradski čelnici komentiraju stav HDZ-a da 100 milijuna kuna na računu pokazuje da se loše upravlja gradom i financijama.

- U zadnje dvije godine vratili smo preko 100 milijuna kuna dugova i radnih obveza i doveli Grad u plus. Povećali smo prihode, ali ne od poreza, nego od naplate doprinosa i najmova. Imali smo poslovne prostore koje ljudi nisu godinama plaćali - kazao je Kuzmanić.

Puljak se, za razliku od svog zamjenika, obrušio na čelnika splitskog HDZ-a Tomislava Šutu.

- Gospodinu privremenom upravitelju Vodovoda Šuti sada izlaze kosturi iz poslovanja "Vodovoda". Svojim neodgovornim poslovanjem doveo je u pitanje samu opstojnost tog društva - radi se o više desetaka milijuna kuna, a istovremeno je vrlo neodgovorno povisio plaću zaposlenicima za 18 posto.

Tako se oni odnose prema javnim financijama. Mi se odnosimo odgovorno. Ovo što imamo na računu je štednja. Ne želimo da nitko sa strane, naročito HDZ, misli da je to neki višak koji će oni uzeti i potrošiti jer oni su navikli da troše novac neodgovorno.

Mi smo novac štedjeli da možemo uložiti u vrtiće, škole, sportske dvorane, za povećanje materijalnih prava onima koji su zaslužili. S novcem ćemo nastaviti raspolagati odgovorno, onako kako mi to znamo, a ne kako je HDZ radio do sada - kazao je Puljak.

Novinare je zanimalo na koji se način došlo do ušteda. Kuzmanić je pojasnio na primjeru tonera.

- Kad smo došli, Grad je trošio na tonere 450 tisuća kuna godišnje, a danas oko 100 tisuća. Godišnje je to ušteda od 50 tisuća eura na jednoj stavci jer smo uveli elektronički potpis - pojasnio je Kuzmanić.

Na današnjoj konferenciji za medije gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak i njegov zamjenik Antonio Kuzmanić komentirali su rezultate izvršenja proračuna Grada Splita za 2022. godinu i trenutačno stanje gradskih financija, koje su u plusu 100 milijuna kuna.

- Rezultat izvršenja proračuna pokazuje da smo uštedjeli, bili racionalni, vratili dugove, neke naplatili. Zbog svega toga Grad Split danas financijski dobro stoji - kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak istaknuvši kako će se ostvarenim uštedama financirati pripremljeni projekti, prvenstveno izgradnja škola, školskih dvorana, vrtića, uređenje plaže Žnjan, dovršetak izgradnje i opremanje Tehnološkog parka na Dračevcu.

Najavio je i daljnje ulaganje u komunalnu infrastrukturu, unaprjeđenje sustava gospodarenja otpadom, gradnju garaža i cjelovit projekt urbane mobilnosti, ali i u socijalne i kulturne projekte.

Stanje gradske blagajne komentirao je i zamjenik gradonačelnika Antonio Kuzmanić ističući kako je do pozitivnog rezultata trebalo puno toga napraviti. Podsjetio je kako je aktualna gradska uprava pri preuzimanju vlasti u lipnju 2021. zatekla plus od 30 milijuna kuna, ali i gotovo 70 milijuna kuna dugova, koji su do kraja 2021. vraćeni.

Uslijedili su 2022. godine i značajniji izdaci za "Promet", zbog rasta cijena energenata, ali sufinanciranje gradskog prijevoznika je na koncu rezultiralo značajnim poboljšanjem usluge javnog prijevoza. Podsjetio je i na ispunjenje naslijeđenih obaveza povećanja materijalnih prava za odgojitelje u vrtićima i zaposlenike gradske uprave.

- I pored svih tih izdataka, odgovornim upravljanjem financijama, štednjom i racionalizacijom na svim raznima, uključujući i gradske tvrtke, ali i povećanjem naplate komunalnih doprinosa i komunalnih naknada te naplatom dugova prema korisnicima gradske imovine, uspjeli smo ostvariti plus od 100 milijuna kuna koji danas imamo na računu.

Ovo je odgovorno upravljanje javnim novcem, novcem svih naših građana. Stanje koje sada imamo, stabilne financije i tendencija rasta prihoda, omogućavaju nam razvoj, osigurane financije za realizaciju projekata - poručio je zamjenik Kuzmanić.

Novinare je zanimalo kako gradski čelnici komentiraju stav HDZ-a da 100 milijuna kuna na računu pokazuje da se loše upravlja gradom i financijama.

- U zadnje dvije godine vratili smo preko 100 milijuna kuna dugova i radnih obveza i doveli Grad u plus. Povećali smo prihode, ali ne od poreza, nego od naplate doprinosa i najmova. Imali smo poslovne prostore koje ljudi nisu godinama plaćali - kazao je Kuzmanić.

Puljak se, za razliku od svog zamjenika, obrušio na čelnika splitskog HDZ-a Tomislava Šutu.

- Gospodinu privremenom upravitelju Vodovoda Šuti sada izlaze kosturi iz poslovanja "Vodovoda". Svojim neodgovornim poslovanjem doveo je u pitanje samu opstojnost tog društva - radi se o više desetaka milijuna kuna, a istovremeno je vrlo neodgovorno povisio plaću zaposlenicima za 18 posto.

Tako se oni odnose prema javnim financijama. Mi se odnosimo odgovorno. Ovo što imamo na računu je štednja. Ne želimo da nitko sa strane, naročito HDZ, misli da je to neki višak koji će oni uzeti i potrošiti jer oni su navikli da troše novac neodgovorno.

Mi smo novac štedjeli da možemo uložiti u vrtiće, škole, sportske dvorane, za povećanje materijalnih prava onima koji su zaslužili. S novcem ćemo nastaviti raspolagati odgovorno, onako kako mi to znamo, a ne kako je HDZ radio do sada - kazao je Puljak.

Novinare je zanimalo na koji se način došlo do ušteda. Kuzmanić je pojasnio na primjeru tonera.

- Kad smo došli, Grad je trošio na tonere 450 tisuća kuna godišnje, a danas oko 100 tisuća. Godišnje je to ušteda od 50 tisuća eura na jednoj stavci jer smo uveli elektronički potpis - pojasnio je Kuzmanić.
