Pedeset novih majstorica i majstora ponosno je primilo svoje diplome na dodjeli održanoj ovog četvrtka u prostorijama Obrtničke komore Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Majstorski ispiti su najveći stupanj obrazovanja za obrtnička zanimanja na kojima kandidati, pod budnim okom komisija, pokazuju svoja stručna znanja, praktične vještine, poduzetničke osobine i pedagoške kompetencije.

- Interes za polaganjem ispita ne prestaje, a kako je bila pandemija, mnogi nisu mogli izaći na ispite, pa vjerujem da bi bilo i više majstora. Ovi su polagali krajem 2021. godine.

Najviše imamo novih vodoinstalatera i instalatera grijanja i klimatizacije koji ne moraju polagati majstorske ispite ali izlaze na njih jer im je to pitanje časti kako bi sutra mogli educirati naučnike tijekom školovanja i time stvarati novu radnu snagu - objasnila nam je situaciju Elizabeta Bego, savjetnica za školstvo Obrtničke komore.

Radi novih snaga majstorski ispit položio je i Dane Tahirović, poznati kuhar.

- Radim već 20 godina u ugostiteljstvu, a za ovaj ispit sam se odlučio iz želje za mentorstvom nad djecom, jer moramo prenijeti znanje na mlađe generacije. Mladi pokazuju interes, ali mi već dugo upisujemo četiri razreda ekonomije i tek jedan razred kuhara. Ekonomija nam je propala, dok ugostiteljstvo raste pa bi trebalo o tome povesti računa.

Mlade ćemo animirati kroz pozitivne primjere, uvjeriti ih da je ovo dobar posao. Istina, težak, ali ništa više od drugih jer ništa danas nije lako radit - kaže Dane.

Slično razmišlja i novi majstor instalater grijanja i klimatizacije Ante Milić.

- Imam već dugo svoju firmu, a ovdje sam došao zbog naučnika. Posao raste, pa nam trebaju novi ljudi. Iz osobnog iskustva mogu reći da se isplati biti majstor - smatra Milić.

Čak dvije majstorske diplome ima Blanka Žižak Lozovina.

- Nakon diplome za kozmetičara, sada sam položila i za pedikera. Htjela sam proširiti znanja, ići naprijed, a posla svakako ima i zadovoljna sam. Usluge iz moje struke su sve traženije, pa treba pratiti tržište i neprestano se educirati - kaže Blanka.

Njoj i ostalim majstoricama i majstorima čestitao je zamjenik župana Ante Šošić koji je naglasio kako Splitsko-dalmatinska županija stoji uz obrtnike kroz velike potpore putem kreditiranja i male potpore za otvaranje start upova. Ove godine osigurano je oko 3,5 milijuna kuna za male poduzetnike.

Ivan Gotovac, predsjednik Obrtničke komore kazao je kako se obrti u županiji ne gase, već se bilježi povećanje, čak i u Dalmatinskoj zagori. Ukupno je oko 13 tisuća obrtnika u Županiji.

- Za početak ću raditi za druge dok se ne uhodam, a onda bih pokušala otvoriti nešto svoje. Znam da nije ni frizerima danas lako, ali kad se nešto voli radit, sve je lakše. Moja mama kaže da uvik ima glava, pa će bit i posla. Zahvalna je ovo struka - kazala je Ivana Budiša pokazujući nam diplomu majstora frizera.

Pedeset novih majstorica i majstora ponosno je primilo svoje diplome na dodjeli održanoj ovog četvrtka u prostorijama Obrtničke komore Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Majstorski ispiti su najveći stupanj obrazovanja za obrtnička zanimanja na kojima kandidati, pod budnim okom komisija, pokazuju svoja stručna znanja, praktične vještine, poduzetničke osobine i pedagoške kompetencije.

- Interes za polaganjem ispita ne prestaje, a kako je bila pandemija, mnogi nisu mogli izaći na ispite, pa vjerujem da bi bilo i više majstora. Ovi su polagali krajem 2021. godine.

Najviše imamo novih vodoinstalatera i instalatera grijanja i klimatizacije koji ne moraju polagati majstorske ispite ali izlaze na njih jer im je to pitanje časti kako bi sutra mogli educirati naučnike tijekom školovanja i time stvarati novu radnu snagu - objasnila nam je situaciju Elizabeta Bego, savjetnica za školstvo Obrtničke komore.

Radi novih snaga majstorski ispit položio je i Dane Tahirović, poznati kuhar.

- Radim već 20 godina u ugostiteljstvu, a za ovaj ispit sam se odlučio iz želje za mentorstvom nad djecom, jer moramo prenijeti znanje na mlađe generacije. Mladi pokazuju interes, ali mi već dugo upisujemo četiri razreda ekonomije i tek jedan razred kuhara. Ekonomija nam je propala, dok ugostiteljstvo raste pa bi trebalo o tome povesti računa.

Mlade ćemo animirati kroz pozitivne primjere, uvjeriti ih da je ovo dobar posao. Istina, težak, ali ništa više od drugih jer ništa danas nije lako radit - kaže Dane.

Slično razmišlja i novi majstor instalater grijanja i klimatizacije Ante Milić.

- Imam već dugo svoju firmu, a ovdje sam došao zbog naučnika. Posao raste, pa nam trebaju novi ljudi. Iz osobnog iskustva mogu reći da se isplati biti majstor - smatra Milić.

Čak dvije majstorske diplome ima Blanka Žižak Lozovina.

- Nakon diplome za kozmetičara, sada sam položila i za pedikera. Htjela sam proširiti znanja, ići naprijed, a posla svakako ima i zadovoljna sam. Usluge iz moje struke su sve traženije, pa treba pratiti tržište i neprestano se educirati - kaže Blanka.

Njoj i ostalim majstoricama i majstorima čestitao je zamjenik župana Ante Šošić koji je naglasio kako Splitsko-dalmatinska županija stoji uz obrtnike kroz velike potpore putem kreditiranja i male potpore za otvaranje start upova. Ove godine osigurano je oko 3,5 milijuna kuna za male poduzetnike.

Ivan Gotovac, predsjednik Obrtničke komore kazao je kako se obrti u županiji ne gase, već se bilježi povećanje, čak i u Dalmatinskoj zagori. Ukupno je oko 13 tisuća obrtnika u Županiji.

- Za početak ću raditi za druge dok se ne uhodam, a onda bih pokušala otvoriti nešto svoje. Znam da nije ni frizerima danas lako, ali kad se nešto voli radit, sve je lakše. Moja mama kaže da uvik ima glava, pa će bit i posla. Zahvalna je ovo struka - kazala je Ivana Budiša pokazujući nam diplomu majstora frizera.
