− Ako ne dođe do sklapanja nagodbe između stranaka, sud će dalje nastaviti postupak u skladu s odredbama Ovršnog zakona, a u ovom stadiju postupka može se pristupiti procjenjivanju vrijednosti nekretnina koje su predmet postupka. Postupak prodaje u cijelosti će voditi ovaj sud jer je postupak pokrenut pred sudom prije stupanja na snagu Zakona o javnim ovršiteljima.

Sud u zaključku o prodaji nekretnine određuje način i uvjete prodaje, te vrijeme kad se mogu razgledati nekretnine koje su predmet prodaje. Ako bi postojali problemi pri razgledanju nekretnina, Ovršni zakon propisuje da nesmetano razgledanje nekretnine sud može osigurati preki sudskog ovršitelja – kazala je Ana Marović.

Prema njezinim riječima, Grad se o eventualnoj nagodbi s tvrtkom “Atrium Spalatum” do danas nije očitovao Općinskom sudu.

[bgPosition] => [text] => {OCMSplitter}Ana Marović, glasnogovornica Općinskog suda, kaže da je u predmetu “Lazarica” 10. listopada 2011. godine investitorska tvrtka “Atrium Spalatum” dala prijedlog nagodbe radi mirnog rješenja odnosa s Gradom.

− Ako ne dođe do sklapanja nagodbe između stranaka, sud će dalje nastaviti postupak u skladu s odredbama Ovršnog zakona, a u ovom stadiju postupka može se pristupiti procjenjivanju vrijednosti nekretnina koje su predmet postupka. Postupak prodaje u cijelosti će voditi ovaj sud jer je postupak pokrenut pred sudom prije stupanja na snagu Zakona o javnim ovršiteljima.

Sud u zaključku o prodaji nekretnine određuje način i uvjete prodaje, te vrijeme kad se mogu razgledati nekretnine koje su predmet prodaje. Ako bi postojali problemi pri razgledanju nekretnina, Ovršni zakon propisuje da nesmetano razgledanje nekretnine sud može osigurati preki sudskog ovršitelja – kazala je Ana Marović.

Prema njezinim riječima, Grad se o eventualnoj nagodbi s tvrtkom “Atrium Spalatum” do danas nije očitovao Općinskom sudu.
