NOVIJE:

Nakon usvajanja rebalansa proračuna, koji ima čak 14 milijuna viška, usvojene su i ostale “ekonomske” točke kojima su odobrene izmjene u proračunskim sredstvima korisnika. Pa je teklo sve glatko do 18. točke dnevnog reda – šestomjesečnog izvješća od lipnja do prosinca 2020. godine župana Blaženka Bobana, kada su počele prozivke iz redova oporbenjaka.

Pa je skoro dva sata trajalo “rešetanje” županovog rada u drugom dijelu minule godine napisanog na preko 70 stranica, od strane oporbenih vijećnika.

Počevši s Danijelom Kukočom (SDP) koji je kritizirao Bobana kako se hvali te kiti tuđim perjem, pobrojavši brojne projekte u kojima on kao župan nije odlučivao, niti ih pripremao. A u cijekom četverogodišnjem mandatu nije bio u stanju donijeti "Izmjene i dopune prostornog plana" najveće županije.

Zaiskrilo je nakon kritike Ante Pranića (Nezavisna lista mladih) na županov rad. I to ne između prozvanog župana i Pranića, aktualnog vrgoračkog gradonačelnika i kandidata koalicije ZA za župana, već bivših regionalnih čelnika.

Prvo je u obranu Bobana stao bivši župan iz kvote HDZ-a Zlatko Ževrnja, a zatim i Ante Sanader, predsjednik HDZ Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Negirao je Pranić Bobanov "uspjeh" u proteklom mandatu gdje se nije uložilo ni kune u navodnjavanje polja, već se još uvijek koristi sustav iz Austro-Ugarske, te kako hvale projekt “Pomorsko je dobro” a nitko nije stao na kraj devastaciji Vruje zadnjih 20 godina.

- Pričamo o tunelu u Vučevici, a Sanader je bio na svečanom otvaranju radova na gradnji tunela Ravča-Drvenik daleke 2009. godine. Na tom mjestu je i dalje samo šikara, pa se nadam kako se neće povijest ponoviti! - prisnažio je Pranić, no Sanader je hitro odgovorio obećavajući:

- Bio sam župan dva puta, a vi nećete niti jednom!

Na kraju je županovo izvješće usvojeno sa 26 glasova "za", uz dva "protiv" te 4 "suzdržana".

RANIJE:

Pred vijećnicima Splitsko-dalmatinske županije zasjedanje je Skupštine i to 40. sjednice, koja bi po svemu sudeći trebala biti i zadnja u ovom mandatu 51 vijećnika koliko ih je participiralo u radu regionalnog parlamenta.

Pred njima je rasprava od 28 točaka dnevnog reda, budući je uz najavljenih 27, gdje je i rebalans proračuna Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, dodana i rasprava o dodjeli koncesije na pomorskom dobru na području Sportske lučice Split.

Na sjednici, pod predsjedavanjem Petroslava Sapunara, sudjeluje 42 vijećnika, a pred njima je prvo Aktualni sat, gdje predstavnici “naroda” postavljaju pitanja županu Blaženku Bobanu, pročelnicima i upravi Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

No odmah je počelo veselo - Lucija Puljak (Centar) tražila je da barem na ovoj zadnjoj sjednici na ekranu “vrte” prelijepi kadrovi prostorno najveće županije, što je dopustio Sapunar uz podršku vijećnika, na što je replicirao Miro Bulj (Most) kazavši hoće li “vrtiti” i ona pusta obećanja što ih vladajući HDZ-HGS serviraju zadnjih četiri godine:

- Pa nek' se uz sve ljepote vrti i ovo što nismo ništa napravili... Potrošilo se 40 milijuna kuna od Vučevice do nepostojećeg tunela! Ajmo vrtiti i obećanja na stiku..., kazao je.

U Aktualnom satu, najviše pitanja od strane županijskih vijećnika, osim naravno župana Blaženka Bobana, imao je pročelnik za školstvo Tomislav Đonlić, kojeg su pitali o stanju u školstvu i smanjenju nastave sa tri smjene u dvije.

- Što se napravilo sa starim školskim zgradama kojima je vlasnik županija, je li se finalizirao Registar imovine – direktna je bila vijećnica HDZ-a Maja Zelić, na što je Đonlić dao odgovor:

- Napravili smo evidenciju i registar s popisom imovine a radi se o 153 napuštena objekta, selektirali smo ih po uporabljivosti. Od toga smo više od 10 stavili u uporabu. U Ramljani smo prepustili zgradu za socijalnu skrb odnosno starački dom, pa na Biševu za javni interes izgradnju edukacijskog centra, te u Srijanima uz suradnji s gradom Omišem za potrebe predškolskog odgoja.

Oporbenjak Igor Skoko (Centar) prozvao je župana Bobana jer ne pruža pomoć poduzetnicima u covid-pandemiji, no regionalni čelnik ga je odmah demantirao:

- Kroz covid mjere smo proveli pomoć za niz poduzetnika, sa 273 mala poduzetnika smo potpisali ugovore te 169 OPG-ova, a sa predstavnicima “Povremenog linijskog prijevoza” sam i jutros razgovarao. Njih ima 27 i dužni su nam dostaviti popis, pa ćemo vidjeti kako ćemo im pomoći s proračunskim sredstvima.

No nije se dao ni Skoko:

- Drago mi je čuti da ste odlučili pomoći, no taj popis vam je dostavljen prije nove godine!

Priliku da istakne jedan lijep projekt imao je Boban nakon upita HDZ-ove vijećnice Jadranke Brečić, koja je pitala za “Budi tu”.

- I sami smo iznenađeni odazivom obitelji sa troje djece i više djece, osnovnoškolaraca i srednjoškolaraca. Prijavilo nam se 946 obitelji, ponajviše iz Zagora i otoka, što nas veseli i zbog toga ćemo u rebalansu proračuna planiranih 1,5 milijuna “podebljati” na 3,6 milijuna kuna. Idemo i dalje sa demografskim mjerama - najavio je Boban.

Nakon usvajanja rebalansa proračuna, koji ima čak 14 milijuna viška, usvojene su i ostale “ekonomske” točke kojima su odobrene izmjene u proračunskim sredstvima korisnika. Pa je teklo sve glatko do 18. točke dnevnog reda – šestomjesečnog izvješća od lipnja do prosinca 2020. godine župana Blaženka Bobana, kada su počele prozivke iz redova oporbenjaka.

Pa je skoro dva sata trajalo “rešetanje” županovog rada u drugom dijelu minule godine napisanog na preko 70 stranica, od strane oporbenih vijećnika.

Počevši s Danijelom Kukočom (SDP) koji je kritizirao Bobana kako se hvali te kiti tuđim perjem, pobrojavši brojne projekte u kojima on kao župan nije odlučivao, niti ih pripremao. A u cijekom četverogodišnjem mandatu nije bio u stanju donijeti "Izmjene i dopune prostornog plana" najveće županije.

Zaiskrilo je nakon kritike Ante Pranića (Nezavisna lista mladih) na županov rad. I to ne između prozvanog župana i Pranića, aktualnog vrgoračkog gradonačelnika i kandidata koalicije ZA za župana, već bivših regionalnih čelnika.

Prvo je u obranu Bobana stao bivši župan iz kvote HDZ-a Zlatko Ževrnja, a zatim i Ante Sanader, predsjednik HDZ Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Negirao je Pranić Bobanov "uspjeh" u proteklom mandatu gdje se nije uložilo ni kune u navodnjavanje polja, već se još uvijek koristi sustav iz Austro-Ugarske, te kako hvale projekt “Pomorsko je dobro” a nitko nije stao na kraj devastaciji Vruje zadnjih 20 godina.

- Pričamo o tunelu u Vučevici, a Sanader je bio na svečanom otvaranju radova na gradnji tunela Ravča-Drvenik daleke 2009. godine. Na tom mjestu je i dalje samo šikara, pa se nadam kako se neće povijest ponoviti! - prisnažio je Pranić, no Sanader je hitro odgovorio obećavajući:

- Bio sam župan dva puta, a vi nećete niti jednom!

Na kraju je županovo izvješće usvojeno sa 26 glasova "za", uz dva "protiv" te 4 "suzdržana".

RANIJE:

Pred vijećnicima Splitsko-dalmatinske županije zasjedanje je Skupštine i to 40. sjednice, koja bi po svemu sudeći trebala biti i zadnja u ovom mandatu 51 vijećnika koliko ih je participiralo u radu regionalnog parlamenta.

Pred njima je rasprava od 28 točaka dnevnog reda, budući je uz najavljenih 27, gdje je i rebalans proračuna Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, dodana i rasprava o dodjeli koncesije na pomorskom dobru na području Sportske lučice Split.

Na sjednici, pod predsjedavanjem Petroslava Sapunara, sudjeluje 42 vijećnika, a pred njima je prvo Aktualni sat, gdje predstavnici “naroda” postavljaju pitanja županu Blaženku Bobanu, pročelnicima i upravi Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

No odmah je počelo veselo - Lucija Puljak (Centar) tražila je da barem na ovoj zadnjoj sjednici na ekranu “vrte” prelijepi kadrovi prostorno najveće županije, što je dopustio Sapunar uz podršku vijećnika, na što je replicirao Miro Bulj (Most) kazavši hoće li “vrtiti” i ona pusta obećanja što ih vladajući HDZ-HGS serviraju zadnjih četiri godine:

- Pa nek' se uz sve ljepote vrti i ovo što nismo ništa napravili... Potrošilo se 40 milijuna kuna od Vučevice do nepostojećeg tunela! Ajmo vrtiti i obećanja na stiku..., kazao je.

U Aktualnom satu, najviše pitanja od strane županijskih vijećnika, osim naravno župana Blaženka Bobana, imao je pročelnik za školstvo Tomislav Đonlić, kojeg su pitali o stanju u školstvu i smanjenju nastave sa tri smjene u dvije.

- Što se napravilo sa starim školskim zgradama kojima je vlasnik županija, je li se finalizirao Registar imovine – direktna je bila vijećnica HDZ-a Maja Zelić, na što je Đonlić dao odgovor:

- Napravili smo evidenciju i registar s popisom imovine a radi se o 153 napuštena objekta, selektirali smo ih po uporabljivosti. Od toga smo više od 10 stavili u uporabu. U Ramljani smo prepustili zgradu za socijalnu skrb odnosno starački dom, pa na Biševu za javni interes izgradnju edukacijskog centra, te u Srijanima uz suradnji s gradom Omišem za potrebe predškolskog odgoja.

Oporbenjak Igor Skoko (Centar) prozvao je župana Bobana jer ne pruža pomoć poduzetnicima u covid-pandemiji, no regionalni čelnik ga je odmah demantirao:

- Kroz covid mjere smo proveli pomoć za niz poduzetnika, sa 273 mala poduzetnika smo potpisali ugovore te 169 OPG-ova, a sa predstavnicima “Povremenog linijskog prijevoza” sam i jutros razgovarao. Njih ima 27 i dužni su nam dostaviti popis, pa ćemo vidjeti kako ćemo im pomoći s proračunskim sredstvima.

No nije se dao ni Skoko:

- Drago mi je čuti da ste odlučili pomoći, no taj popis vam je dostavljen prije nove godine!

Priliku da istakne jedan lijep projekt imao je Boban nakon upita HDZ-ove vijećnice Jadranke Brečić, koja je pitala za “Budi tu”.

- I sami smo iznenađeni odazivom obitelji sa troje djece i više djece, osnovnoškolaraca i srednjoškolaraca. Prijavilo nam se 946 obitelji, ponajviše iz Zagora i otoka, što nas veseli i zbog toga ćemo u rebalansu proračuna planiranih 1,5 milijuna “podebljati” na 3,6 milijuna kuna. Idemo i dalje sa demografskim mjerama - najavio je Boban.
