Točka o izmjena i dopunama Poslovnika Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita na jučerašnjem zasjedanju lokalnog parlamenta izazvala je najviše rasprave. I prije početka same sjednice, HDZ je tražio povlačenje ove točke jer su smatrali da se novim promjenama ograničava demokracija. Taj prijedlog na kraju nije prošao, pa su vijećnici oko dva sata raspravljali o ovoj točki. 

Glavni cilj promjena bio je da se rad Gradskog vijeća učini efikasnijima i da se sjednice skrate. 

No, najzanimljiviji su pak prijedlozi Centrovih vijećnika koji nisu prošli ni Odbor za statut, poslovnik i propise. 

Ana Dorotić Čaljkušić predložila je da se u Poslovnik stave i pravila odijevanja (tzv. dress code) na sjednica Gradskog vijeća i to za svaku osobu koja uđe u lokalni parlament. 

- Nije u redu da se vijećnice i vijećnici, izvjestiteljice i izvjestitelji i ostali sudionici generalno drže nepisanih pravila odijevanja tijekom sjednice u Gradskoj vijećnici (ili na nekom drugom mjestu gdje se sjednica održava), a pripadnici medija dolaze često neprikladno odjeveni i na taj način ne poštuju instituciju u koju su ušli, a ni svoj posao u njoj - napisala je Dorotić Čaljkušić u svom prijedlogu, ali ona na sjednici Odbora nije prihvaćena.

Podsjetimo, na jučerašnjoj sjednici Dorotić Čaljkušić je prozvala i Torcidu zbog neprimjerenih grafita.

Vrijeme koliko će trajati vijećnička pitanja jučer je izazvalo najviše polemike, a Centrov Marko Matijević je čak na odboru predložio i da se vijećničko pitanje ograniči riječima odnosno da može imati maksimalno 100 riječi.

U konačnici su vijećnici unatoč nekim neslaganjima pronašli zajednički jezik i usuglasili promjene koje svima odgovaraju. Jedino je HSP-ov Ante Grubišić na glasanju bio suzdržan zbog toga što nije prihvaćen njegov prijedlog da Klub vijećnika može imati samo dva člana, a ne tri kako je na kraju usvojeno.

Točka o izmjena i dopunama Poslovnika Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita na jučerašnjem zasjedanju lokalnog parlamenta izazvala je najviše rasprave. I prije početka same sjednice, HDZ je tražio povlačenje ove točke jer su smatrali da se novim promjenama ograničava demokracija. Taj prijedlog na kraju nije prošao, pa su vijećnici oko dva sata raspravljali o ovoj točki. 

Glavni cilj promjena bio je da se rad Gradskog vijeća učini efikasnijima i da se sjednice skrate. 

No, najzanimljiviji su pak prijedlozi Centrovih vijećnika koji nisu prošli ni Odbor za statut, poslovnik i propise. 

Ana Dorotić Čaljkušić predložila je da se u Poslovnik stave i pravila odijevanja (tzv. dress code) na sjednica Gradskog vijeća i to za svaku osobu koja uđe u lokalni parlament. 

- Nije u redu da se vijećnice i vijećnici, izvjestiteljice i izvjestitelji i ostali sudionici generalno drže nepisanih pravila odijevanja tijekom sjednice u Gradskoj vijećnici (ili na nekom drugom mjestu gdje se sjednica održava), a pripadnici medija dolaze često neprikladno odjeveni i na taj način ne poštuju instituciju u koju su ušli, a ni svoj posao u njoj - napisala je Dorotić Čaljkušić u svom prijedlogu, ali ona na sjednici Odbora nije prihvaćena.

Podsjetimo, na jučerašnjoj sjednici Dorotić Čaljkušić je prozvala i Torcidu zbog neprimjerenih grafita.

Vrijeme koliko će trajati vijećnička pitanja jučer je izazvalo najviše polemike, a Centrov Marko Matijević je čak na odboru predložio i da se vijećničko pitanje ograniči riječima odnosno da može imati maksimalno 100 riječi.

U konačnici su vijećnici unatoč nekim neslaganjima pronašli zajednički jezik i usuglasili promjene koje svima odgovaraju. Jedino je HSP-ov Ante Grubišić na glasanju bio suzdržan zbog toga što nije prihvaćen njegov prijedlog da Klub vijećnika može imati samo dva člana, a ne tri kako je na kraju usvojeno.
