Od 15. studenog stupila je na snagu Odluka o obveznoj uporabi zimske opreme na zimskim dionicama državnih cesta. Obvezna uporaba zimske opreme vrijedi do 15. travnja i odnosi se na sve vrste motornih vozila kategorije M i N mase do tri i pol tone bez obzira na vremenske uvjete i stanje kolnika. Većina cesta se nalazi u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske. Tako da ako namjeravate na put, nemojte zaboraviti na Odluku kako već na naplatnim kućicama na Dugopolju ne bi ”skupili kaznu”. Jer, kazne nisu male. Za upravljanje vozilom bez zimske opreme predviđena kazna je 130 eura. Ako Vas zaustavi policijski službenik, bit ćete isključeni iz prometa i oduzet će Vam registracijsku pločicu.

Zimska oprema podrazumijeva zimske gume ili ljetne gume s najmanjom dubinom profila od četiri milimetra s lancima za snijeg ili uređajima za povećanje učinka prianjanja kotača za površinu koji se postavljaju na gume.

Splićani za sada ne moraju brinuti jer Odluka vrijedi samo u slučaju snijega, objašnjava Stanko Smodlaka, predsjednik HAK-a, autoklub Split. No, dolaskom hladnijeg vremena i nižih temperatura oni koji su bili lijeni ili su htjeli uštedjeti na gumama morat će dodatno pripaziti, preporučuje Smodlaka:

- Kada su temperature zraka ispod sedam stupnjeva onda se preporučuje imati zimske gume. Ljetne gume su krute i kada je hladno se smrznu jer nisu elastične i ne prianjaju. Tada treba voziti sporije i bez naglih skretanja u zavojima – kazao nam je sudski vještak za promet Stanko Smodlaka.

Vulkanizeri nam kažu kako imaju pune ruke posla. Skoro svaka narudžba termina se odnosi na promjenu guma. Stanko Smodlaka nam je rekao kako su dvije od šest tisuća članova splitskog ogranka HAK-a zamijenili gume, dok nam iz jedne automehaničarske radnje kažu kako ove godine ima više posla:

- Narudžbe su krenule prošli ponedjeljak. Promijenim gume na 25 do 35 automobila – odgovorili su nam.

- Velike su gužve, a skoro svaka narudžba se odnosi na zamjenu guma – kazao nam je vulkanizer još jedne splitske automehaničarske radnje.

Cijena zamjene guma ovisi o veličini gume i felgama: cijena u jednoj radnji je od 8 do 20 eura prema dimenziji gume, a u drugoj od 40 do 60 eura za sve četiri gume ovisno o tome jesu li aluminijske ili željezne felge. Cijena se dizala za oko 10%, kažu nam.

Pitanje koje vozači postavljaju svake godine prilikom prolaska rotora na izlazu iz grada je može li policija kažnjavati vozače s obzirom na postavljen znak koji upozorava na obveznu uporabu zimske opreme. Stanko Smodlaka nam je objasnio kako vozači mogu biti mirni:

- Tamo se ne može kažnjavati vozače jer je prometni znak upozorenje kako dolaskom na autocestu morate imati zimsku opremu.

Valja podsjetiti kako je 1. studenog na snagu stupila odredba Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama kojom je propisana obveza vožnje s upaljenim kratkim svjetlima po danu koja vrijedi do 31. ožujka.

Od 15. studenog stupila je na snagu Odluka o obveznoj uporabi zimske opreme na zimskim dionicama državnih cesta. Obvezna uporaba zimske opreme vrijedi do 15. travnja i odnosi se na sve vrste motornih vozila kategorije M i N mase do tri i pol tone bez obzira na vremenske uvjete i stanje kolnika. Većina cesta se nalazi u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske. Tako da ako namjeravate na put, nemojte zaboraviti na Odluku kako već na naplatnim kućicama na Dugopolju ne bi ”skupili kaznu”. Jer, kazne nisu male. Za upravljanje vozilom bez zimske opreme predviđena kazna je 130 eura. Zimska oprema podrazumijeva zimske gume ili ljetne gume s najmanjom dubinom profila od četiri milimetra s lancima za snijeg ili uređajima za povećanje učinka prianjanja kotača za površinu koji se postavljaju na gume.

Splićani za sada ne moraju brinuti jer Odluka vrijedi samo u slučaju snijega, objašnjava Stanko Smodlaka, predsjednik HAK-a, autoklub Split. No, dolaskom hladnijeg vremena i nižih temperatura oni koji su bili lijeni ili su htjeli uštedjeti na gumama morat će dodatno pripaziti, preporučuje Smodlaka:

- Kada su temperature zraka ispod sedam stupnjeva onda se preporučuje imati zimske gume. Ljetne gume su krute i kada je hladno se smrznu jer nisu elastične i ne prianjaju. Tada treba voziti sporije i bez naglih skretanja u zavojima – kazao nam je sudski vještak za promet Stanko Smodlaka.

Vulkanizeri nam kažu kako imaju pune ruke posla. Skoro svaka narudžba termina se odnosi na promjenu guma. Stanko Smodlaka nam je rekao kako su dvije od šest tisuća članova splitskog ogranka HAK-a zamijenili gume, dok nam iz jedne automehaničarske radnje kažu kako ove godine ima više posla:

- Narudžbe su krenule prošli ponedjeljak. Promijenim gume na 25 do 35 automobila – odgovorili su nam.

- Velike su gužve, a skoro svaka narudžba se odnosi na zamjenu guma – kazao nam je vulkanizer još jedne splitske automehaničarske radnje.

Cijena zamjene guma ovisi o veličini gume i felgama: cijena u jednoj radnji je od 8 do 20 eura prema dimenziji gume, a u drugoj od 40 do 60 eura za sve četiri gume ovisno o tome jesu li aluminijske ili željezne felge. Cijena se dizala za oko 10%, kažu nam.

Pitanje koje vozači postavljaju svake godine prilikom prolaska rotora na izlazu iz grada je može li policija kažnjavati vozače s obzirom na postavljen znak koji upozorava na obveznu uporabu zimske opreme. Stanko Smodlaka nam je objasnio kako vozači mogu biti mirni:

- Tamo se ne može kažnjavati vozače jer je prometni znak upozorenje kako dolaskom na autocestu morate imati zimsku opremu.

Valja podsjetiti kako je 1. studenog na snagu stupila odredba Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama kojom je propisana obveza vožnje s upaljenim kratkim svjetlima po danu koja vrijedi do 31. ožujka.

Od sutra obvezna zimska oprema! Vrijedi li za Split i može li policija kazniti vozače na rotoru na izlazu iz grada?

Od 15. studenog stupila je na snagu Odluka o obveznoj uporabi zimske opreme na zimskim dionicama državnih cesta. Obvezna uporaba zimske opreme vrijedi do 15. travnja i odnosi se na sve vrste motornih vozila kategorije M i N mase do tri i pol tone bez obzira na vremenske uvjete i stanje kolnika. Većina cesta se nalazi u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske. Tako da ako namjeravate na put, nemojte zaboraviti na Odluku kako već na naplatnim kućicama na Dugopolju ne bi ”skupili kaznu”. Jer, kazne nisu male. Za upravljanje vozilom bez zimske opreme predviđena kazna je 130 eura.
