Taman prije negoli se ljeto zahuktalo, u Peričićevoj je ulici, pokraj hotela "Marvie" na Firulama, otvoreno gradilište.

Izvodili su se radovi privremenog izmještanja postojećih instalacija na trasi planirane prometnice (struje, vode, telefona, interneta i kabelske televizije), u dogovoru i koordinaciji s operaterima, KBC-om Split i okolnim stanarima, kako bi stanari imali sigurnu opskrbu vode, struje, telefona i interneta tijekom izvođenja radova. Konačna izgradnja i prespajanje svih novih instalacija – očekuje se po planu, negdje oko Nove godine.

Stanarima te male, slatke ulice na Firulama, odmah između KBC-a i mora, osiguran je tijekom radova pješački pristup njihovim domovima, no ono što njih muči jest planiranje izgradnje nogostupa s druge strane ulice.

Situacija je ovakva – južno od ulice nalaze se kuće, desno je krug bolnice i visoki zid, upravo pored zida je isplaniran "korniž", pa stanarima uopće nije jasno zašto. Zašto se nogostup nije mogao isplanirati pored njihovih kuća, pa da iz vlastita dvora ne gaze odmah na kolnik, već na pločnik.

Infrastrukturni sustav

Slažu se i stručnjaci s kojima smo razgovarali kako bi bilo normalnije i prirodnije da se sporni pločnik nalazi uz kuće, ali tako je kako je i nema promjena.

Do sada, a to nam je potvrdio Ante Jurić, podizvođač glavnog izvođača radova "Cestara", uređen je sustav oborinskih voda, fekalna je mreža gotova, očekuje ih još polaganje struje i rasvjete i tada na red dolazi – asfalt.

Tim završnim dijelom napokon će stanari Peričićeve moći odahnuti, što od buke, što od blata i prašine, napokon će dobiti infrastrukturni sustav kakav su u 21. stoljeću posve sigurno zavrijedili.

Još pri samom početku radova Grad Split, koji je uz "Vodovod i kanalizaciju" i HEP – investitor projekta, objasnio je kako izgradnja prometnice s instalacijama komunalne infrastrukture "u nastavku Rooseveltove ulice" ima svu potrebnu dokumentaciju i pravomoćnu građevinsku dozvolu.

Kako su izvođeni radovi poprilično složeni, jer se zbog rekonstrukcije i izmještanja postojećega kanalizacijskog kolektora (koji prolazi pored bolnice na Firulama) radilo i na dubini od devet metara, radove je bilo nužno izvoditi u sušnom razdoblju. Dakle, preko ljeta.

Pokos, koji mi onako laički nazivamo zidom, uz granicu bolnice, a ispod kojega će ići sporni "korniž", učvršćen je geotehničkim sidrima i mlaznim betonom. Tako da njegova sigurnost nije uopće upitna, upitno je, rekosmo već – zašto se baš uz njega pruža nogostup.

Moguće je, rekoše nam stanari, onako u prolazu, da se na taj način u startu pokušava riješiti problem zaustavljanja i parkiranja vozila...

Taman prije negoli se ljeto zahuktalo, u Peričićevoj je ulici, pokraj hotela "Marvie" na Firulama, otvoreno gradilište.

Izvodili su se radovi privremenog izmještanja postojećih instalacija na trasi planirane prometnice (struje, vode, telefona, interneta i kabelske televizije), u dogovoru i koordinaciji s operaterima, KBC-om Split i okolnim stanarima, kako bi stanari imali sigurnu opskrbu vode, struje, telefona i interneta tijekom izvođenja radova. Konačna izgradnja i prespajanje svih novih instalacija – očekuje se po planu, negdje oko Nove godine.

Stanarima te male, slatke ulice na Firulama, odmah između KBC-a i mora, osiguran je tijekom radova pješački pristup njihovim domovima, no ono što njih muči jest planiranje izgradnje nogostupa s druge strane ulice.

Situacija je ovakva – južno od ulice nalaze se kuće, desno je krug bolnice i visoki zid, upravo pored zida je isplaniran "korniž", pa stanarima uopće nije jasno zašto. Zašto se nogostup nije mogao isplanirati pored njihovih kuća, pa da iz vlastita dvora ne gaze odmah na kolnik, već na pločnik.

Infrastrukturni sustav

Slažu se i stručnjaci s kojima smo razgovarali kako bi bilo normalnije i prirodnije da se sporni pločnik nalazi uz kuće, ali tako je kako je i nema promjena.

Do sada, a to nam je potvrdio Ante Jurić, podizvođač glavnog izvođača radova "Cestara", uređen je sustav oborinskih voda, fekalna je mreža gotova, očekuje ih još polaganje struje i rasvjete i tada na red dolazi – asfalt.

Tim završnim dijelom napokon će stanari Peričićeve moći odahnuti, što od buke, što od blata i prašine, napokon će dobiti infrastrukturni sustav kakav su u 21. stoljeću posve sigurno zavrijedili.

Još pri samom početku radova Grad Split, koji je uz "Vodovod i kanalizaciju" i HEP – investitor projekta, objasnio je kako izgradnja prometnice s instalacijama komunalne infrastrukture "u nastavku Rooseveltove ulice" ima svu potrebnu dokumentaciju i pravomoćnu građevinsku dozvolu.

Kako su izvođeni radovi poprilično složeni, jer se zbog rekonstrukcije i izmještanja postojećega kanalizacijskog kolektora (koji prolazi pored bolnice na Firulama) radilo i na dubini od devet metara, radove je bilo nužno izvoditi u sušnom razdoblju. Dakle, preko ljeta.

Pokos, koji mi onako laički nazivamo zidom, uz granicu bolnice, a ispod kojega će ići sporni "korniž", učvršćen je geotehničkim sidrima i mlaznim betonom. Tako da njegova sigurnost nije uopće upitna, upitno je, rekosmo već – zašto se baš uz njega pruža nogostup.

Moguće je, rekoše nam stanari, onako u prolazu, da se na taj način u startu pokušava riješiti problem zaustavljanja i parkiranja vozila...
