Nakon što je poništen natječaj za izborom novog direktora "Čistoće" zbog toga što među kandidatima nije pronađen pogodan javio nam se dr.sc. Marko Šundov, kojem je zasmetala formulacija kako nije bilo "dovoljno dobrih".

- Netko mi može reći da sam ćelav, mršav, ružan, ali i ne da sam nekompetentan! Imam dovoljno godina i svoje ime u javnom prostoru, stoga sam se zbog tog komentara osjetio omalovaženim, iskren je doktor ekonomskih znanosti.

Vjerovao je u transparentnost javnog natječaja, pa se zbog toga i prijavio, no sad se pita "jesu li kompetentni odlučivali o njegovoj kompetenciji".

Šundov je, za one koji su možda zaboravili, bivši direktor Stano-Uprave, koji je na to mjesto došao za vrijeme mandata bivšeg gradonačelnika Ive Baldasara. Postavljen je kao dio kvote SDP-a, ali je, kaže, došao tu kao "čovjek iz struke", čovjek koji je pokušao učiniti nešto konkretno za tvrtku.

U tome je i uspio, smijenjen je u "Kerumovoj eri", kada je na njegovo mjesto postavljen Ante Zuanić, koji mu je do tada bio zamjenik. Dok je bio prvi čovjek Stano-Uprave Šundov se posebno angažirao na poslovima energetskog certificiranja zgrada, kao i na procesu povlačenja sredstava iz domaćih i EU fondova. Osnovao je i novi sektor koji se bavio samo time, što je rezultiralo s čak 40 milijuna kuna, koje su povukli iz Europe, od čega pola - bespovratno.

- Temeljni razlog poništenja natječaja je u činjenici neispunjenja "specifičnih standarda" od strane kandidata, pa samim time i mene. Tko definira "specifične standarde"? Koji su to standardi? Zašto u javnom pozivu nisu navedeni, puta se Šundov.

Drži da su time pala u vodu sva gradonačelnikova uporna naglašavanja transparentnosti.

- Ovo je bio javni natječaj sa specifičnim standardima, koje zna samo gradonačelnik i njegovi zamjenici -  sarkastičan je Šundov, premda, a to naglašava, ne progovara iz njega jal što nije izabran, već ga je naljutila uloga statiste – jer se tako osjećao na razgovoru za posao.

- Pod transparentno sam držao kako će od određenog broja prijavljenih po kompetencijama biti izabrani najbolji, pa će potom s tom nekolicinom biti odrađen ozbiljan razgovor, veli nam.

Ne precjenjuje se, ali se ni ne podcjenjuje, očekivao je razgovor o modalitetima i strategiji napretka firme, a ne "stilski odrađenu predstavu".

Inače, Šundov je autor više znanstvenih i stručnih radova upravo na temu zaštite okoliša i cjelovitog gospodarenja otpadom, a 2019. u koautorstvu je izdao knjigu pod nazivom "Eko-socijalno-tržišno gospodarstvo" u kojoj se na znanstvenim osnovama tematizira problematika utjecaja društveno-ekonomskih procesa na okoliš. Aktivni je zagovornik uspostave Instituta urbane održivosti grada Splita.

Tko je Šundov?

 

Dr.sc. Marko Šundov doktorirao je na Ekonomskom fakultetu, trenutno je u fazi izbora u znanstveno nastavno zvanje docenta na ekonomskom fakultetu u Rijeci, autor više znanstvenih i stručnih radova na temu zaštite okoliša i cijelovitog gospodarenja otpadom.

Nakon srednju tehničke škole završava Fakultet elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje u Splitu, Pomorski fakultet u Splitu ali i Ekonomski fakultet u Splitu gdje stječe zvanje Magistra znanosti.
Svoj profesionalni poslovni put započinje u Brodotrogiru d.d. u kojem provodi petnaest godina, potom obnaša funkciju predsjednika društva Stano-uprava d.o.o.

Nakon što je poništen natječaj za izborom novog direktora "Čistoće" zbog toga što među kandidatima nije pronađen pogodan javio nam se dr.sc. Marko Šundov, kojem je zasmetala formulacija kako nije bilo "dovoljno dobrih".

- Netko mi može reći da sam ćelav, mršav, ružan, ali i ne da sam nekompetentan! Imam dovoljno godina i svoje ime u javnom prostoru, stoga sam se zbog tog komentara osjetio omalovaženim, iskren je doktor ekonomskih znanosti.

Vjerovao je u transparentnost javnog natječaja, pa se zbog toga i prijavio, no sad se pita "jesu li kompetentni odlučivali o njegovoj kompetenciji".

Šundov je, za one koji su možda zaboravili, bivši direktor Stano-Uprave, koji je na to mjesto došao za vrijeme mandata bivšeg gradonačelnika Ive Baldasara. Postavljen je kao dio kvote SDP-a, ali je, kaže, došao tu kao "čovjek iz struke", čovjek koji je pokušao učiniti nešto konkretno za tvrtku.

U tome je i uspio, smijenjen je u "Kerumovoj eri", kada je na njegovo mjesto postavljen Ante Zuanić, koji mu je do tada bio zamjenik. Dok je bio prvi čovjek Stano-Uprave Šundov se posebno angažirao na poslovima energetskog certificiranja zgrada, kao i na procesu povlačenja sredstava iz domaćih i EU fondova. Osnovao je i novi sektor koji se bavio samo time, što je rezultiralo s čak 40 milijuna kuna, koje su povukli iz Europe, od čega pola - bespovratno.

- Temeljni razlog poništenja natječaja je u činjenici neispunjenja "specifičnih standarda" od strane kandidata, pa samim time i mene. Tko definira "specifične standarde"? Koji su to standardi? Zašto u javnom pozivu nisu navedeni, puta se Šundov.

Drži da su time pala u vodu sva gradonačelnikova uporna naglašavanja transparentnosti.

- Ovo je bio javni natječaj sa specifičnim standardima, koje zna samo gradonačelnik i njegovi zamjenici -  sarkastičan je Šundov, premda, a to naglašava, ne progovara iz njega jal što nije izabran, već ga je naljutila uloga statiste – jer se tako osjećao na razgovoru za posao.

- Pod transparentno sam držao kako će od određenog broja prijavljenih po kompetencijama biti izabrani najbolji, pa će potom s tom nekolicinom biti odrađen ozbiljan razgovor, veli nam.

Ne precjenjuje se, ali se ni ne podcjenjuje, očekivao je razgovor o modalitetima i strategiji napretka firme, a ne "stilski odrađenu predstavu".

Inače, Šundov je autor više znanstvenih i stručnih radova upravo na temu zaštite okoliša i cjelovitog gospodarenja otpadom, a 2019. u koautorstvu je izdao knjigu pod nazivom "Eko-socijalno-tržišno gospodarstvo" u kojoj se na znanstvenim osnovama tematizira problematika utjecaja društveno-ekonomskih procesa na okoliš. Aktivni je zagovornik uspostave Instituta urbane održivosti grada Splita.

Tko je Šundov?

 

Dr.sc. Marko Šundov doktorirao je na Ekonomskom fakultetu, trenutno je u fazi izbora u znanstveno nastavno zvanje docenta na ekonomskom fakultetu u Rijeci, autor više znanstvenih i stručnih radova na temu zaštite okoliša i cijelovitog gospodarenja otpadom.

Nakon srednju tehničke škole završava Fakultet elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje u Splitu, Pomorski fakultet u Splitu ali i Ekonomski fakultet u Splitu gdje stječe zvanje Magistra znanosti.
Svoj profesionalni poslovni put započinje u Brodotrogiru d.d. u kojem provodi petnaest godina, potom obnaša funkciju predsjednika društva Stano-uprava d.o.o.
