Građani koji sve teže podnose inflaciju uskoro će dobiti još jedan namet ako budu parkirali vozila u Ulici Domovinskoga rata.

Naime, gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak donio je zaključak kojim je tvrtki "Split parking" dao "na upravljanje, i to na neograničeno vrijeme, ulično parkiralište u Splitu, u Ulici Domovinskog rata od kućnog broja 50 do broja 66".

Ovo ulično parkiralište koje je smješteno duž Ulice Domovinskog rata počinje kod "Ljekarne Olujić", da bi se na jednome mjestu prekinulo zbog lokalne autobusne stanice, zatim se nastavlja ispred trgovine "Studenca" i proteže se sve do kuće Akrap (koja je preko puta zgrade pošte).

Kako stoji u zaključku gradonačelnika, riječ je ukupno o 53 parkirališna mjesta, pet mjesta rezerviranih za osobe s invaliditetom, šest parkirališnih mjesta za motocikle i mopede, te tri mjesta koja su rezervirana za parkiranje taksi-vozila.

- Zahtjev za izradu prometnog rješenja dao nam je Komunalni odjel Grada Splita, a prije nekoliko dana dobili smo i prometnu suglasnost. Radi se o parkiralištu u Ulici Domovinskog rata od križanja s Dubrovačkom do križanja s Ulicom slobode. Nakon zaprimanja zaključka gradonačelnika Puljka uredit ćemo parkiralište sukladno projektu - ističe Marko Bartulić, direktor "Split parkinga", i dodaje kako u trenutku kad smo mu se obratili još nisu dobili zaključak od Ivice Puljka koji je već objavljen na stranicama Grada Splita.

Treća zona naplate

Ovo parkiralište nalazi se u III. zoni naplate, napominje Bartulić, što znači da cijena sata parkiranja iznosi četiri kune zimi, a pet kuna ljeti. Cijena stanarske pretplate iznosi 90 kuna mjesečno. Svi stanari imaju pravo na povlaštenu pretplatu bez liste čekanja. Cijena mjesečne pretplate za pravne osobe iznosi 160 kuna.

Radno vrijeme parkirališta je od 7 do 19 sati radnim danom i od 7 do 14 sati subotom, a nedjeljom i blagdanima parkiralište nije pod naplatom. "Split parking" će obnoviti i postaviti prometnu signalizaciju na parkiralištu, a neki veći zahvati se ne očekuju. Naime, Bartuić tvrdi kako neće biti rampi.

- Riječ je o uličnom parkiralištu, mislim da nam iz tehničkih i sigurnosnih razloga prometna policija ne bi dopustila na tome mjestu postavljanje rampi. Njih koristimo kad se radi o izdvojenim površinama, o izvanuličnim parkiralištima - objašnjava direktor, ali najavljuje kako će parkiralište biti "pokriveno" senzorima.

- Svako parkiralište koje dobijemo na upravljanje opremit ćemo senzorima, displejima i aplikacijama koje će omogućiti da se u realnom vremenu vidi kolika je zauzetost parkirnih mjesta, a koliko ih je slobodnih. To je sustav koji namjeravamo uvesti na svako novo mjesto kojim budemo upravljali - objašnjava Bartulić.

Što, ustvari, građani dobivaju ovom naplatom parkinga?

- Tamo gdje se uvede naplata parkinga stanari su u prioritetu. Oni dobiju za 90 kuna mjesečnu pretplatu, a svi ostali imaju satnu kartu. Do jučer, budući da je bilo besplatno, netko tko ne živi tamo mogao je ostaviti vozilo 24 sata i oduzimati tom stanaru njegovo mjesto. Kad dođe naplata, stanari dobivaju veću mogućnost pronalaska slobodnog mjesta - uvjerava nas direktor "Split parkinga".

Gužvat će se okolo

Je li onima koji kupe mjesečnu kartu za ulični parking u Ulici Domovinskog rata zagarantirano njihovo parkirno mjesto?

- Na uličnim parkiralištima pretplata ne podrazumjeva rezervirano mjesto. Onda bismo imali samo 50 povlaštenih stanara na ovom parkingu i ostali ne bi imali pravo. Čak zakon kaže da usluga, budući da je komunalna, mora biti dostupna svima pod jednakim uvjetima. Rezervirana mjesta, dakle, ne idu uz stanarsku pretplatu. To nije nigdje uobičajena praksa. Stanari imaju povlaštenu kartu od 90 kuna i za tri kune na dan imaju pravo parkiranja. A onome tko nema pretplatu, njemu bi dan iznosio 48 kuna, u tome se ostvaruje prednost za stanare. A sada nitko onome tko tu ne živi ne brani da ostavi vozilo koliko hoće - objašnjava Bartulić.

Sada na parkiralištu povremeno bude gužva, dostavni kamioni znaju se tiskati s osobnim vozilima, a građani koji ne nađu mjesta za parking ostave ih po sredini.

Po novome režimu, tvrde iz "Split parkinga", onaj koji bude mogao platiti pretplatu, ili sat parkiranja, taj će imati veće šanse naći slobodno mjesto duž Ulice Domovinskoga rata. No, građani, koji sve teže spajaju kraj s krajem, ili oni kojima se ne bude dalo plaćati novi namet, morat će se ”gužvati” po sporednim uličicama čiji su nogostupi već sada zakrčeni automobilima.

Građani koji sve teže podnose inflaciju uskoro će dobiti još jedan namet ako budu parkirali vozila u Ulici Domovinskoga rata.

Naime, gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak donio je zaključak kojim je tvrtki "Split parking" dao "na upravljanje, i to na neograničeno vrijeme, ulično parkiralište u Splitu, u Ulici Domovinskog rata od kućnog broja 50 do broja 66".

Ovo ulično parkiralište koje je smješteno duž Ulice Domovinskog rata počinje kod "Ljekarne Olujić", da bi se na jednome mjestu prekinulo zbog lokalne autobusne stanice, zatim se nastavlja ispred trgovine "Studenca" i proteže se sve do kuće Akrap (koja je preko puta zgrade pošte).

Kako stoji u zaključku gradonačelnika, riječ je ukupno o 53 parkirališna mjesta, pet mjesta rezerviranih za osobe s invaliditetom, šest parkirališnih mjesta za motocikle i mopede, te tri mjesta koja su rezervirana za parkiranje taksi-vozila.

- Zahtjev za izradu prometnog rješenja dao nam je Komunalni odjel Grada Splita, a prije nekoliko dana dobili smo i prometnu suglasnost. Radi se o parkiralištu u Ulici Domovinskog rata od križanja s Dubrovačkom do križanja s Ulicom slobode. Nakon zaprimanja zaključka gradonačelnika Puljka uredit ćemo parkiralište sukladno projektu - ističe Marko Bartulić, direktor "Split parkinga", i dodaje kako u trenutku kad smo mu se obratili još nisu dobili zaključak od Ivice Puljka koji je već objavljen na stranicama Grada Splita.

Treća zona naplate

Ovo parkiralište nalazi se u III. zoni naplate, napominje Bartulić, što znači da cijena sata parkiranja iznosi četiri kune zimi, a pet kuna ljeti. Cijena stanarske pretplate iznosi 90 kuna mjesečno. Svi stanari imaju pravo na povlaštenu pretplatu bez liste čekanja. Cijena mjesečne pretplate za pravne osobe iznosi 160 kuna.

Radno vrijeme parkirališta je od 7 do 19 sati radnim danom i od 7 do 14 sati subotom, a nedjeljom i blagdanima parkiralište nije pod naplatom. "Split parking" će obnoviti i postaviti prometnu signalizaciju na parkiralištu, a neki veći zahvati se ne očekuju. Naime, Bartuić tvrdi kako neće biti rampi.

- Riječ je o uličnom parkiralištu, mislim da nam iz tehničkih i sigurnosnih razloga prometna policija ne bi dopustila na tome mjestu postavljanje rampi. Njih koristimo kad se radi o izdvojenim površinama, o izvanuličnim parkiralištima - objašnjava direktor, ali najavljuje kako će parkiralište biti "pokriveno" senzorima.

- Svako parkiralište koje dobijemo na upravljanje opremit ćemo senzorima, displejima i aplikacijama koje će omogućiti da se u realnom vremenu vidi kolika je zauzetost parkirnih mjesta, a koliko ih je slobodnih. To je sustav koji namjeravamo uvesti na svako novo mjesto kojim budemo upravljali - objašnjava Bartulić.

Što, ustvari, građani dobivaju ovom naplatom parkinga?

- Tamo gdje se uvede naplata parkinga stanari su u prioritetu. Oni dobiju za 90 kuna mjesečnu pretplatu, a svi ostali imaju satnu kartu. Do jučer, budući da je bilo besplatno, netko tko ne živi tamo mogao je ostaviti vozilo 24 sata i oduzimati tom stanaru njegovo mjesto. Kad dođe naplata, stanari dobivaju veću mogućnost pronalaska slobodnog mjesta - uvjerava nas direktor "Split parkinga".

Gužvat će se okolo

Je li onima koji kupe mjesečnu kartu za ulični parking u Ulici Domovinskog rata zagarantirano njihovo parkirno mjesto?

- Na uličnim parkiralištima pretplata ne podrazumjeva rezervirano mjesto. Onda bismo imali samo 50 povlaštenih stanara na ovom parkingu i ostali ne bi imali pravo. Čak zakon kaže da usluga, budući da je komunalna, mora biti dostupna svima pod jednakim uvjetima. Rezervirana mjesta, dakle, ne idu uz stanarsku pretplatu. To nije nigdje uobičajena praksa. Stanari imaju povlaštenu kartu od 90 kuna i za tri kune na dan imaju pravo parkiranja. A onome tko nema pretplatu, njemu bi dan iznosio 48 kuna, u tome se ostvaruje prednost za stanare. A sada nitko onome tko tu ne živi ne brani da ostavi vozilo koliko hoće - objašnjava Bartulić.

Sada na parkiralištu povremeno bude gužva, dostavni kamioni znaju se tiskati s osobnim vozilima, a građani koji ne nađu mjesta za parking ostave ih po sredini.

Po novome režimu, tvrde iz "Split parkinga", onaj koji bude mogao platiti pretplatu, ili sat parkiranja, taj će imati veće šanse naći slobodno mjesto duž Ulice Domovinskoga rata. No, građani, koji sve teže spajaju kraj s krajem, ili oni kojima se ne bude dalo plaćati novi namet, morat će se ”gužvati” po sporednim uličicama čiji su nogostupi već sada zakrčeni automobilima.
