Lidija Bekavac, gradska vijećnica HGS-a pozvala je gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka da se više angažira oko podizanja spomenika papi sv. Ivanu Pavlu II čiji se blagdan danas slavi.

- Sv. Ivan Pavao II je posjetio Split prije više od 24 godine, u listopadu davne 1998.god. Već više od 15 godina se govori da će mu se dignuti spomenik u Splitu. Kako znamo, spomenik mu je napravljen u Rijeci gdje je isto bio, isto tako i u Sarajevu itd. da dalje ne nabrajam.

Od 2007. godime, kada je prvi put donesena odluka o postavljanu spomenika, nekoliko se puta mijenjala, da bi se 2020. ponovno pokrenula.

Te iste godine u prosincu Gradsko vijeće donosi odluku da se spomenik postavi ispred crkve sv Frane. Sve dozvole i suglasnosti su dobivene, sada je sve na gradonačelniku.

On treba samo pokrenuti postupak za provođenje Projektnog natječaja za izradu umjetničkog rješenja za spomenik Ivanu Pavlu II. Nakon odabira, spomenik se izrađuje i postavlja. Sve može biti gotovo u par mjeseci. Čekamo i potičemo gradonačelnika! - zaključila je svoj javni aple Lidija Bekavac.

Lidija Bekavac, gradska vijećnica HGS-a pozvala je gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka da se više angažira oko podizanja spomenika papi sv. Ivanu Pavlu II čiji se blagdan danas slavi.

- Sv. Ivan Pavao II je posjetio Split prije više od 24 godine, u listopadu davne 1998.god. Već više od 15 godina se govori da će mu se dignuti spomenik u Splitu. Kako znamo, spomenik mu je napravljen u Rijeci gdje je isto bio, isto tako i u Sarajevu itd. da dalje ne nabrajam.

Od 2007. godime, kada je prvi put donesena odluka o postavljanu spomenika, nekoliko se puta mijenjala, da bi se 2020. ponovno pokrenula.

Te iste godine u prosincu Gradsko vijeće donosi odluku da se spomenik postavi ispred crkve sv Frane. Sve dozvole i suglasnosti su dobivene, sada je sve na gradonačelniku.

On treba samo pokrenuti postupak za provođenje Projektnog natječaja za izradu umjetničkog rješenja za spomenik Ivanu Pavlu II. Nakon odabira, spomenik se izrađuje i postavlja. Sve može biti gotovo u par mjeseci. Čekamo i potičemo gradonačelnika! - zaključila je svoj javni aple Lidija Bekavac.
