Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak nedavno je izmijenio Pravilnik o davanju stanova u najam. Kako smo već pisali, četvero korisnika je prekršilo odredbe, a deložacija je prijetila i jednom liječniku splitskog KBC-a, koji uz gradski stan ima i drugi nekretninu, doznaje Dalmatinski portal.

Izmjenama pravilnika unijela se odredba koja štiti upravo njega kao korisnika. Reagiralo se promtpno nakon intervencije i u posljednjim izmjenama se unijelo jasno izuzeće od pravila zbog čega će ostati u gradskom stanu.

Prema pravilniku, liječniku splitskog KBC-a je prijetila deložacija ako bi se striktno tumačile odredbe, kao u svim slučajevima do sada. U odredbama pravilnika je prvotno stajalo kako se ne smije imati nekretnina u radijusu od 90 kilometara kopnene udaljenosti od Splita, a liječnik ima kuću na potezu iza Omiša.

Izmjenama pravilnika su se zaštitili umirovljenici, izrijekom su spomenuti da ostaju živjeti u kadrovskim stanovima nakon odlaska u mirovinu, s tim da će tada još plaćati manji iznos.

Do sada to nije bilo jasno definirano, spominjao se samo ‘prestanak radnog odnosa‘, a u praksi bi koristili stan i nakon umirovljenja.

Izradi novog pravilnika se, kako kažu u Banovini, pristupilo zbog ‘boljeg gospodarenja gradskom imovinom‘, a izmjenama se ispravljalo propušteno u prvotnoj izradi.

U ovom trenutku je desetak korisnika koji zadovoljavaju ili će uskoro zadovoljiti te uvjete, a jedan od njih je i glumac Nikola Ivošević, otac dogradonačelnika Bojana Ivoševića. Ivošević stariji je dramski prvak HNK Split, a za par godina bi se trebao umiroviti.

‘Iznimno, da nekretnina ne smije biti u radijusu od 90 kilometara kopnene udaljenosti od grada ne odnosi se na osobe od interesa za grad zdravstvene struke koje su dužne po pozivu poslodavca žurno doći na radno mjesto‘, smišljena je precizna definicija.

Upitali smo gradsku upravu zašto je izuzet od pravila.

- Zato što zbog djelatnosti ne može biti u istoj poziciji s drugima, primjerice sportašima, umjetnicima... - priznaju izlazak ususret pravdajući se djelatnošću.

Zbog korištenja kadrovskog stana proziva se i otac zamjenika gradonačelnika Bojana Ivoševića, koji će sada moći koristiti gradski stan do kraja života, a ne odlaska u mirovinu. No, prema reviziji gradske uprave, kažu, sve je bilo prema pravilima oko korištenja i nije bilo duga. Kao budući umirovljenik bit će jednako zaštićen kao i drugi korisnici kojima je status također reguliran izmjenama odlaskom u penziju.

Ono što je sigurno, navodi Dalmatinski portal, a potvrđeno im je u Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje imovinom, da je s dodjelom kadrovskih stanova gotovo, u mandatu ove vlasti ih više neće biti.

Pravilnik je, inače, prošao potrebne procedure poput javnog savjetovanja. Dvije izmjene pak nisu bile na javnom savjetovanju ni na Gradskom vijeću. U Banovini tvrde da nisu ni trebale, iako se radi o sadržajnim, ne samo o kozmetičkim izmjenama. Prema Statutu Grada o načinu raspolaganja i upravljanja svim nekretninama odlučuje Gradsko vijeće.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak nedavno je izmijenio Pravilnik o davanju stanova u najam. Kako smo već pisali, četvero korisnika je prekršilo odredbe, a deložacija je prijetila i jednom liječniku splitskog KBC-a, koji uz gradski stan ima i drugi nekretninu, doznaje Dalmatinski portal.

Izmjenama pravilnika unijela se odredba koja štiti upravo njega kao korisnika. Reagiralo se promtpno nakon intervencije i u posljednjim izmjenama se unijelo jasno izuzeće od pravila zbog čega će ostati u gradskom stanu.

Prema pravilniku, liječniku splitskog KBC-a je prijetila deložacija ako bi se striktno tumačile odredbe, kao u svim slučajevima do sada. U odredbama pravilnika je prvotno stajalo kako se ne smije imati nekretnina u radijusu od 90 kilometara kopnene udaljenosti od Splita, a liječnik ima kuću na potezu iza Omiša.

Izmjenama pravilnika su se zaštitili umirovljenici, izrijekom su spomenuti da ostaju živjeti u kadrovskim stanovima nakon odlaska u mirovinu, s tim da će tada još plaćati manji iznos.

Do sada to nije bilo jasno definirano, spominjao se samo ‘prestanak radnog odnosa‘, a u praksi bi koristili stan i nakon umirovljenja.

Izradi novog pravilnika se, kako kažu u Banovini, pristupilo zbog ‘boljeg gospodarenja gradskom imovinom‘, a izmjenama se ispravljalo propušteno u prvotnoj izradi.

U ovom trenutku je desetak korisnika koji zadovoljavaju ili će uskoro zadovoljiti te uvjete, a jedan od njih je i glumac Nikola Ivošević, otac dogradonačelnika Bojana Ivoševića. Ivošević stariji je dramski prvak HNK Split, a za par godina bi se trebao umiroviti.

‘Iznimno, da nekretnina ne smije biti u radijusu od 90 kilometara kopnene udaljenosti od grada ne odnosi se na osobe od interesa za grad zdravstvene struke koje su dužne po pozivu poslodavca žurno doći na radno mjesto‘, smišljena je precizna definicija.

Upitali smo gradsku upravu zašto je izuzet od pravila.

- Zato što zbog djelatnosti ne može biti u istoj poziciji s drugima, primjerice sportašima, umjetnicima... - priznaju izlazak ususret pravdajući se djelatnošću.

Zbog korištenja kadrovskog stana proziva se i otac zamjenika gradonačelnika Bojana Ivoševića, koji će sada moći koristiti gradski stan do kraja života, a ne odlaska u mirovinu. No, prema reviziji gradske uprave, kažu, sve je bilo prema pravilima oko korištenja i nije bilo duga. Kao budući umirovljenik bit će jednako zaštićen kao i drugi korisnici kojima je status također reguliran izmjenama odlaskom u penziju.

Ono što je sigurno, navodi Dalmatinski portal, a potvrđeno im je u Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje imovinom, da je s dodjelom kadrovskih stanova gotovo, u mandatu ove vlasti ih više neće biti.

Pravilnik je, inače, prošao potrebne procedure poput javnog savjetovanja. Dvije izmjene pak nisu bile na javnom savjetovanju ni na Gradskom vijeću. U Banovini tvrde da nisu ni trebale, iako se radi o sadržajnim, ne samo o kozmetičkim izmjenama. Prema Statutu Grada o načinu raspolaganja i upravljanja svim nekretninama odlučuje Gradsko vijeće.
