Sadašnja gradska vlast misli da ne cipelari ljude kada im preko noći za 100 posto poveća najamninu za prostor u kojem žive.

Zbog takvog ponašanja vladajućih, stanari škverskog Doma za samce u Vukovarskoj ulici traže pomoć, a njihov apel čuo je gradski vijećnik HGS-a Igor Stanišić.

- Stanari Doma za samce nisu uzurpatori gradske imovine. Ta zgrada je izgrađena iz njihovog samodoprinosa kao radnika škvera. Spletom okolnosti 2019. godine došla je u vlasništvo Grada Splita, da bi u 12. mjesecu prošle godine na sjednici Gradskog vijeća u 2 sata ujutro ta tema došla na red, te im je bez ikakve najave i objašnjenja povećana najamnina za njihove sobice za 100 posto.

- Sada svojih 13 kvadrata plaćaju oko 200 kuna, što ispada oko 15 kuna po kvadratu. Za razliku od, recimo, nekih glumaca u kadrovskim stanovima koji plaćaju osam kuna po kvadratu za stan, stanari ovdje plaćaju 15 kuna za derutnu sobicu gdje njih 20 mora dijeliti jednu wc školjku – kazao je Igor Stanišić, te nastavio:

- Možda nekome tih 200 kuna izgleda malo, ali uzmite u obzir da oni plaćaju industrijsku struju koja je tri puta od struje za kućanstva jer se objekt vodi kao hotel. Tako da su to veliki iznosi. Neki ljudi koji tu žive imaju penziju 250 eura i kad si njima najam povećao sto posto, praktički si ih ubio.

Jedna stanarka kad plati najam i režije, ostane joj 20 eura. Stanišić kaže da joj svaki dan netko iz te škverske zajednice nešto skuha i donese pjat hrane.

- Stanare su u 12. mjesecu prisili da potpišu ugovore na 10 godina s tim 100 postotnim povećanjem i ti ugovor im ne jamče nikakvu sigurnost za ubuduće. Oni su praktički nakon 10 godina bez ikakvih prava, mogu izletjeti na ulicu.

Morali su potpisati do 1.1. jer su im rekli da u suprotnom odmah idu na ulicu. Ljudi su u biti iz straha potpisali. Istovremeno imamo situaciju gdje se štimaju pravilnici da neki u kadrovskim stanovima ostanu do smrti. A ljudima u Domu za samce se ne dopušta ista mogućnost – upozorava Stanišić.

Napominje da su ga ljudi zvali i pitali kako će riješiti problem.

- Odgovorio sam im da posvoje Bojana Ivoševića. On jedino svojima to rješava ažurno, a vama kad dođete na red – kazuje gradski vijećnik HGS-a.

Također je istaknuo problem s prostorima bivše škverske ambulante.

- Bivša vlast je ostavila čistu situaciju: Grad Split je uknjižen na četiri objekta. U proračunu za 2021. godinu ostavljena su 4 milijuna kuna kako bi tu prostore dobila udruga Anđeli.

No, prošlo je 750 dana, a Grad ništa nije napravio dok ga čeka 200 i nešto djece s najtežim tjelesnim oštećenjima. Za to ih totalno nije briga, a kad je netko njihov u pitanju kojemu nešto trebaju osigurati onda su u stanju dva puta u tri mjeseca mijenjati pravilnik – za kraj će Igor Stanišić.

Sadašnja gradska vlast misli da ne cipelari ljude kada im preko noći za 100 posto poveća najamninu za prostor u kojem žive.

Zbog takvog ponašanja vladajućih, stanari škverskog Doma za samce u Vukovarskoj ulici traže pomoć, a njihov apel čuo je gradski vijećnik HGS-a Igor Stanišić.

- Stanari Doma za samce nisu uzurpatori gradske imovine. Ta zgrada je izgrađena iz njihovog samodoprinosa kao radnika škvera. Spletom okolnosti 2019. godine došla je u vlasništvo Grada Splita, da bi u 12. mjesecu prošle godine na sjednici Gradskog vijeća u 2 sata ujutro ta tema došla na red, te im je bez ikakve najave i objašnjenja povećana najamnina za njihove sobice za 100 posto.

- Sada svojih 13 kvadrata plaćaju oko 200 kuna, što ispada oko 15 kuna po kvadratu. Za razliku od, recimo, nekih glumaca u kadrovskim stanovima koji plaćaju osam kuna po kvadratu za stan, stanari ovdje plaćaju 15 kuna za derutnu sobicu gdje njih 20 mora dijeliti jednu wc školjku – kazao je Igor Stanišić, te nastavio:

- Možda nekome tih 200 kuna izgleda malo, ali uzmite u obzir da oni plaćaju industrijsku struju koja je tri puta od struje za kućanstva jer se objekt vodi kao hotel. Tako da su to veliki iznosi. Neki ljudi koji tu žive imaju penziju 250 eura i kad si njima najam povećao sto posto, praktički si ih ubio.

Jedna stanarka kad plati najam i režije, ostane joj 20 eura. Stanišić kaže da joj svaki dan netko iz te škverske zajednice nešto skuha i donese pjat hrane.

- Stanare su u 12. mjesecu prisili da potpišu ugovore na 10 godina s tim 100 postotnim povećanjem i ti ugovor im ne jamče nikakvu sigurnost za ubuduće. Oni su praktički nakon 10 godina bez ikakvih prava, mogu izletjeti na ulicu.

Morali su potpisati do 1.1. jer su im rekli da u suprotnom odmah idu na ulicu. Ljudi su u biti iz straha potpisali. Istovremeno imamo situaciju gdje se štimaju pravilnici da neki u kadrovskim stanovima ostanu do smrti. A ljudima u Domu za samce se ne dopušta ista mogućnost – upozorava Stanišić.

Napominje da su ga ljudi zvali i pitali kako će riješiti problem.

- Odgovorio sam im da posvoje Bojana Ivoševića. On jedino svojima to rješava ažurno, a vama kad dođete na red – kazuje gradski vijećnik HGS-a.

Također je istaknuo problem s prostorima bivše škverske ambulante.

- Bivša vlast je ostavila čistu situaciju: Grad Split je uknjižen na četiri objekta. U proračunu za 2021. godinu ostavljena su 4 milijuna kuna kako bi tu prostore dobila udruga Anđeli.

No, prošlo je 750 dana, a Grad ništa nije napravio dok ga čeka 200 i nešto djece s najtežim tjelesnim oštećenjima. Za to ih totalno nije briga, a kad je netko njihov u pitanju kojemu nešto trebaju osigurati onda su u stanju dva puta u tri mjeseca mijenjati pravilnik – za kraj će Igor Stanišić.
