Zbog toga će ta tvrtka, koju su kao graditelji Spaladium arene osnovali „Konstruktor Inženjering“, „Dalekovod“ i IGH, uskoro završiti u stečaju.

Pred Nagodbenim vijećem Fine u Zagrebu, gdje je u ponedjeljak održano ročište za glasovanje o planu financijskog i operativnog restrukturiranja, sve je zapravo ovisilo o Gradu Splitu koji je imao 90 posto glasova jer bi prema tom planu preuzeo arenu i obveze.

No, splitski vijećnici su prethodno na sjednici Gradskog vijeća glasali protiv prihvaćanja predloženog plana operativnog i financijskog restrukturiranja „Sportskog grada TPN“. Nisu htjeli preuzeti odgovornost da ionako osiromašeni Grad Split opterete s utegom od 24 milijuna kuna godišnje potrebnih za vračanje kredita i održavanje dvorane uz neizvjesnu izgradnju poslovnog tornja i garaža koje su trebale donositi dobit od koje bi se arena financirala.

- Gotovo je. Plan restrukturiranja nije izglasan, nagodba nije prošla, te će Fina Trgovačkom sud u Splitu podnijeti prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka. Znači, firma ide u stečaj – kazao nam je Ivan Rude, povjerenik predstečajne nagodbe za „Sportski grad TPN“.

To je drugi put da se „Sportski grad“ našao u identičnoj situaciji. Nakon što je prvi put iz istog razloga propao pokušaj sklapanja predstečajne nagodbe, ta tvrtka i Grad Split su od Ministarstva financija uspjeli dobiti dodatni rok.

Kako je kazao Ivan Rude, pokušalo se dogovoriti da se država uključi u sanaciju arene, no država to ne želi jer smatra da to nije od javnog interesa.

No, čini se da stečaj „Sportskog grada TPN“ ipak nije najgore rješenje jer Ivan Rude kaže da Grad Split, ako kao vjerovnik bude postupao pametno, ima šanse da bolje prođe u stečaju „Sportskog grada TPN“ nego što bi prošao u predstečajnoj nagodbi te tvrtke. No, može biti i gore, upozorava Rude, uz napomenu da će sve ovisiti o stečajnom upravitelju.

Zbog toga će ta tvrtka, koju su kao graditelji Spaladium arene osnovali „Konstruktor Inženjering“, „Dalekovod“ i IGH, uskoro završiti u stečaju.

Pred Nagodbenim vijećem Fine u Zagrebu, gdje je u ponedjeljak održano ročište za glasovanje o planu financijskog i operativnog restrukturiranja, sve je zapravo ovisilo o Gradu Splitu koji je imao 90 posto glasova jer bi prema tom planu preuzeo arenu i obveze.

No, splitski vijećnici su prethodno na sjednici Gradskog vijeća glasali protiv prihvaćanja predloženog plana operativnog i financijskog restrukturiranja „Sportskog grada TPN“. Nisu htjeli preuzeti odgovornost da ionako osiromašeni Grad Split opterete s utegom od 24 milijuna kuna godišnje potrebnih za vračanje kredita i održavanje dvorane uz neizvjesnu izgradnju poslovnog tornja i garaža koje su trebale donositi dobit od koje bi se arena financirala.

- Gotovo je. Plan restrukturiranja nije izglasan, nagodba nije prošla, te će Fina Trgovačkom sud u Splitu podnijeti prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka. Znači, firma ide u stečaj – kazao nam je Ivan Rude, povjerenik predstečajne nagodbe za „Sportski grad TPN“.

To je drugi put da se „Sportski grad“ našao u identičnoj situaciji. Nakon što je prvi put iz istog razloga propao pokušaj sklapanja predstečajne nagodbe, ta tvrtka i Grad Split su od Ministarstva financija uspjeli dobiti dodatni rok.

Kako je kazao Ivan Rude, pokušalo se dogovoriti da se država uključi u sanaciju arene, no država to ne želi jer smatra da to nije od javnog interesa.

No, čini se da stečaj „Sportskog grada TPN“ ipak nije najgore rješenje jer Ivan Rude kaže da Grad Split, ako kao vjerovnik bude postupao pametno, ima šanse da bolje prođe u stečaju „Sportskog grada TPN“ nego što bi prošao u predstečajnoj nagodbi te tvrtke. No, može biti i gore, upozorava Rude, uz napomenu da će sve ovisiti o stečajnom upravitelju.
