Saga oko mogućeg otkazivanja ovogodišnjeg festivala Ultra Europe dobila je novi ozbiljan nastavak, hrvatski promotori tuži vlasnika brenda „Ultra“, tvrtku Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc. na američkom sudu!

Hrvatski promotor Adria MM Productions, što nam je potvrdio njihov američki odvjetnik, odlučio je sudski riješiti cijeli komplicirani odnos, a datum početka suđenja još nisu dobili jer je zahtjev upućen 28. travnja.

Prema tvrdnjama Zagrepčana, situacija se zakomplicirala već u jesen kada su Amerikanci zatražili potpisivanje novog petogodišnjeg ugovora, financijski po njih puno nepovoljnijeg bez mogućnosti pregovora, a nakon što su to odbili ekipa iz Miamija im je zabranila pristup društvenim mrežama i emailovima čime je onemogućena normalna promocija i komunikacija.

U tužbi zbog toga Ultru terete za neosnovano bogaćenje, lažno predstavljanje, raskid ugovora, prevaru i protupravnu zapreku u poslovnoj suradnji.

Hoće li i nakon ovih događanja festival Ultra Europe biti održan na Poljudu u srpnju, ostaje da vidimo.

Saga oko mogućeg otkazivanja ovogodišnjeg festivala Ultra Europe dobila je novi ozbiljan nastavak, hrvatski promotori tuži vlasnika brenda „Ultra“, tvrtku Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc. na američkom sudu!

Hrvatski promotor Adria MM Productions, što nam je potvrdio njihov američki odvjetnik, odlučio je sudski riješiti cijeli komplicirani odnos, a datum početka suđenja još nisu dobili jer je zahtjev upućen 28. travnja.

Prema tvrdnjama Zagrepčana, situacija se zakomplicirala već u jesen kada su Amerikanci zatražili potpisivanje novog petogodišnjeg ugovora, financijski po njih puno nepovoljnijeg bez mogućnosti pregovora, a nakon što su to odbili ekipa iz Miamija im je zabranila pristup društvenim mrežama i emailovima čime je onemogućena normalna promocija i komunikacija.

U tužbi zbog toga Ultru terete za neosnovano bogaćenje, lažno predstavljanje, raskid ugovora, prevaru i protupravnu zapreku u poslovnoj suradnji.

Hoće li i nakon ovih događanja festival Ultra Europe biti održan na Poljudu u srpnju, ostaje da vidimo.
